Abstract

This study aims to obtain scientific information on the achievement and effectiveness of Mahad Al-Jamiah program management. The research method used is evaluative research. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires / questionnaires, and document review. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and qualitative quantitative methods. The results of the research obtained the evaluation results obtained value of each aspect, namely: 1) functionalization of management functions Mahad Al-Jamiah 75.46 good category, 2) 100 curriculum management very good category, 3) mahasantri management 80 categories good, 4) management of facilities and infrastructure 71.42 good category, 5) management of educators and education 60 categories enough, 6) public relations management 0 categories very kuran, and 8) special service management 60 categories enough. The results of this evaluation provide advice to the leadership Mahad Al-Jamiah to run the organizing function that is to formulate and determine the methods and procedures, and select and conduct training and education of educators and educational. Furthermore, it is expected that the leadership of Mahad Al-Jamiah to make contact with the community, financial supervision, and form the committee acceptance mahad students.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) is a non-formal education which is the solution of the lack of hours of religious study at school. The Historically, this solution is to accommodate the numerous demands of various elements of society that have been raised through; demonstrations, rallies, suggestions, and even pressure on the government. Madrasah education Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) in the history of education entirely an initiative of the Muslim community. The Unit MDT Education with a strong legal umbrella among such as;the provisions in the Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education system, Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007 on Religious Education and Religious Education, Government Regulation No. 48 of 2008 concerning education funding , as well as the Minister of Religious Affairs regulation No. 13 of 2014 concerning Islamic Religious Education. In Kabupaten Rejang Lebong MDT are 15 institutions. Where the communitys response to MDT is perceived as lacking, the management of MDT management is very simple and even tends to be traditional, the holding factor of MDT is strong enough and the factor of inhibiting the low awareness of the community and the difficulty of getting the fund, and the solution for the society to address the lack of religious learning hours at the majority school of apathetic parents religious learning outcomes at school, a small part of sending their children to the MDT, and a few more parents teaching their own children at home. This research is a field research associated with various existing literatures, the aims to contribute to the public as general, STAIN Curup, and Local Government Rejang Lebong Regency.

Abstract

This article aims to find comparison of PAUD management of Pembina Curup and PAUD Pertiwi Rejang lebonmg in improving the quality of learning with qualitative descriptive approach so as to obtain the following conclusion. Curriculum management, student affairs, educators and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure and PAUD financial management has been implemented by the PAUD Pembina and PAUD Pertiwi. This is seen in, First, the quality of early childhood education is the service provided in the form of Kindergarten (TK) and Play Group (KB). Second, the fulfillment of the level of child development achievement, the learning is done in accordance with the age group of learners, and also in accordance with the needs of the surrounding community and the learners themselves. Third, the fulfillment of educators and educational personnel to meet the standards, even exceed the existing standards, by providing opportunities for educators to go to college and follow the training. Fourth, existing facilities and infrastructure are now more and more, both in terms of quantity and quality as required by the existing rules. Facilities and infrastructure about safe, comfortable, bright and fulfilling childrens health criteria, according to the childs developmental level, make use of the available resources and potentials already fulfilled. Fifth, in accordance with the instructions and rules on the financial implementation of PAUD. Finance management of PAUD Terpadu and PAUD Pertiwi has also been communicated with parents, learners, and the community. So there is no rejection from the public.

Abstract

Management and quality of learning is very important in the effort to realize education. Effective learning quality management will be able to influence between teacher as facilitator and learner as subject in teaching learning. This research is to know the management and quality of learning Indonesian at State Junior High School 4 Rejang Lebong. In particular this study to describe: 1). How to manage learning planning in Indonesian language, 2). How to manage the implementation of Indonesian language learning, 3). How to evaluate Indonesian learning management, 4). How innovation is done in the management of learning Indonesian language. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. The quality of the study of quality management of Indonesian language learning, can be concluded to contribute to learning Indonesian language. The implication of this finding is that Indonesian teachers can understand quality management in applying learning. Keywords: Management, Quality, Learning Indonesian

Abstract

Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) is a quality assurance unit that exist in every Islamic University. Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) STAIN Curup is an element of supervisor who performs non-academic field supervision functions for and on behalf of University Leaders. The scope of non-academic field supervision includes: (1) finance, (2) asset, and (3) human resources (HR). After the establishment of the internal supervisory unit (SPI) at STAIN Curup since september 2017 ago until now has not been able to perform its functions to conduct internal supervision and audit. Since the institutional or organizational structure does not have organizational structure, vision and mission, authority and responsibility and lack of internal auditor performance guidance to be conducted in the framework of evaluation of non-academic field activities including audit planning activities, testing and evaluating information, audit result notification and acts further audit results. This type of research is field research (fileld research), in this case the researcher uses descriptive qualitative research type that is analyzing and presenting the facts systematically based on the number or amount of data mendepenelitiankan in the form of data for the understood and concluded. this research is comparative descriptive research in the form of concept study. From the aspect of the objectives, this research is a study that attempted to describe the substance of the analysis of the concept of the formulation of the Design of Institution of Internal Control Unit (SPI) at STAIN Curup (an SPI design offer for effectiveness and efficient financial management, employee performance and state assets). The result of this research is: The existence of Internal Supervisory Unit at STAIN Curup is a must again after the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affair No. 25 year 2017 dated 04 August 2017 about Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) at State Religious College. The design of vision, mission, purpose, function, authority, and Structure of STAIN Curup has been formulated based on the FGD and KMA results dated 04 August 2017. Internal Auditor Performance Internal Audit Unit (SPI) STAIN Curup can be seen from four audit execution, namely: a ). Audit planning stage, b). Testing and evaluation phase of information, c). Stage of delivery of audit result, d). Follow-up phase of audit.
