Abstract

Dalam penelitian kemajuan usulan rancangan ukuran pada meja dan kursi lipat belajar yang ergonomis untukrumah petak di Jakarta adalah lanjutan, mempunyai tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fasilitas belajar yang digunakansaat ini, apakah sudah memenuhi standard kesehatan ditinjau dari segi ergonomic. Berdasarkan penelitianpendahuluan yang dilakukan dan menanyakan langsung pada responden lebih dari 70% belajardirumah dengan tidak menggunakan Fasilitas meja belajar, data ini diperoleh dari bulan Januari2017 sampai dengan pengambilan data Mei 2017, banyak ditemukan fasilitas belajar yang digunakan apa adanya,bahkan tidak mempunyai meja maupun kursi belajar, sehingga anak-anak yang belajar setiap harinya mengerjakanpekerjaan sekolahnya atau belajar dirumah dengan fasilitas yang tidak memadai, dengan alasan harga mahal, dantidak terjangkau untuk membeli, serta hasil kuesioner Nurdic Body Map, diperoleh beberapa keluhan dengankondisi saat ini, tentunya hal ini akan menyebabkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders pada siswa.Penelitian ini berawal dari konsep pemikiran, bagaimana agar rumah petak yang jumlah ribuan bahkan sampaijutaan petak dapat mempunyai fasilitas seperti meja dan kursi yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan serta berdasarkankonsep ergonomi, tetapi dengan harga yang terjangkau. Pada penelitian ini akan mengusulkan desain kursi danmeja yang ergonomis, sesuai ukuran ruangan rumah petak yang minimalis, dan murah, tetapi sekaligus dapatmengakomodasi kesehatan para pengguna. Data yang dikumpulkan dari lima wilayah Jakarta, yaitu wilayahJakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Utara, dan Jakarta Pusat serta Jakarta Barat, data yang didapat dibuatberdasarkan pengelompokan usia yaitu antara 12-13, 14-15-16-17, dan kemudian setelah pada proses pengolahandata dikelompokkan berdasarkan kelas dengan pembagian usia 12 sd 14 adalah anak kelas 7, 8, 9, atau SekolahMenengah Pertama, sementara usia antara 15 sampai dengan 18 adalah anak kelas X, XI, XII, atau SMU atausederajat, yang tentunya hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan waktu penelitian dan biaya yang tersedia. Hasil dimensipengukuran tubuh, dengan pengukuran antropometri diolah dan dianalisa sesuai tahapan-tahapan, pengolahan datastatistik, kemudian datanya akan digunakan sebagai usulan mendesain meja dan kursi, serta prototif meja dankursi lipat untuk anak SMP dan SMU yang memenuhi standard kesehatan bagi para pengguna.

Abstract

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga divisi VHS (vendor held stok) di dipo lokomotif jatinegara terdapat permasalahan antrian dalam proses pengisian bahan bakar yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan lokomotif di lokasi, untuk itu perlu dilakukan perancangan model antrian baru ataupun penambahan kinerja pompa/modifikasi untuk meminimalisir permasalahan antrian tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui sistem antrian lokasi VHS oleh PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga dengan Promodel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei, setelah itu dilakukan eksperimen dengan simulasi. Variabel yang diteliti adalah antrian. Simulasi merupakan suatu teknik membangun model yang mampu merepresentasikan suatu sistem kemudian digunakan untuk memahami karakteristik sistem tersebut. Untuk membantu proses simulasi digunakan software Promodel. Proses simulasi dengan bantuan Promodel diawali dengan terlebih dahulu membangun model abstrak yang mampu merepresentasikan keadaan sesungguhnya, kemudian digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sistem yang dimodelkan. Penelitian ini menguraikan teknik simulasi dengan bantuan Promodel dalam industri jasa. Sistem yang dimodelkan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pelayanan pengisisan bahan bakar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan simulasi yang dilakukan, model dijalankan dengan ketelitian dalam satuan detik dijalankan 90 hari, hasil penelitian cukup baik yaitu: penambahan operator dan jalur baru.

Abstract

Execution giving of employees grounding and incentive represent one of the conservancy of very important employees to maintain employees which with quality. For that, hence PT. XYZ try to maintain its employees which have had ability, membership, loyality and pushing him/ it so that/ to be having high performance through giving of incentive and intensify execution training of employees. Data collecting done with questionayre (enquette). Obtained to be data to be analyzed constructively SPSS version computer 11.5. onclusion 1) Pursuant to result of analysis test regression, especially test F ( test variance) indicating that variable gift of training and incentive by together have influence which is significant to employees performance. PT XY Z, where Fhitung variable value gift of training and incentive to employees performance equal to 62,213 > Ftabel = 3,25 2) Pursuant to result of regression analysis, especially test t indicate that variable influence gift of incentive to employees performance. PT XYZ is positive and significant, where t calculates bigger than t of is tables of 3) from result of analysis test t obtained by training variable influence to PT XYZ employee’s performance is positive and significant, because t value count/calculate bigger than t value of is tables of. Abstract

Usage of dangerous Materials in inseparable industry so that negative impact of risk to health of worker which in it become important attention. From breakdown of background above, hence problem of research shall be as follows : many operator which still disregard lead danger risk and also by dozens operator which do not know lead danger to environment. Target to know factors influencing operator perception produce to lead danger risk in battery storage acid lead manufaktur industry and to know dominant factor from factors influencing operator perception to lead danger risk. This research pass/through formulation of problem of, determining target, book study, research method desain, data collecting in the form of matrik so that easy to in data input, data-processing with SPSS release 17 and hereinafter conclude. From result of research can be concluded that factors having an effect on direct to worker perception to lead danger risk [is] ( 1) control systems operation of lead danger. ( 2) interaction with lead danger. ( 3) factor training of K3. ( 4) Climate K3 in company organization also give influence to worker perception. Abstract

