Abstract

Abstract: In the literature of Management Sciences found a variety of definitions of the meaning of management. However, the definition indicates a process that occurs in a management is the definition made by Ricky W. Griffin which defines management as a process of planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources to achieve the goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. Referring to the order management process, then planning is the most early and decisive step towards the goal of management itself. In our opinion, that the people who are lucky are those who have a good plan in living her life. This is the nature of the planning process in which ideals are translated into action. Abstract

Abstract :Lately visible symptoms in the West kematerian bored with life and seek to live spirituality in the East; No one goes to spirituality in Buddhism, there is a spirituality to the Hindu religion and spirituality taksedikit have also adopted the Islamic religion. In the face of materialism that is sweeping the world today, it needs to be revived spiritualism. Here Sufism with noble teachings of spirituality and morality can play an important role. In the world of Sufism, known by the term makrifah. Epistemologically, makrifah is a science in which there is no doubt whatsoever, he not only protected from all doubt, but also free from any errors and mistakes. This is the "knowledge" that is true, the true reality, ataukebenaran intrinsic built atasdasarkeyakinan perfect (Haqq al-Yaqin) .Makrifahmenurut al-Ghazaliialah "mengetahuirahasia-rahasiaketuhanandanperaturan-rules that meliputisegala the entities". Makrifah places in the idea of Sufism al-Ghazali not just limited to the recognition of God, but also include the introduction of all His statutes for all creatures. Makrifah, as knowledge essential and reassuring, did not come easily but through struggle (al-Mujahadah) and exercise (al-Riyadah) heavy, demanding patience and it took a long time to pass through several stations (al-maqamat) and grace God is the impact of the station (al-Maqam) that has been achieved. This is the path that must be taken by every person who wants to achieve makrifah.Menurut Al-Ghazali, makrifah can not pass the sensory experience and can not be achieved through understanding but through nur of God as Sufi experience. From here revealed all reality that can not be captured by the senses and can not be reached by reason (ratio) .To obtain marifah it is a process that is continuous. The more a Sufi obtain marifah of God, the more he knows about the secret-rahasiaTuhan and he was getting close to God. However, obtaining a perfect marifah of God is not possible for humans is limited (finite), while God is (infinitife) .As for the goal of a Sufi is to meet with God. This is the pleasure that may never be known by anyone other than Allah SWT. If it has been reached, delete all the hardship and the whole desire for heart drowning in pleasure to meet with him. Had thrown into hell, he would not feel the pain of the punishment of hell because she had drowned in that enjoyment. And if offered to him the pleasures of heaven, he will not care about him because he has reached the highest pleasure and perfect, which no longer higher enjoyment thereof. Al-Ghazali said that it is so difficult to reveal the nature of reality makrifah; ordinary language is not enough to be able to express it appropriately and it is difficult to write. Even if a Sufi forced to reveal it, she just express it symbolically.Keywords :Concept, Makrifah,Epistemology.

ABSTRACT: Indonesia adalah tempat yang subur untuk perdukunan. Negara ini seolah terbelenggu dengan perdukunan. Jual tanah saja harus pergi ke dukun, mau usahanya lancar, mau jabatannya bertahan, mau punya wibawa dan ditakuti bawahan harus pergi ke dukun. Di dalam pembahasan ini akan difokuskan pada pandang Islam dalam hadits Rasulullah SAW tentang keyakinan – keyakinan orang yang mendatangi paranormal, karena jika mereka salah persepsi maka ini akan mengonyahkan keimanan mereka kepada Allah dan rasul-rasul-Nya. Abstract

Abstract: Islam is a religion rahmatan lil Alamin (blessing for the universe), of course, we as Muslims are required to make Islam as guidance in social life, because sometimes the habits or norms terben tuk in society are not in accordance with the teachings of Islam we already believe to be true. For that it is necessary the straightening straightening mengkiblat in the teachings of Islam, which indeed it is an absolute thing to do as a Muslim, which of course it can not be separated from the translation of translation as a form of extracting the values of Islam to understand. The rest leave in case there is need for appropriate methods as the approach used in the hang of the moral values of Islam to the community.In this study the researchers wanted to know the purpose of establishing a puppet in the hamlet syadat Gentong as media approach to disseminate the teachings of Islam and the effectiveness of the puppet syadat in transforming the teachings of Islam to the people hamlet Gentong. This research was conducted in the hamlet Gentong-Purwoasri Singosari Malang.In collecting these data the researchers used the method of observation, interviews, documentaries, questionnaires, and analyze the data in percentages. Population taken in peneletian is the whole society Gentong hamlet of 200 people, while researchers only take 40 people (20%) to be sampled comprised of community leaders, the village, the elderly and youth.From the results of this study can be obtained from the data that the purpose of the puppet Syadat is to disseminate the teachings of Islam and on the transformation of moral values of Islam through a puppet show Syadat dikatan be very effective. Because this approach is in accordance with the background of village communities Gentong which largely favor the arts that smelled gamelan. Keywords: Values of Islam, transformation, puppet shows syadat

Abstract

AbstractClaims of absoluteness for each religion being enlarged by the differences between religions. Inclusive problem in Islam is a continuation of the thought or the idea of neo-modernism to a more specific area after pluralism, precisely in the field of theology[1] without leaving a space of tolerance in this field. For empathy or sympathy, how others perceive their own religion and we often judge the faith of others by seeing our own theology. To solve that we can use an external relations for the creation of religions, interreligious dialogue needs to be done. Then, in the internal religion,it is  required a reinterpretation of religious messages more universal human touch.
