Abstract

The profession of migrant workers in some cases bring the person concerned to get the treasures expected success, but not rarely contain a number of risks that need to get the attention of government authorities. A number of problems that might be experienced when Indonesian Labor not available works. Therefore it takes a model economic empowerment for the labor of Indonesia, when he returned to his country was able to survive and improve the well-being of himself and of his family. This research aims to know the role of zakah's institution towards the empowerment of Indonesia's labor and to devise appropriate empowerment model for Indonesian Workforce by Institution of Zakah. Data analysis was done with a qualitative approach. Analytical techniques in the study will be conducted with qualitative analysis approach, a case study of eksplanation to explain how the empowerment model right for Indonesia in Labor Studies. Based on the data and the results of the analysis that has been done can be known that Dompet Dhuafa has role in Indonesia Workforce empowerment. The empowerment Model implemented by Dompet Dhuafa form the Groove program that may help the former workforce of Indonesia after plunging back to life in his native region. Former Indonesian workforce empowerment meant to monitor and nurture the entrepreneurial activities are continuously carried out by former Indonesian labor so that it can be a permanent effort.

Abstract

National Amil Zakah Board has a big responsibility to hold the trust of government and society to zakah management in Indonesia. The problem is how the financial performance of National Amil Zakah Agency? This study aims to assess the financial performance of zakah institutions by using financial performance measurement ratio model from Ritchie & Kolodinsky (2003) research for non-profit organizations. The object used in this research is the financial report of Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) during the period 2004 to 2013. The components of the ratio used are five ratio of Ritchie & Kolodinsky model. Based on Ritchie & Kolodinsky ratios, these five ratios show BAZNAS's financial performance over the last decade well expressed.

Abstract

In accordance with the purpose of Sidoarjo District as the city of Indonesian SMEs, the government of Sidoarjo regency fierce empower SMEs and also creating new entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo. We assess with jealous people creating new businesses to supplement the family income, especially housewives should be appreciated properly. Obstacles often faced by new entrepreneurs are not have a good knowledge of the methods of recording finance both the cost of raw materials, operating costs, gain and losses. Not infrequently, the money that had been due to run out mixed business purposes or used for the needs of the family shopping. For that we want to provide training and mentoring for the housewife as new entrepreneurs especially in rural Kenongo to be able to make a simple bookkeeping for his business transactions. In the end, we hope that the additional knowledge of recording financial transactions, the housewife are able to get increased revenues and able to raise their business.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of national income (real GDP), inflation rate and money supply previous year (M) t-1 to the amount of money circulating in the current year (M) t and the amount of credit / financing in the current year (Cr ) t both from the activities of Syariah banking and conventional banking. The data was used by publication of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis data was used multiple linear regression with logarithm approach. Research Result find for conventional bank only variable inflation significantly affect in the money supply (M1), while for Syariah bank in GDP and inflation as well as M1 (ISL) / P) t-1. As for conventional M2 for inflation and GDP was significant. For Syariah banking only GDP was not significant. The Factors were affecting credit conventional bank only inflation only. While Syariah bank all variables were significant.

Abstract

There are hundreds of Islamic banks registered in Indonesia, which means Islamic banks have a huge contribution in the economic performance of the country. According to Islamic bank statistic's data, the most prefered transaction is murabahah financing, which reached 57,76 %. To understand this trend, one should first relate to the affecting factors, such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Non Performing Financing (NPF). Therefore this research aims to find out the influence (Partial & simultant) of the factors mentioned above on the Murabahah financing in BNI Syariah for the period of 2011 - 2015.Using quantitative and descriptive approach, this research present and analyise published data obtained from BNI's financial report 2011 to 2015 as sample, and other references as based theory. All data analysed using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). While for assuring data accuracy, normality test, autocorelation and heterostatistics tests have been made. The relation and the influence between dependent and independent variables, figured by double regression analysis. Based on the partial analysis each variables showed have positive and significant effect on murabahah financing. Through the Double Reggression conducted, it found that the variables CAR, ROA and NPF together have positive and significant effect on murabahah financing.In conclusion, to maintain the murabahah financing level, the bank should maintain and improve CAR, ROA, and NPF.
