This report contains the information processing system services smk yapimda value in jakarta. General Regression Neural Network (GRNN) is one method that was developed from the concept of artificial neural network that can be used for forecasting. This method was applied to predict the time series data that has a causal relations where the forecasting method used previously (ARIMA BOX-Jenkins)is not able to explain the presence of linkage data.This research was conducting by taking the dollar exchage rate and composite stock price index (IHSG). By using the GRNN methode will obtained the predictive value in some future periode. The advantages using this method is faster in term of computation and doesn’t requared the presence of a data asumptions. GRNN method produces more accurate predictive value comapred with ARIMA. It was shown that the MSE value is smaller than ARIMA. Keyword: GRNN, Neural Network, GRNN Time Series, GRNN Dollar exchage rate and IHSG.

The main factors that determine the success of the application of information technology in education is the aspect of user behavior (user acceptance). The willingness of users to accept or use of information technology is the key to successful application of information technology. To identify the factors that influence the acceptance and use as well as identify the relationship moderating variable on the factors that influence the acceptance and use by using the Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT Model identifies four factors driving acceptance as a free variable that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Condition. In this study, the effect of added two variables, namely Anxiety and Self-efficacy. The model was tested with the modified method of path analysis (path analysis) to determine the influence caused by these variables on the acceptance of use CorelDraw for multimedia learning. Based on 175 samples taken, obtained variable results Facilitating Condition (FC) affect user acceptance. The smartphone market is now more and more, not only in the conventional penjualanya but have penetrated in the online shop. But not all smartphones have good quality to support the needs of consumers and it is to be noticed by the consumer. Before consumers decide to buy android smartphone or belackberry consumer should know the details of the specifications and functions of the smartphone, it can be learned from the testimony and opinion or the results of a user review comments or belackberry difference android smartphone. Reading the comments of the review as a whole can be time consuming, but if only a few comments are read reviews on evaluations will be biased. Of some of the techniques most often used for data classification is Support Vector Machines (SVM). SVM has the advantage of being able to identify the separate hyperplane that maximizes the margin between two different classes. Selection of features at once setup parameters in SVM significantly influence the results of classification accuracy. Therefore, in this study used the incorporation of feature selection methods, namely Genetic Encryption (GA) in order to improve the accuracy of the classifier Support Vector Machines. This research resulted in the classification of text in a positive or negative form of product reviews Smartphone. Measurement is based on Support Vector Machines accuracy before and after the addition of feature selection methods. While the measurement accuracy is measured by the confusion matrix and ROC curves. The results showed an increase in Support Vector Machines accuracy of 71.00% with the addition of Genetic Encryption be 78.02% Keywords : Comments , Review, SVM , Genetic Encryption ( GA ) , Confusion Matrix , ROC curve

Routing adalah suatu mekanisme untuk menentukan rute yang dilalui oleh suatu packet yang berasal dari suatu node sumber ke node tujuan pada jaringan tersebut. Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) merupakan salah satu protokol dynamic routing yang menggunakan algoritma link-state untuk membangun dan menghitung jalur terpendek ke semua tujuan yang diketahui. OSPF mendistribusikan informasi routing antara router-router autonomous system (AS). OSPF memiliki titik berat pada kinerja processor, kebutuhan memori dan konsumsi bandwidth.tujuan untuk mengkaji rute dan hasil waktu yang dicapai dari sumber paket data yang akan di kirim sampai ke tujuan packet data diterima, dari hasil pengujian didapatkan jika menggunakan single area atau satu area saja maka packet data yang semangkin kecil hasil waktunya, jika area menjadi multiple atau beberapa area yang di hubungkan dengan area nol 0 maka hasil waktu akan lebih besar artinya packet tiba akan lebih lama, dan router lebih banyak membutuhkan resource memory lebih besar untuk pengolahan routing database di masing-masing router. Cirata reservoir has the characteristics of public aquatic ecosystem that has a variety of potential socio-economic field. One of the potential benefits of Cirata is fish farming in a floating cage. Cirata only planned to hold no more than 12,000 floating cages. It’s number that has go beyond the carrying capacity of the reservoir boundary effect on the explosion of the amount of liquid waste discharged into waters entered. This leads to a decrease in fish production due to the reduced volume of stocked fish and make fish prices soar. The environment becomes one of the critical success factors. Another factor in helping the development of the business is qualified Human Resources. With the good quality of human resources, the environmental barriers can be minimized. To provide a good HR needs an adequate level of education. Research conducted to provide data and information that helps in making policy strategy in the development of fisheries based on educational stratification. The data processing by SEM PLS and SWOT analysis. From the data obtained it is made in the design of applications and databases that provide information such as determining factors in fisheries development policy making. Perkembangan teknologi komputer diikuti dengan pengembangan interface (antar muka), antar muka perangkat lunak meliputi ragam dialog sebuah program aplikasi komputer. Untuk membentuk program aplikasi komputer seorang programer/ analis harus membuat tampilan yang menarik dan baik untuk digunakan. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberi gambaran tentang rancangan layar yang baik dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang ditujukan untuk menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, yang berlangsung saat ini atau saat yang lampau. Para perancang antar muka (interface) banyak yang kurang memperhatikan langkah-langkah dalam merancang layar sesuai langkah-langkah yang dapat mendewsakan tampilan, sedangkan rancangan layar yang baik yaitu adalah rancangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat dijadikan referensi kedepan untuk dijadikan sebagai alat bantu pengembangan/ pendewasa Interaksi Manusia dengan Komputer (IMK). An agency certainly needs a good security in terms of technology or information systems security, things like this because the information technology system is essential to keep the data from things that are not desirable and also created the information quickly and accurately without the slightest failure. Given this research XYZ Company will be able to know that how the level of security readiness in terms of Governance, Framework, Asset, Risk, and even information technology and communications. For data analysis, this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and methods used to find the level of readiness and maturity of information security framework using the Indeks KAMI, the tools issued by the "Departemen Komunikasi dan Informasi" in 2008. Production quality control in identifying defective components on the chip label Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is an integral part of the supervision of fabrication. It takes automatic inspection system for detecting and automated chip components on the PCB label in order to support the demands of the working world fast and accurate production. Lack of installation of components on the PCB due to the loss of chip components on the PCB label may result in reduced performance of the PCB chip. The purpose of this study is to prove the speed, accuracy and privilege Back Propagation Neural Networks in Automated Visual Inspection System on chip detection component on the PCB label. Labels are classified three types of resistor, capacitor and Elco (electrolit Condensator). In this study proposed a method of developing and building a prototype on-chip identification of PCB defects using image processing methods with the incorporation of backpropagation as a classification. Backpropagation training algorithm using the best validation performance is 1.5013e-010 at 150 epochs tested using the data obtained 10 tissue levels of accuracy around 98.34%.
