Abstract

Kebijakan dividen merupakan suatu keputusan perusahaan mengenai pembagian laba kepada para pemegang saham dalam bentuk dividen, atau menahannya dalam bentuk laba ditahan. Kebijakan dividen tersebut sering menimbulkan perbedaan kepentingan antara pemegang saham dan manajemen. Maka dari itu perlu adanya keselarasan antara pemegang saham dan manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan kebijakan dividen agar dapat melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Agency Cost, Profitabilitas, dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Kebijakan Dividen yang di proksikan dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) pada sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2016. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 11 sampel dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun sehingga didapat 55 unit sampel perusahan sektor industri dasar dan kimia periode 2012-2016. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan Software Eviews 9.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Agency Cost, Profitabilitas, dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Sedangkan secara parsial, Agency Cost berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, apabila perusahaan menginginkan untuk membagikan dividen harus memperhatikan sumber pendanaan untuk pembagian dividen kepada pemegang saham, hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan cenderung menjadikan utang perusahaan dibandingkan laba sebagai dasar pembayaran dividennya.

Abstract

This paper analyzed ASEAN-5’s comparative advantage of their best ten products using “products mapping” as now we faced ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Its a need to know which commodities are those countries in comparative advantage and as a net exporter. Using data retrieved from UN COMTRADE accessed from INTRACEN website, we used information of best ten ASEAN’s leading export commodities which was under 2 digits HS classsification. For analysis in this paper, we derived those products into 4 digits HS classification, so then we were not only use 10 commodities but 320 commodities. Comparative advantage measurement that we used were Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), as for know if the countries were net-importer or net-exporter we used Trade Balance Index (TBI). Lastly, we combined those two indexes of comparative advantage to draw each country’s products mapping. From the analysis, we got the result that, Indonesia’s exported commodities (net-exporter) and comparative advantage mostly are from animal or vegetable fats and oil, Malaysia’s mostly are from rubber and articles thereof, Singapore and Thailand’s mostly from organic chemicals, and Philipines’s mostly from electrical and electrical equipment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop learning media using Online Marketing Video Learning Information System technology which can be accessed online, and improve the learning outcomes in Online Marketing learning at Vocational High School in Sukoharjo. The method used in this research is Research and Development methods that apply the media to students in grade X of Marketing Vocational High School, Sukoharjo especially in online marketing program. The research was examined by procedure steps of preliminary research, development and testing steps. The steps of video development cover collecting material, making storyboard, surveying, producing media, and applying media. The information system development steps involve Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction and Deployment. Data analysis techniques applied in this research is a simple descriptive analysis. The research compares between the Pre test and Post test result to find out the result of study. This research was expected to increase the result of study in Online Marketings learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze : (1) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its rice quantity management; (2) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its rice quality management; (3) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its selling location; (4) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its implementation time; (5) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of rice price management. The survey method was used to conduct this research and was distributed to 96 respondents from 6 villages in the Administration City of South Jakarta. This research used One sample t-test to analyze rice quantity management, chi-square test to analyze rice quality management, selling location, and also rice price management. Pasar Murah's implementation time was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that fourth-five Pasar Murah's management (80%) succeeded to meet the Perum Bulog expectation. Rice quantity management (20%) did not succeed in meeting Perum Bulog expectation. Based on this result, it can be concluded that in general, Pasar Murah Bulog has been implemented effectively.

Abstract

International investment is strategic step for country due to lack of capital and technology transfer and it is generally well known as Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Many policy makers and academics contend that FDI can have important positive effects on a host country’s development effort. This research examines the impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth in the United States by multiple linear regression model and its estimation using ordinary least squares (OLS). This research classifies all the sectors to be 10 sectors. This research uses data for the period 2000 –2017 and suggests that not all forms of foreign investment seem to be beneficial to host economies. Some sectors provide positive correlation to economic growth and some provides negative effect. Nevertheless, it is significant yet, this is because there is different characteristic between developed and developing countries. Economic growth in the U.S is mostly driven by personal consumption.

Abstract

The integrated program on poverty reduction proposed by Indonesian government, though statically proven reduce the poverty rate Indonesia, still invite critiques from experts argued that it was not really effective and touched root of problems. Therefore new approach has to be introduced. This paper introduced new brand strategy for local culture that can empower local people to survive by their own and by this way. The distribution of government program shall not be issue anymore. Theory of cultural branding was used as fundamental of this paper. Bali island has been successfully applied this strategy since a long time ago. It is interesting fact that tourists had got much education about the sacred culture and traditional belief in products and places in Bali. Therefore they were motivated to consume, some of them looked for safety, happiness, miracle and benefit from sacred story. This strategy is proven effective since it can increase price of their product beyond logic and it is potential to apply widely in other areas such as Batu, Singapore and other cultural areas both in Indonesia and in global scope.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Internal Marketing Mix that includes Top Management Support Mix, Bussines Support Mix and Cross Coordination on employee performance. The sample of this research is about 200 education staff of Sebelas Maret University. This research uses analysis method in the form of Path Analysis with SPSS analysis tool 22. The result of research analysis shows that Top Management Support Mix, Bussines Support Mix influence to the performance of education personnel. While Cross Functional Coordination as a component of Internal Marketing Mix does not affect the performance of educational personnel. This research provides advice to university leaders to improve top management support and support on the service process so that the performance of education personnel. As well as suggestions for future similar research to expand the scope of the research to be not limited only to educational personnel in one university.
