Abstract

A successful Implementation of IT has been transformiting the company while creating value added products and services has been a universal business competition. To enable a well targeted implementation of services governance it is well known that a respectable best practice guidance is required. One of a recognized framework is Information Technology Infrastructure Libraryv (ITIL). In this research, to represent current IT service activity condition, a maturity level assessment has been conducted according to process areas. Maturity level assessment result compared with high level management expectation introduced as gap analysis. The given solution to overcome the gap compiled referred to ITIL. Abstract

Serat eceng gondok dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk yang lebih berkualitas. Saat ini sedang berkembang penelitian tentang serat alami sebagai bahan pengisi matriks komposit.Proses bleaching adalah salah satu proses yang sangat penting pada proses pembuatan serat eceng gondok. Perbedaan kondisi pada proses bleaching mempengaruhi kualitas produk serat eceng gondok yang dihasilkan seperti kuat tarik dan derajat kecerahan. Hidrogen peroksida mempunyai kelebihan yaitu sifatnya yang lebih ramah lingkungan dibandingkan oksidator lain karena peruraiannya hanya menghasilkan air dan oksigen.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan pengaruh konsentrasi H2O2, pH dan suhu terhadap kuat tarik dan derajat kecerahan serta menentukan kinetika reaksi pada proses bleaching tersebut. Proses bleaching dilakukan dengan memasukkan serat eceng gondok kedalam larutan hidrogen peroksida dalam suasana basa. Hasil optimum didapat pada konsentrasi H2O2 3 %, pH 11 dan suhu 60 oC dengan harga derajat kecerahan dan kuat tarik masing-masing 82,10 dan 119,75 Mpa.Nilai konstanta kinetika reaksi k1, k2, dan k3 berturut-turut adalah 10,6222 M-2, 0,00076046 M-1 dan 136403,6508 M-1. Perubahan derajat kecerahan dan kuat tarik dari serat eceng gondok setelah dibleaching diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku reinforced fiber. Kata kunci: serat eceng gondok, bleaching, konstanta kinetika reaksi, derajat kecerahan, kuat tarik.

Abstract

The exiting schedule application system which is used in informatics Engineering Department at Universitas Komputer Indonesia has not meet it’s usability and clear function based on the main purpose to manage the schedule time for lecturing activity. In this regard some problems emerge and need some attentions to be solved as good as possible. The main concern is how to develop a better application scheduling system. The previous application in used does not have a well documented development blue print, nothing but the program execution only. Later, it makes the further development become difficult. Based on the fact mentioned above the main purpose to achieved is to make a well documented development blue print along with the implementation of making a better lecture schedule application system, and the final goal to support the lecturing management becomes handy in practice is possible to attain. Abstract

This action research program is aimed at: (1). Giving a course on roasting a kakap fish (Lates Calcarifer) through a working process of a fish roaster apparatus with multi-storied racks. (2). Giving services and demonstration on how to operate kakap fish roasting apparatus and the like, which are appropriate and correct and its maintenance. The method of this action research program uses: instruction, demonstration and evaluation in the use fish roasting apparatus with multi-storied racks, which has been given to Ulam Segara Food Industry in Kelurahan Pasir Panjang, Kupang. The results of this action research program are: (1). the workers of fresh fish food can efficiently fulfill the order of roasted fish consumers from an even and continuous roasting process. (2). The workers of snacks can roast fish, able to process fish into various fish foods/snacks (pepes, sate, rica-rica etc.) evenly in short time, where before the introduction of this apparatus 3 fishes were grated in 15 minutes, but since the operation of this apparatus 10 fishes can be processed in 15 minutes. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Availibility (ketersediaan) dan Reliability (keandalan) komponen kritis mesin dental unit CX-9000 sebagai upaya untuk menentukan biaya optimum perawatan dan melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan fungsi dan kinerja mesin dalam keadaan optimum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis ketersedian dan kandalan komponen kritis dental unit CX-9000 yang dalam hal ini merupakan bagian dari proses pembuatan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan waktu reparasi dan waktu operasional kedua komponen kritis, diperoleh nilai MTTR selama 1,630 jam yaitu menunjukan rata-rata waktu perbaikan yang dibutuhkan untuk komponen high speed bor dan MTTF 192,073 jam yaitu rata-rata waktu terjadinya kerusakan pada komponen high speed bor, sehingga tingkat ketersediaan komponen yaitu sekitar 99,16% dan tingkat kandalan 49,59%. Sedangkan nilai MTTR untuk komponen selang air selama 3,179 jam rata-rata waktu reparasi yang dibutuhkan komponen selang air serta nilai MTTF selama 170,449 jam rata-rata waktu terjadinya kerusakan pada komponen selang air, sehingga tingkat ketersediaan komponen yaitu sekitar 98,17% dan tingkat keandalan 44,84%. Sehingga penentuan interval waktu pemeliharaan optimum komponen high speed bor pada interval waktu (jam) tp10-294 dan total biaya optimum pada interval waktu yang ke 73 jam sebesar Rp. 8.182,86,13,-/ jam dan tp 1-448 dan pada interval waktu yang ke 75 jam dengan total biaya Rp. 8.184,86,- / jam. Sedangkan untuk komponen selang air pada interval waktu (jam) tp 1-268 total biaya optimum pada interval waktu yang ke 10 jam sebesar Rp. 8.856,545,- / jam dan tp 1-320 total biaya adalah pada interval waktu ke 12 jam sebesar Rp. 8.868.151,- / jam. Abstract

Informatics Engineering Student UNINDRA have diverse backgrounds, both from the initial educational background, ability to use computers, diversity values IPS, GPA, years of study and working parents. With the statistical approach and data mining UNINDRA information system is expected to predict the value of student grade point average based on the parameters of the right gender, school background, study groups in college, student status, home school, home province of school, parents work and semester grade point 1 to semester 8. The research method used in this study is a survey method, with sample student UNINDRA informatics engineering graduates. While the data used are primary data obtained from a database or data mining, information systems UNINDRA. After the data is made, then the data were analyzed with statistical approach with the aid of application SPSS 17.0. and Microsoft Office Excel. The results showed than 14 variables or data source, only 3 data supporting the prediction of cumulative GPA informatics engineering students, namely the 2nd semester GPA, semester GPA semester grade 4 and 5. Abstract

This research comprise about procedure select and acceptance of employees and also procedure orient and training work applied by field is PT. ' TORAY' ISTEM Tangerang. Rekrutmen is seeking effort a number of certain up to standard labour candidate in number to be done in and by an company. Procedure scope select and acceptance of PT employees. ‘TORAY’ ISTEM define responsibility and activity part of personnel since entry of request of labour from entire/all part of up to work agreement hand sign. In executing its activity of personnel will pursuant to at human resource planning which have been determined previously. From existing job/activity source of power categorized in two faction, that is: internal source and source of eksternal. Things influencing recruitment is employees status, opportunity of promotion, specification of work, recruitment method, regulation of labor, company solidarity, offer of labour. Selection is first effort which must be done/conducted by company to obtain;get employees which with quality and have competence to to take hold of and also partake share in doing all work at the company.
