<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how legal protection is for couriers in online buying and selling activities, especially in the COD payment system, and to find out the legal protection that can be given to couriers who get strict action from buyers because of non-conformance of ordered goods especially legal protection for couriers against buyers who default and refuse the goods they ordered. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method by examining library materials or secondary data sources, namely laws and regulations, books, and legal studies. Based on these methods, the research was conducted using a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the study show that the courier's duties in the online shopping COD system are as a deposit recipient, as a person who replaces the goods delivery service company in carrying out the power of attorney from the seller, and as a recipient of payment from the buyer. The legal protection that can be given to couriers in the online shopping COD system is to guarantee that the courier is not responsible for non-conformance or damage to goods that are not caused by his mistakes or negligence.]]>

Globalization makes everything easy and today's life is accompanied by sophisticated, renewable technologies. The presence of foreigners should be facilitated so that they can support the national objective program with an approach to welfare and security factors that cannot be separated. However, the presence of foreigners in Indonesian territory can create a serious threat considering the dynamic global conditions, cultural and political differences make Indonesia vulnerable to crimes committed by foreigners. The Directorate General of Immigration carries out the duties and functions of immigration, kemersian provides facilities related to the presence of foreigners in Indonesia. In carrying out its duties and functions, immigration has an immigration intelligence directorate, immigration intelligence plays a role in supporting, assisting, securing, providing advice and early warning of predictions that will occur so that it can be overcome and eliminate future threats. <![CDATA[Anemia is caused by a lack of iron in the body. Iron deficiency itself can be caused by several things, such as low iron food intake or maybe iron in maakanan is found in a form that is difficult to absorb, normal anemia<12mg/dl.The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of the menstrual cycle and the length of menstruation with the incidence of anemia in young women aged 15-16 years at Pembina Palembang High School in 2022. The population in this study was all young women in the 2021-2022 school year with 134 respondents. The sample to be studied must meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 56 respondents and the total sampling technique. There were 32 respondents (57.1%) of young women who experienced anemia, and 24 respondents (42.9%) And from the chi-square trial between the variables of nutritional status, menstrual cycle, and menstrual duration with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls aged 15-16 years, the results of this study showed that from 56 respondents, 32 respondents (57.1%) had abnormal nutritional status of 29 respondents (51.8%) while the menstrual cycle was abnormal, respondents were 31 respondents (55.4%), and abnormal menstrual duration 34 (60.7). From the statistics of the Chi-Square test that compares pvalue with the level of meaningfulness of α = 0.05, it shows that there is a meaningful relationship between nutritional status and adolescent anemia p value (0.001), menstrual cycle p value (0.009), and menstrual length p value (0.005). Thus there is a meaningful correlation in a sympathetic manner and between Nutritional Status, Menstrual Cycle, Duration of Menstruation with the incidence of anemia in young women aged 15-16.The results of this study are expected to be used as inputs for improving the quality of health in young women aged 15-16 so that it can reduce the incidence of anemia at Pembina Palembang High School. ]]>

<![CDATA[The rate of increase in waste generation in Jambi City continues to increase every year in line with the increasing population of Jambi City. The biggest source of waste problems is household waste. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the influence of socio-economic factors of the people of Jambi City on their behavior in household waste management and to provide recommendations in the form of suggestions related to household waste management in Jambi City. This study uses data from the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas), Health and Housing Modules carried out by the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2019. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression, with a sample of 159 respondents, and with the help of the SPSS data processing tool version 20. Descriptive analysis shows that the people of Jambi City do not have sufficient awareness in managing waste. This is reflected in the high number of respondents who do not separate organic waste from inorganic waste and in terms of separating B3 waste. With binary logistic regression analysis, it can be concluded that the socio-economic factor that influences the behavior of how to dispose of garbage is education. Meanwhile, age, working status, per capita income, and residence ownership status did not affect the behavior of how to dispose of household waste. The resulting odds ratio interpretation is: the probability of respondents with higher education (high school graduates and above) to dispose of waste indiscriminately is 4.301 times the chance of respondents with junior high school education and below. This means that respondents with higher education (high school graduates and above) are more likely to dispose of waste indiscriminately than respondents with lower education. This reinforces the existing theory, namely that the higher a person's level of education, the better his behavior in waste management (the more he cares about the environment).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze efforts to silence women's political movements in the 1930s through narratives perpetuating patriarchal ideology in two novels by John Steinbeck: Tortilla Flat and Of Mice and Men. This research is a literature study using a descriptive qualitative analysis approach in order to present a more varied perspective in viewing John Steinbeck's contribution to American politics. Two of Steinbeck's novels are examined as material to analyze attempts to silence women's political movements in their time by using theories from feminist critics, such as Judith Butler and See Gayle Rubin. The results of this study found that there is weakening of roles, strengthening stereotypes, and giving stigma to female characters in Steinbeck's stories which are considered as an effort to build narratives that marginalized women, as well as repetition of discourse to strengthen patriarchal ideology in Steinbeck's texts.]]>

