The purpose of this study is to examine the variables that affect firm value as well as to examine the differences in firm value before and during the COVID-19 period. The research methods used are multiple linear regression analysis and different test with IBM SPSS. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling which resulted in 47 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The results of the regression test before the COVID-19 period showed that profitability and dividend policy have an effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage and firm size have no effect on firm value. The results of the regression test during the COVID-19 period showed that profitability has an effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage, firm size and dividend policy have no effect on firm value. The result of the different test showed that there is no difference in the average of firm value before and during the COVID-19 period.

This study aims to determine the effect of COVID-19 pandemic and trading activities on stock market return in healthcare companies and transportation & logistic companies that was listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period. The study period from March 2, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The research finds that the best model used in predicting stock market returns is random effect model compared to other 2 selected models. Variables related to COVID-19 outbreak which are daily growth in confirmed cases and daily growth in death causes by COVID-19 were found not affect the stock market return significantly. However, this study found that trading activities described by trading volume and trading frequency variables during the research period had positive and significant effect to the stock market returns.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence whether operating cash flow, investment activities and leverage have an effect on corporate cash holding. This study also aims to test and develop the consistency of the results of previous studies. The population of this study is from the property, real estate and construction sectors which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 3 years, namely from 2018 - 2020. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow and investment activities have a positive effect on corporate cash holding, while leverage has a negative effect on corporate cash holding.

This study aims to examine the effect of COVID-19, exchange rate and Ramadan month effect on stock market returns in consumer goods industry firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. The result of this study shows that COVID-19 that is proxied by daily death case, exchange rate and Ramadan month effect have no effect on stock market returns. COVID-19 that is proxied by daily recovered case have positive effect on stock market returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, gender diversity, and free cash flow on dividend policy. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Dividend policy is determined by the dividend payout ratio. The result of this study stated that the gender diversity didn’t have a significant effect on dividend policy, while leverage and free cash flow had a significant effect on dividend policy.

This study aims to examined the effect of asset stucture, liquidity and non-debt tax shields to debt policy on consumer goods companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange since 2018-2020. This study method used was descriptive quantitative and 49 selected companies observated by using the purposive sampling method. Data processing in this study was carried out using the eviews 12 application. The results of this study showed that all independent variables asset stucture, liquidity and non-debt tax shields have a significant affect on debt policy.

This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining empirical evidence of the effect of Profitability, firm size, leverage, and Net Working Capital on Cash Holding. Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period are the subjects that will be used in this study. The test was carried out on 258 samples of data from 86 samples of manufacturing companies that had been processed using the purposive sampling technique. EViews ver 12.0 program will be used for data processing. The research conducted shows that profitability and Firm Size do not have a significant positive effect on Cash Holding, Leverage has a significant positive effect on Cash Holding, and Net Working Capital has a significant positive effect on Cash Holding.

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, profitability (ROA), Liquidity, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 research period. The population of the food and beverage sector is 30 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method. There are 18 registered food and beverage companies from 2018 to 2020 that meet the criteria to be sampled. The research data used was secondary data which was tested using E-views version 11. The data analysis method used was the multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that firm size and total asset turnover have a positive effect on the capital structure. Liquidity has a significant negative effect on the capital structure, while profitability and net profit margins have no effect on the capital structure.

The preparation of this report and internship practice was done in order to get an overview of the working world and know the procedure to make a transfer pricing document for ABJ Company. The internship was held at PT XYZ, for four months starting from January 3rd, 2022 to 28th April,2022. The procedure for ABJ Company’s transfer pricing document was given one week of working time. PT XYZ and ABJ Company must coordinate to prepare all the data needed in making the transfer pricing document. ABJ Company required the company’s transfer pricing document to prove that transactions made by ABJ Company with its affiliates are fair and common. The benefits obtained during the internship period are many, such as developing soft skills such as building good teamwork, establishing good communication with clients, thinking critically and more logically, and being able to manage time better.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, bonus plan and firm size on Income Smoothing. Index Excel (1981) model is used to determine the income smoothing practices. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data used is secondary data from the population using the Food and Beverages Sub Sector Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The hypotheses were tested using logistic regression analysis to examine the influence of these variables on income smoothing processed using SPSS ver25. The Sample was determined using purposive sampling obtained by 10 company samples, for a total of 40 observational data. The results of this study showed that profitability has a positive effect on income smoothing, a bonus plan negative effect on the action of income smoothing, while firm size has no effect on income smoothing.
