Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap keterikatan kerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen di lingkungan universitas muhammadiyah riau sebanyak 178 orang. Sampel yang digunakan 70 dosen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling yaitu mengambil sampel secara proposional dengan memilih responden sesuai dengan jumlah yang dibutuhkan pada setiap unit kerja. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan alat analisis SPSS for Windows versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja dosen di universitas muhammadiyah riau. Hasil ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional sudah efektif untuk meningkatkan keterikatan kerja dosen. Abstract

The study was conducted at Carrefour Pekanbaru, Riau. The aim is to find out the direct effect of the Dimension of Retailing Mix namely Store atmosphere, store location, product diversity, price, promotion and service on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. The study took a sample of 180 consumers. The variables used are Store atmosphere, store location, product diversity, price, promotion and service on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the Smart PLS 3.2.7 program The results showed that there was an influence of product diversity, price and service on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. while Store atmosphere, store location and promotion do not influence purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. and there is an influence between purchasing decision variables on customer satisfaction, the better the consumer purchasing decisions will increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di DPMPSP Kab Bengkalis Riau. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui efek langsung dari Dimensi dari SERQUAL yaitu Tangible,Emphaty,Reliability,Responsivennes Dan Assurance terhadap Kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengambil Sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Variabel yang digunakan adalah bukti fisik,daya tanggap,empati, jaminan dan kehandalan terhadap Kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) yang dioperasikan melalui program Smart PLS 3.2.7 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Tangible,Emphaty,Reliability,Responsivennes Dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dan. sedangkan emphaty dan assurance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat. dan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat , Semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat maka akan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan antara 6 (enam) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi akuntansi informasi sistem di koperasi yang berada di Kota pekanbaru. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah dukungan manajemen puncak, formalisasi pengembangan sistem informasi, program pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai, ukuran perusahaan, keberadaan dewan pengarah sistem informasi dan lokasi dari departemen pengarah. Di penelitian ini menggunakan analisi regresi berganda. Populasi yang digunakan adalah koperasi kota pekanbaru. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada faktor-faktor yang terbukti pengaruh; yaitu dukungam manajemen puncak dan formalisasi pengembangan sistem informasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of third party funds, capital adequacy ratios, and non-performing loans on lending. The population in this study is commercial banks that have gone public in Indonesia in the 2014-2017 period as many as 19 banks. The entire population in this study was sampled. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the company's 2014-2017 financial statements. The processing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of third party funds and capital adequacy ratio have a positive effect on lending. While the non-performing loan variable has no effect on lending.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang mayoritas masyarakatnya beragama muslim dan diharapkan dengan kondisi masyarakat yang mayoritas muslim, bank syariah bisa berkembang pesat. Namun, berdasarkan data dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada Agustus 2017 menyatakan bahwa market share bank syariah hanya 5,44% dan untuk keseluruhan lembaga keuangan syariah 8,01% sedangkan bank dan lembaga keuangan konvensional 91,99%. Tiga tahun terakhir dari tahun 2014-2016 bank umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah mengalami penurunan akibat bank syariah melakukan konsolidasi internal. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 80% total penduduk indonesia yang beragama muslim hanya 10% diantaranya yang bertransaksi di perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk tidak memilih jasa bank syariah di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini akan mengambil lokasi di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui kuisioner dengan metode analisis data Regresi Linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan adalah factor Religius, Pelayanan dan Lokasi mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk tidak memilih jasa bank syariah sementara dua (2) faktor lainnya yaitu bagi hasil dan pengetahuan tidak mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk tidak memilih jasa bank syariah.

Abstract

His thesis discusses the influence of factors that influence the direction of earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study, that is research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies (industrial sector) which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 totaling 58 companies, while the sample in this study is 43 companies with a data period of 3 years namely from 2016 to 2018, so the data will be presented as 129 data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The results of the study concluded that profitability (X1), leverage (X2) and company size (X3) had a significant effect on earnings management on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. The results of the study also suggest the company to maximize the increase in profitability and maximize the condition of the company's ability to guarantee the value of its debt so that the value of earnings management can continue to increase.

Abstract

UKM is one of the economic support in Indonesia. SMEs are required to have a competitive advantage and be able to improve marketing performance by maintaining long-term relationships with customers and increasing innovation in various sectors. Transactional marketing or traditional marketing must be updated with a new marketing system in the form of customer relationship marketing. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is also a big challenge for SMEs to be able to improve their marketing performance and are demanded to be closer and faster to serve customers by utilizing e-commerce. The specific target of this research is to find out the marketing strategies carried out by SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative research methods using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the customer relationship marketing strategy did not have a significant effect on improving marketing performance, this was due to the fact that it was still not maximal and limited knowledge from SMEs. Innovation and E-commerce strategies have a significant effect on improving marketing performance. this can be a consideration for businesses to adobtinnovation and e-commerce strategy to compete amid the high growth and development of SMEs, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of adverse selection and locus of control on the tendency of commitment escalation in investment decision making. The sample in this study was 80 accounting students of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau University who were asked to act as managers who were faced with a case related to the escalation of commitments. This research method uses a 2 x 2 experimental design between subjects namely adverse selection (there are adverse selection and without adverse selection) and locus of control (there is locus of control and without locus of control) which is processed using two ways ANOVA analysis techniques with the help of a computer program SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that adverse selection and locus of control have a significant influence on the escalation of commitments in investment decision making. The results of this study are expected to help managers, especially decision makers, gather more complete information in advance related to their investments to prevent future failures.

Abstract

This research discusses corruption in the performance of public sector organizations. The purpose of this research is to examine corruption in the performance of public sector organizations. This research was conducted at the regional work unit (SKPD) in Pekanbaru as a sample. The analytical method used in this study uses a quantitative analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach using WarpPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study reveal that acts of corruption affect the performance of public sector organizations. This indicates that corruption that occurs in public sector organizations influences the performance of public sector organizations.
