Abstract

Business ethics is a code of conduct employers based on the value - moral values and norms are used as guidance in making decisions and solving problems Zimmerer (1996:20). Menurut Ronald J. Ebert dan Ricky M. Griffin (200:80) Business ethics is a term often used to indicate a person's ethical behavior of managers or employees of an organization.Satisfaction is of feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between the impression of the performance (or result) of a product and hopes (Ronny A. Rusly  (2002 :  37)This study aims to determine whether there is influence of the application of business ethics to customer satisfaction in Andayani Waroeng Steak N Java in Pamekasan. The sample collection technique using accidental sampling with analysis of data using multiple linear regression.

Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk reports cash flow reports annually to make use of cash flow report  information  as  an important company  performance  analysis tool.  One analysis of financial performance using cash flow statements is the ratio of cash flow statements. The purpose of this study is to find out how to analyze cash flow statements to measure financial performance at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2014 to 2016. This study uses data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive methods, namely by calculating the ratio of operating cash flows, the ratio of cash coverage to current debt, the ratio of capital expenditure, the ratio of total debt, the ratio of cash to interest coverage , and the ratio of the flow of funds. The results of this study indicate that financial performance at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 2014 to 2016 is where from six ratios are calculated into two ratios that meet the standards of more than one, namely the CKB and CAD ratios and the other four ratios are below one. Means that all cash flows owned by the company only have more potential to pay short- term liabilities.

Abstract

Investment is an important thing for everyone as an alternative in the storage of funds and to gain profit. Investors are faced with two things in making investments, namely risk and return. Diversification is one way to minimize risk by forming a portfolio of stocks. This study aims to determine and analyze optimal portfolio selection using single index model.The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The object of this research is using the company collected in BISNIS-27 index, with the research period from 2011 to 2015. The data collection method used is purposive sampling, where the company to be analyzed is only companies listed in BISNIS-27 stock index consistently during nine (9) periods from February 1, 2011 to July 31, 2015, and stocks are not suspended during the period February 1, 2011 to July 31, 2015. Data required in the analysis of data is historical price of stocks and IHSG (Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan). Analyzer using microsoft excel.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren  (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the oldest pedagogical institutions in Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren Assyafiiyah is one of Islamic BoardingSchools located in the area of Madura. To be a productive Islamic Boarding School (i.e.a boarding school which fits the need of pesantren), Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School needs to measure the performance of the employee. In this case, it is known as Board Performance which involves human resources, strategy, and performance. To produce a superior educational institution, the implementation of Human Resource Scorecard method that has a positive and significant effect on the institution of Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School is very necessary. It is used as an analysis of human resource performance. It is expected that this kind performance measurement system (i.e. Human Resource Scorecard) is able to provide the best solution in improving employee performance. Try Out is given and conducted on the institution to measure the performance system achievemet of its human resources. Therefore, the Key Performance Indicators which does not reach the target can be discovered. In other words, such kind of Try Out can be used to analyze the necessary refinement and improvement of the Key Performance Indicators previously mentioned. Based on the status quo, there are two major problems in this research: 1) how is the mapping of Human Resourse Scorecard?; and 2) what are the factors influencing the optimalization of Board Performance in Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School through Human Resource Scorecard?

Abstract

Merek sangatlah penting karena konsumen tidak lagi puas hanya dengan ter-cukupi kebutuhannya. Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh suatu merek yang sudah dianggap sebagai aset perusahaan (brand equity) maka PT. XL Axiata menginginkan mereknya sukses di pasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Ekuitas Merek yang dimiliki oleh PT. XL Axiata sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen pada keputusan pembelian XL Paket Data Seluler di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Tehnik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, mengingat model tersusun atas sejumlah hubungan kausal antar variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan dan parsial kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Manajemen PT. XL Axiata sebaiknya meningkatkan kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek bagi para konsumennya, mengingat koefisien regresinya masih rendah atau masih dibawah satu. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan gerai bagi para konsumen serta mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awarness konsumennya.

Abstract

Competition in the business world, especially the cafe industry shows an increasing trend. For some internet cafe managers, the importance of creating customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is very important and a primary goal. Managers of internet cafe services are now competing to improve optimal services to achieve these goals .Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are expressions of feelings or impressions of everyone when using a product or service. This research aims to identify and examine the factors that may affect the customer's satisfaction and loyalty in Don 's Warnet Cikarang . With a sample size of 200 people , the research carried out on the visitors who have used the services of Don 's Warnet , and conducted by purposive sampling technique .The results show that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by the quality of service and location factors . As for the only customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by customer satisfaction factors . The moderating variable frequency of visits and customer's place of residence does not give significant results on satisfaction and customer loyalty .Thus , it can be concluded that in order to get satisfaction and customer loyalty , besides place the business location that is close to the customer's environment , Don 's Warnet should further improve the quality of services , especially in the field of reliability of internet access , responsiveness operators , security environment and a sense of empathy towards the customer . So the satisfaction perceived by customers , is expected to make a loyal customer to the products / services used .

Abstract

The characteristics of the board in a company affect the company's capital structure because of the relationship between the monitoring mechanism which is a function of the board of directors on the company's capital structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the board of directors' diversity which is proxied on the variables of female presence, foreign citizenship, board size, sales growth, profitability and firm size on capital structure. This study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression methods. The sample of this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016 - 2017. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling. This research data can be obtained from secondary data, namely the company's annual report. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression showed that the presence of women and foreign citizenship had an effect while the variable board size, sales growth, profitability and firm size did not affect the capital structure.
