Abstract

The increasing number of regions proposing themselves to form new autonomous regions since the enactment of Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning "Regional Government", aims to improve economic development and the welfare of the people in each region. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of regional expansion on the economic growth of North Toraja Regency. The Technik of data collection in this study uses the documentary Technik, which is in the form of reports from relevant agencies. The analysis technique used is by using the independent sample T-test. The results of the study show that regional expansion has an impact on the economic growth of North Toraja Regency.

Abstract

A conducive school climate and culture is characterized by the creation of a safe, comfortable and orderly learning environment so that learning can take place effectively. This study aims to describe the organizational culture, description of student learning motivation and the influence of organizational culture on learning motivation of class X students in office administration skills competencies in SMK  YPLP1 PGRI Makassar., amounting to 66 students. Data collection used in this study were observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that organizational culture belonged to the good category, viewed from seven indicators, namely innovation, stability, orientation to people, orientation to results, calm, attention to details and orientation to collaboration. Student learning motivation is categorized as very good, in terms of five indicators, namely the desire and desire to succeed, the encouragement and need for learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the existence of interesting activities in learning and the existence of a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, there is a cultural influence on the learning motivation of students in class X competence in office administration skills classified as moderate and accepted.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between granting with a liquid level in a bank that aims: (1) To determine the extent to which credit is given to the liquidity position of the South Sulawesi Regional Development Bank. (2) To get a clear picture of the relationship between the amount of funds available and the credit activities of the South Sulawesi Regional Development bank. (3) To find out the policies stipulated by the Regional Development Bank of South Sulawesi, especially the credit sector. The data collection method used in this study, is through Library Research, and Field Research. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, in this section it can be concluded: (1) the South Sulawesi Regional Development Bank which is the Regional Government of South Sulawesi Province in addition to functioning as a public bank as well as regional government holders whose source of funds comes from local governments and service office located in the province of South Sulawesi. (2) The development of credit funds channeled by the Regional Development Banks of South Sulawesi tends to increase from year to year, (3) From the supply of funds and credit channeled by the Regional Development Bank of South Sulawesi, it is known that the supply of these funds is not channeled as credit, either short-term credit and long-term credit.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the forms of work motivation that are applied in increasing the productivity of employees of the Bantaeng Regency Statistics Office, and to determine the factors that influence employee motivation. This type of research is a case study with the reason that this study is specific to clearly describe the meaning or phenomenon that occurs. This study also uses the naturalistic paradigm approach (qualitative) to analyze and construct employees who are directed to obtain data based on empirical facts. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction focused on selecting, simplifying, abstracting and transforming crude data from field notes, followed by data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the reciprocal system looks at the three indicators, namely: 1) Providing work motivation to employees through the level of well-being, 2) promotion and 3) the completeness of office facilities and infrastructure can produce increasing levels of productivity, giving motivation through promotion have a positive impact because employees have the ability to create effectiveness and efficiency in work, office facilities and infrastructure have undergone spontaneous changes, namely from manual to computerized systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1) To find out the influence of leadership style, competence, education and training on the performance of the Civil Servants 142 / TTG in the City of Parepare. 2) Knowing among the variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Civil Servants 142 / TTG in the City of Parepare. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was all Civil Servants at the 142 / TTG Military Command in the City of Parepare. The sample in this study were as many as 30 permanent employees using the census method because the population was limited. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis with regression models using SPSS Prgoram version 20. The results showed that leadership style, competence, education and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of 142 / TTG civil servants in the city of Parepare. Of the three independent variables used, the leadership variable has a dominant influence in improving the performance of civil servants 142 / TTG in the City of Parepare.
