Abstract

Assets of Islamic financial institutions always increase from year to year. One of those that experienced an increase was Bank Central Asia (BCA) Syariah which experienced an increase of 9.5% in 2021 from the previous year with a nominal figure of 10,642.3 billion. There is a lot of general discussion in the community that Islamic banks are not much different from conventional banks. Some even think they have the same principle. Thus, this research needs to be done to determine the compliance of Islamic principles in BCA Syariah. This measurement is carried out using the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) proposed by Hameed (2004). The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the PSR and IIC ratios had the predicate "quite satisfactory" and "very satisfactory." Meanwhile, the EDR ratio and zakat performance are inversely proportional to the "very unsatisfactory" predicate. The DEWR ratio shows a gap between directors and employees 21-29 times during 2017-2021. This research can contribute to all stakeholders in BCA Syariah. Abstract

This study aims to examine the buying interest of students in Febi One Mart in terms of service quality and trust as independent variables. The subject of this research were students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta who had made purchase transaction at Febi One Mart. The research data were obtained from the distribution of online questionnaires. The research data processing used multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS 23. The results showed that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on buying interest with a t-count value of 6.947 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000. Trust variable (X2) has a positive effect on buying interest with a t-count value of 6.853 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Buying Interest

Abstract

KIP-Kuliah scholarships are considered sufficient to support educational issues for students who have financial limitations to pursue higher education. Apart from helping to finance education, the use of this scholarship also supports the development of soft skills for students, in which the soft skills in question are soft skill development activities designed by student affairs, specifically for KIP-College Students. Talking about the appropriate attitude for scholarship recipients referring to the challenges of the 5.0 era of society, KIP-College students should be able to make more use of the scholarships they get, both as supports in the academic and non-academic realms. The purpose of this study was to determine the personality model of KIP-College Recipient Students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta which can be implemented in the academic (campus) and non-academic (social community) spheres. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The data used uses primary data and secondary data, where secondary data is used to obtain additional data in research. Primary data was obtained by means of interviews, while for secondary data obtained through journal articles. The results of the study show that the personality models of KIP-College students are in accordance with the challenges of the 5.0 era of society as follows: 1) Confident, 2) Ethical, 3) Self-control, 4) Proficient in Socializing, 5) Capable of Making Decisions, 6) Adaptation. Abstract

Writing a thesis is one of the problems in completing student studies.  Based on the results of observations, there are still many students of UIN Raden Mas Said who have not completed their thesis on time.  This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe the inhibiting factors in the completion of the thesis.  The subjects in this study were students of UIN Raden Mas Said who had not graduated with a study period of more than four years.  The results showed that there were 9 factors that hindered the completion of the script.  Of the 9 factors, researchers grouped into 2 factors, namely internal factors and external factors.  Internal factors in the form of physical and mental health and academic ability.  While external factors in the form of lecturer guidance and references, the environment of friends and family and other activities. Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth the consumptive behavior of students receiving the Bidikmisi-Kip Lecture UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta Class of 2020 in terms of the use of scholarship funds which are limited by three aspects, namely the food aspect, the fashion aspect, and the leisure aspect. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data in this study is primary data whose collection and analysis uses interview and observation techniques. The informants in this study consisted of 12 students who received the 2020 Bidikmisi-Kip College scholarship. The results showed that most of the 2020 Bidikmisi-Kip College students were able to manage funds well so that expenses did not exceed the limit. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy.  However, marketing problems are the main obstacle for the MSME business at this time, the marketing system which is still traditional in nature makes it difficult for MSME businesses to spread their wings to various regions.  This study aims to find out how far people understand E-Business and find out whether E-Business can attract consumer interest and help market products to a wider realm.  The method used in this research is qualitative method.  The data collection technique is by in-depth interviews with one of the MSME business actors in the villages of Wungusari, Tegaldowo, Gemolong, Sragen directly and literature studies, then the results of the interviews are stored in recorded form and transcribed completely.  The results obtained are that public knowledge about E-Business is still very lacking and this is due to the lack of education to several MSME business actors and the public as consumers.  E-Business can help marketers attract consumer interest and make it easier for consumers to get the products they want, besides that E-Business also makes it easier for MSME business players to market their products widely to various regions and even between countries.  So it can be concluded that the application of E-Business can provide great opportunities for MSME businesses in developing their products and assisting MSME businesses in increasing income both locally and nationally. Abstract

The era of globalization has helped shape the character of children through the types of shows that are often watched. Various shows resulted in the decline of morals in children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the animated film Riko The Series on moral formation through the habituation method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through the description of each episode in this animated film. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the animated film Riko The Series and the formation of morals in the form of the habit of greeting, thanking, sorry and always saying tayyibah sentences. Abstract

This study aims to provide an explanation and description of some of the moral values ​​contained in the short story عدو المعيز by Kamil Kailani. So that in this study using descriptive qualitative research methods and using a sociological approach to literature. The short story عدو المعيز by Kamil Kailani was used as the object of research. This research data uses several text sentences contained in the story by reading and analyzing then recording something that shows the moral value in the short story text. In addition, it also uses secondary data that supports this research. Then, the results of the analysis of the short story عدو المعيز there are moral values ​​which include: human relations with oneself, human relations with humans, and human relationships with God. Because it is very important to add experience and insight, as well as in terms of behavior in everyday life. Because today there are still many behaviors that deviate from morals in society. Abstract

Tiger parenting is a term that is rarely known by the public where the parenting style that emphasizes children gets high academic achievement. This study was conducted to determine whether the Tiger Parenting style has a positive impact on children's emotional maturity. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach and data collection using questionnaires and interviews distributed by researchers. The subjects of this study were 3 high school/vocational high school students in Solo Raya who received the tiger parenting style. The results of this study explain that tiger parenting has a positive impact on the emotional maturity of high school/vocational high school children. This can be seen from how to channel emotions well, have an independent attitude, and accept input and criticism well. However, there are still aspects of social maturity that are lacking, namely social skills and empathy. This research can be used as a reference by parents to apply it but still have to adjust to the child's condition. Keywords: emotional maturity; impact; tiger parenting

Abstract

The TikTok application has many users, one of which is in Indonesia. Users consist of various groups, including students. Many students have accounts and are active in using the TikTok application. The use of the TikTok application by students has various impacts on student behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the use of TikTok on the religious behavior of students at the State University of Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The method used in this study is a qualitative method while the data obtained from interviews, observations and observations. The use of the TikTok application by UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students has a positive and negative impact. The positive impact is when students watch content of knowledge, education, and da'wah. While the negative impact that occurs is the behavior of delaying prayer. The majority of students access the TikTok application only to get entertainment from the content presented.