The importance of quality to maintain market share/customer on a tight industrial competition today, it would require quality improvement continuously by reducing variation in the process output. Improving quality with Six Sigma method is very appropriate to be applied to reducing output variation process YNA in PT. AO. With the concept of Six Sigma by approach define, measure, analyze, improvement, and control (DMAIC), obtained CTQ’s which became the cause of defective components opportunity YNA. There are ten (10) opportunity quality characteristic: body edge is not rough, body is not crack, body lips are not curve, body texture shall symmetric, handhold is not crack, handhold is cut straight, head of handhold is not curve, edge of bracket not rough, holes at bracket not too large. The value of Six Sigma capability in that Company is 3,86, with the value of DPMO, 9,12 this indicating that company is for from word class company peat reach capability five to Six Sigma. Process Improvement DMAIC approach are done by exact time and right way, by road map PDCA concept and by, application of control chart (SPC). This research comprise about procedure select and acceptance of employees and also procedure orient and training work applied by field is PT. ' TORAY' ISTEM Tangerang. Rekrutmen is seeking effort a number of certain up to standard labour candidate in number to be done in and by an company. Procedure scope select and acceptance of PT employees. ‘TORAY’ ISTEM define responsibility and activity part of personnel since entry of request of labour from entire/all part of up to work agreement hand sign. In executing its activity of personnel will pursuant to at human resource planning which have been determined previously. From existing job/activity source of power categorized in two faction, that is: internal source and source of eksternal. Abstract

Analisa Postur Pekerja Dengan Metode Rula-Reba dan NASA-TLX Sebagai Dasar Re-Design Mesin dan Fasilitas Kerja Di PT. AMA. PT.Anugerah Mortar Abadi, didirikan  tahun 2011. Perusahaan ini memproduksi jenis bahan, perekat bata ringan, plester dinding, acian, nat keramik dan water proofing, penelitian ini untuk mengetahui beban mental, metode kerja serta analisa postur tubuh kerja operator packing pada mesin M-TEC dilanjutkan dengan dengan menggunakan konsep anthropometri untuk memperhatikan ukuran pasilitas dan pekerja, dari hasil survey awal kegiatan yang dilakukan pada mesin ini  masih manual, dengan uraian kegiatan sebagai berikut, proses stampling lot palet, memasang kemasan ke spot mesin, menekan tombol mesin menghidupkan, mengangkat produk ke palet, merapikan produk diatas palet. Aktivitas tersebut dilakukan berulang dengan intensitas tinggi, hal ini mengakibatkan pekerja mengeluh sakit pada bagian tubuh serta beban kerja mental yang teradi, dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), hasilnya menunjukan masing-masing dua aktivitas resiko sangat tinggi, dua aktivitas resiko tinggi dan dua aktivitas resiko menengah, kemudian dengan menggunakan National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), pekerja packing memiliki beban kerja kategori sedang hingga berat, hal ini lah yang mendasari usulan perlu dilakukan perbaikan metode dan desain pasilitas dengan segera.

Abstract

Sitting posture that is not ergonomic can cause various health problems, especially low back pain (LBP), Spinal deformities resulting from incorrect sitting positions, namely scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis, so there is a need for education to the general public as a whole. especially for Waskito High School and Vocational School children who are still growing. This socialization activity was carried out by explaining the risk of damage to the spine due to sitting incorrectly, causing deviations from the ideal body shape and back pain, by providing direct demonstrations of sitting positions and conditions and then providing discussions and questions and answers with the participants. Based on the results of activities carried out at SMA and SMK, the Waskito Education Foundation was able to understand in detail, good sitting position, the results of discussions and questions and answers with 146 participants consisting of 85 students, and 61 female students participating in Class Science-1. 38, Science-2 . 38, Multi Media-1. 41, and Multimedia-2. 39, it was found that 83% of participants were able to provide responses and understanding regarding the counseling material that had been conveyed from photos before and after the counseling was carried out. Direct counseling with target partners increases knowledge so that it becomes an effective alternative in preventive efforts to prevent spinal disorders (LBP) in participants.

Abstract

Conformite Europene (CE) Marking certification is a certificate that shows a guarantee of product safety and security for users. The problem faced by the company in terms of product exports, especially to the European Market, is the prerequisite for completeness in the form of CE Mark certification. Answering these problems, the purpose of this counseling and mentoring program is the implementation of the 5R Program (Concise, Neat, Clean, Treat, Diligent) to lead to the acquisition of certification. In addition, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is very necessary for every institution or organization in preventing accidents and occupational diseases. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memilih penjadwalan produksi yang tepat guna meminimalisir keterlambatan produk sampai ke tangan konsumen pada PT Karsa Wijaya Pratama. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika dan Algoritma Tabu Search. Tahap selanjutnya membandingkan hasil dari masing-masing metode dengan metode yg digunakan perusahaan saat ini serta melakukan tahap analisa dengan nilai Efficiency Index (EI) dan Relative Error (RE). Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data diperoleh metode penjadwalan produksi yang terpilih adalah dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika dengan makespan sebesar 111,82 jam dengan urutan job J4-J2-J3-J1, nilai Efficiency Index (EI) 1,21 dan nilai Relative Error (RE) sebesar 21%. Sehingga diharapkan dapat penjadwalan produksi menjadi lebih efektif serta dapat mengurangi keterlambatan pengiriman produk ke konsumen.
