Abstract

Riset  ini bertujuan untuk (1) menelaah serta memaparkan pengaruha antara kualitas kehidupan kerja serta employee engagement  terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. (2) Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja serta employee engagement terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya SemarangPopulasi pada riset ini yakni seluruh pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang yang terdapat 122  orang. Sampel  pada  riset  ini  yakni  karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus sampling, yakni teknik Penentuan  sampel memnggunakan seluruh populasi yang ada guna dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 122 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier digunakan pada penelitian ini.Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil penelitian yakni Kualitas kehidupan kerja menghasilkan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. OCB pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang dipengaruhi positif oleh employee engagement. Resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio and net interest margin on the rate of return on assets at state-owned banks for the 2014-2021 period. In sampling using saturated samples. Sample data obtained from the bank's website. The technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that partially, the capital adequacy ratio does not significantly affect the rate of return on assets, while the net interest margin significantly affects the rate of return on assets. Simultaneously, these two variables have an influence on the rate of return on assets.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to look at the effects of reciprocity, altruism (cooperation or mutual assistance), and stress on employee productivity during the Covid 19 pandemic The Covid-19 pandemic, which changed employee work patterns in the scope of government, agencies, the private sector, and others, motivated this research. Working from home, or WFH, was the employee's work pattern during the Covid 19 pandemic. So that it is clear how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic affects reciprocity between employees or employees with the company, cooperation and mutual assistance (altruism) among employees, and managing work-related stress at home. The entire population of 80 employees at the Housing Marketing Company was used as the research sample in quantitative research with saturated samples. When gathering data, the survey method with a questionnaire instrument was used. The data analysis method employs a causal quantitative approach with the SPSS version 25 software. According to this study, reciprocity has a positive and significant effect on productivity during the Covid 19 period, while Altruism has a positive but insignificant effect and Work Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on productivity during the Covid 19 period.

Abstract

Industries indexed by LQ 45 are industries that have a very large market capitalization value. This is what causes investors to compete to invest their shares in the LQ 45 indexed industry. Therefore, this study aims to see whether the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a contribution to profitability. In taking the sample using purposive sampling method with several criteria so as to get 6 samples of the manufacturing industry in the consumer goods sector. In analyzing the data using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data obtained were obtained directly from the official website of each manufacturing industry in the consumer goods sector which was used as a sample in the form of the company's annual report. The results of this study partially show the current ratio has a significant contribution to profitability, the debt equity ratio also has a significant contribution to profitability. Simultaneously, the current ratio and debt equity ratio have a significant contribution to profitability of 54.8%. influenced by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

The implementation of educational and training evaluations (training) on human resources in the educational organization environment is a necessity. The most prominent weakness of resources in the madrasa environment is the managerial competence of the madrasa head which is not supported by adequate educational qualifications and qualified leadership capacity. Another study said the success of a madrasa was an achievement of a madrasa head. The training program for madrasah head candidates with the on the job training method has been officially organized by the Education and Training Center for Education and Technical Personnel training in Education and Religion based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 58 of 201. The results of the study stated that the training program for madrasah head candidates through the on the job training method can be applied and is very good because participants have had good knowledge and skills beforehand which are processed through madrasah leadership practices. Once they follow the training, those skills can be applied and continued. Based on the results of the evaluation through the EVALUATION OF CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) shows that the training program for prospective madrasah heads has a high success rate

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and map local superior commodities (LSC) in Jepara Regency using Shift Share Analysis, Growth Ratio Model Analysis (MRP), Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis, Overlay Analysis, and Klassen Typology Analysis. The analysis was carried out using the GRDP data for Jepara Regency and for Central Java Province. The research was conducted on five business sectors including the creative industry sector, the food processing sector, the food crop & plantation product processing sector, the fishery product processing sector and the agricultural product processing sector. The results of the identification of superior commodities in Jepara Regency show that the manufacturing sector has strong competitiveness or has a highly competitive advantage. It implies that local governments need to pay attention to business sectors that are experiencing a decline and relatively underdeveloped, improve managerial capabilities for business actors, especially in the manufacturing industry sector, and increase market access offline and online (omni), as well as develop innovation hubs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee retention. With saturated sampling technique, the entire population of 121 employees at PT. SSF was used as the research sample. The data collection used a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling approach with the Partial Least Square tool. The results showed that organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction. However, this study found that work environment partially affects job satisfaction, organizational culture partially affects employee retention, work environment partially affects employee retention, and job satisfaction partially affects employee retention. This study also examines the indirect effect on employee retention which proves that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work environment and employee retention. The implication of the results of this study is that a comfortable work environment is an element that must be met as a company's effort to retain employees. However, the company's retention efforts will be more successful if the work environment can increase job satisfaction to make employees feel more comfortable working in the company.
