Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of risk management financing at BSI KCP Mojokerto Bangsal which aims to find out about the implementation of risk management financing at BSI KCP Mojokerto Bangsal. This research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses secondary data in the form of literature to examine written sources such as scientific journals, literature, articles and other sources that are relevant and related to the object under study and primary data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation in the form of texts and pictures taken by researchers. then reprocessed. The result of this research is that Indonesian banking is now enlivened by the presence of Islamic banks that offer financial services products at BSI. This banking product also has a variety of risks, therefore the researcher clarifies the risks in Islamic banks and the application of risk management agreements in Islamic banks. Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of people in Indonesia, especially students in the city of Sidoarjo, who still lack Islamic knowledge about Islamic banking, its profit system and its services. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the lack of interest in Sidoarjo students to become customers of Islamic banks. The population of this research is students in the city of Sidoarjo, with a sample of 99 respondents. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach using primary data. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, understanding of sharia has no effect on the interest of students in Sidoarjo to become customers of Islamic banks, while profit sharing and services have a positive influence on students' interest in becoming customers of Islamic banks.

Abstract

Microfinance syariah dapat dilihat sebagai industri yang sedang berkembang di beberapa negara Muslim seperti Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh. Bertindak sebagai gerakan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan di masyarakat dan membantu meningkatkan taraf sosial masyarakat miskin. Sebagai industri yang berkembang, keuangan mikro syariah memang menghadapi beberapa tantangan seperti jangkauan pasar yang terbatas, kurangnya keahlian dalam industri, masalah tata kelola dan manajemen, dan persaingan bisnis yang begitu ketat. Oleh karena itu customer relationship management sangat diperlukan dalam memperbaiki kualitas layanan antara pengelolaan dengan pengguna, sehingga dapat menguntungkan kedua belah pihak. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar optimal pengimplementasian customer relationship management dalam microfinance syariah.

Abstract

Munculnya wabah Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif bagi masyarakat tentunya dalam hal perekonomian masyarakat yang sangat menurun, sehingga banyak masyarakat berbondong-bondong mencari pekerjaan baru maupun mencari pendapatan tambahan dengan bergabung menjadi mitra franchise UMKM Pentol Kabul di Desa Tulangan, Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Prinsip dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran ada dua konsep yakni keuntungan dan keberkahan. Franchise merupakan bisnis yang menguntungkan dan dapat meminimalisir resiko atas kerugian usaha. Dalam membangun usaha harus mempelajari strategi pemasaran dengan baik tentunya mempelajari pemasaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan melakukan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan Pembahasan dari penelitian ini ialah penerapan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pemilik usaha sebagian telah diterapkan. Sedangkan penerapan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh para mitra telah dilakukan dengan baik, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan yang diperoleh mitra franchise dari bulan Desember 2021-Januari 2022 yang mengalami peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstract

Angka kemiskinan yang tinggi menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi bangsa ini untuk mencari instrumen yang tepat dalam mempercepat penurunan kemiskinan tersebut, penyaluran dana filantropi merupakan penyaluran dengan teori pemberdayaan. Program ekonomi yaitu salah satu progam yang digunakan untuk memberdayakan serta mendorong pengentasan kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyaluran dana filantropi yang ada di Lazismu Mojokerto dan dampak dari penyaluran dana filantropi pada program ekonomi dengan menggunakan maqashid syariah untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan mustahiq. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menerapkan pendekatan studi kasus yang sedang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dana filantropi yang disalurkan kepada mustahiq terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan para mustahiq dapat dilihat dari aspek maqashid as-syariah dimana kesejahteraan berasal dari terpeliharanya agama (Hifdz Ad-Din), terpeliharanya jiwa (Hifdz An-Nafs), terpeliharanya akal (Hifdz Al-Aql), terpeliharanya keturunan (Hifdz An-Nasl), dan terpeliharanya harta (Hifdz Al-Maal) yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan para mustahiq dengan tercukupinya kebutuhan sehari-hari dan peningkatan pada usahanya.

Abstract

An important marketing strategy is carried out by a business so that it does not lag behind its competitors, of course it must be carried out in accordance with marketing in Islamic sharia. In the face of competition, Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung implements a marketing mix strategy. This research uses case study qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The informants of this research are business owners, supervisors, outlet employees and consumers of Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung. The results of this study, the marketing mix strategy applied by Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung in the face of competition includes product strategy, price, place, promotion, people (employees), process and physical evidence. These strategies include making quality products, providing menu variants, setting affordable prices, strategic outlet locations, opening branch outlets, promoting on social media and offering purchases through Gofood. The marketing mix strategy used by Martabak Terangbulan Bogasari Bandung is not in accordance with Islamic sharia. The discrepancy can be seen from the behavior of employees who smoke while serving purchases.

Abstract

In accordance with the purpose of Sidoarjo District as the city of Indonesian SMEs, the government of Sidoarjo regency fierce empower SMEs and also creating new entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo. We assess with jealous people creating new businesses to supplement the family income, especially housewives should be appreciated properly. Obstacles often faced by new entrepreneurs are not have a good knowledge of the methods of recording finance both the cost of raw materials, operating costs, gain and losses. Not infrequently, the money that had been due to run out mixed business purposes or used for the needs of the family shopping. For that we want to provide training and mentoring for the housewife as new entrepreneurs especially in rural Kenongo to be able to make a simple bookkeeping for his business transactions. In the end, we hope that the additional knowledge of recording financial transactions, the housewife are able to get increased revenues and able to raise their business.

The community of conducted at Porong 2 state middle school various problems by empowering the existence of students' entrepreneurial canteens to have entrepreneurial skills, courage to face challenges, and entrepreneurial independence. This method of implementing into several stages, including 1) the planning stage, 2) the organizing stage, 3) the implementation stage, 4) the monitoring and evaluation stage, 5) the follow-up stage. The development and empowerment of entrepreneurship canteens in schools effectively makes students more active, productive and responsible in their lives

Abstract

Learning evaluation can provide opportunities for teachers to make plans and estimations, whether the predetermined goals will be achieved according to the planned target time. If based on the data from the evaluation results it is estimated that the goal will not be achieved as planned, the teacher would try to find the factors causing the problems found, and provide solutions to the problems. The corona pandemic period really needs an online learning and evaluation process, the use of web-based applications will be able to provide assistance to teachers who can quickly assess learning evaluations on teaching materials as well as make time efficiency. The method of making an application is by Rapid Application Development (RAD) or rapid prototype; it is a model for developing a software system with a tiered pattern. The main thing used is a tool in the form of a web-based learning evaluation application resembling an application that can carry out evaluations related to a certain exam process as a trial during entry data training of all existing subjects by the teacher concerned with the authority as a teacher, scheduling and instructor arrangement by the principal, and finally student entry by the operator. Each application a different task according to its function.