<![CDATA[The impact of poor sleep quality, among others, will experience various negative things including being prone to accidents, physical health problems, impaired memory and learning, high risk of obesity and mental health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between health and the use of gadgets on sleep patterns. In this study, the design used is Literature Review. The method of searching for article data sources was carried out through the Google Scholar database in the 2017-2022 period to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. The results of the six journal studies explain that the use of gadgets can have a major effect on a person's sleep patterns, especially teenagers who should need enough sleep to study. However, things like gadget or gadget addiction have become commonplace among the public. Not even parents can handle such things. In conclusion, gadgets should be a place for children to find out things that can become knowledge, but many are misused by opening applications that are not too important for children of their age. It is expected that parents will supervise children in using gadgets.]]>

<![CDATA[Pantun Palang Pintu is a form of traditional art performance by the people of the sub-district. Mandau. Regency. Bengkalis which is usually used in welcoming the bride and groom and entertainment for its supporting community. The interaction in the performance of the pantun creation process is spontaneous. In this case the messages conveyed are socio-cultural realities as material for the interaction of participation in producing meaning and exchanging experiences related to people's lives. This study aims to determine the performance of palang Pintu rhyme in the people of Riau, especially in the people of the sub-district. Mandau, Regency. Bengkalis. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of consumers when visiting Mandiri Apple Pickers in Bumiaji District, Malang, to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty in independent apple picking businesses in Bumiaji District, Malang, to identify the obstacles and efforts faced by Mandiri Apple Picking businesses in increase consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all customers who visited the independent apple picking business in Bumiaji District, Malang. The researcher determines that the number of respondents in the research is 100 respondents. The results of this study are that the characteristics of Mandiri Apple Picking consumers are that the majority are female by 66%, while for men it is 34%, then for the age of the majority of consumers aged 31-35 it is 32%. With the last education, the majority of high school is 43% and the majority of consumers work as housewives 22% and other jobs 27%. Based on the results of the research results of multiple linear regression analysis Test (F) there is a simultaneous or joint effect between the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y). On the results of the (Partial) T-Test that has been carried out from 7 Independent Variables of the marketing mix, there are 6 independent variables that have a partial effect on consumer loyalty, while for the independent variables that have no effect on consumer loyalty, namely Promotion. From the results of research that has been done constraints and efforts to increase consumer loyalty include: elements of the Marketing Mix, namely promotions that are less effective at Mandiri Apple Picks, product offerings that are less attractive and varied, and many competitors doing the same business.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of the Rantau Karya Village Government of East Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2019-2021. Village Government Financial Performance is an important indicator for evaluating the efficiency of financial management, transparency and accountability in the use of public resources. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach using financial data contained in the financial reports of the Rantau Karya Village Government during the period studied. The data used includes village receipts and expenditures, as well as significant village income and expenditure items. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the Rantau Karya Village Government could be categorized as very high based on the Village Financial Dependence Ratio, whereas the Effectiveness Ratio of Village Original Income showed ineffective performance, and the Village Spending Efficiency Ratio was categorized as less effective. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insights for the village government, stakeholders, and society in general to improve village government financial management. The results of this study can also be a reference for local governments in formulating policies related to village financial management.]]>
