Abstract

Abstract:A psychic is an event or ability that can not be explained logically. Examples are event possession, telepathic ability, body that is immune to weapons, the experience of entering the supernatural and so forth. An English dictionary defines paranormal as impossible to explain scientifically, which means something that can not be explained scientifically: can not be explained or understood by the principle of scientific science. The life of a diverse society of the upper classes of the middle class and lower classes in terms of seeking satisfaction will earn income or wealth can not be considered satisfied because the satisfaction will be different views or perceptions of the thoughts of each individual. Only upper and middle class are still thinking about wanting better for the wealth they get, let alone the lower classes who have certainly wanted to improve the welfare, but there are times when it happens in this day and age people want to get the results easily and not through a good business process, even now many are doing business beyond reason or outside the logic of human thinking. Keywords: Paranorma, Islam, Hadist

Abstract

Ideally, education should be accessible to everyone, both men and women, without discrimination against any group. However, in reality, educational inequality persists, especially among ethnic Arab women. This article aims to delve deeper into the perspective of the ethnic Arab community regarding women's education and to explore young women's responses to this view. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method, with in-depth observation and interviews used for data collection. These findings reveal that educational restrictions and restrictions for ethnic Arab women are rooted in the interpretation of normative texts and binding cultural norms. Responses from ethnic Arab women to these restrictions ranged from acceptance to subtle resistance, and even active opposition. The implication of this research is that understanding how Arab ethnic thinking affects women's educational patterns in Malang can help in designing educational programs that are more inclusive and in accordance with cultural values. Provide insight into how traditional and modern values interact in the Arab community in Malang, as well as their impact on educational opportunities for women. It can be the basis for educational institutions to develop a curriculum that takes into account cultural aspects, so that women's education can be more widely accepted among ethnic Arab communities. Encourage more progressive and gender-equality-based education policies while respecting the cultural values embraced by the Arab community.

Abstract

The main focus of this scientific article is to identify the problems faced by educators in learning to translate the Quran, develop appropriate mentoring strategies, and evaluate the results of mentoring at Madrasah Diniyah Raudhatul Jannah Singosari Malang. The mentoring method uses  Participatory Action Research (PAR) with the following implementation stages: the process of inculturation and participatory mapping, the formulation of humanitarian problems, the formulation of strategic planning, the implementation of programs, and supervision and reflection. The results of the service show that educators face challenges in the development of Quranic learning that focuses on teaching Quranic translation, such as a lack of a deep understanding of Arabic and the limitations of the methods used. Therefore, a mentoring strategy is needed through training in the an-Nashr method which focuses on strengthening the skills of memorizing and translating the Quran with a pattern of repetition of 4,3,2,1. The results of the service show that the assistance of the An-Nashr Method significantly improves the ability of educators to teach the translation of the Quran through the 4-3-2-1 repetition pattern, so that learning becomes more effective and systematic
