Abstract

The results of the analysis of supplier performance evaluation model PT XYZ show that themodel has the disadvantage of only using two evaluation criteria and performed separately. The weaknesswas led to the management of PT XYZ has a problems in taking decisions related to the performance ofsuppliers. This research aims to design supplier performance evaluation model that is expected to improveefficiency and effectiveness in implementation. The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process.Structure hierarchical model consists of four levels, namely objectives, criteria, sub-criteria andalternatives. The proportion namely Quality (46%), Delivery (24%), Cost (8%), Response (22%), PACS(45%), warranty Claim (11%), Quality Audit System (44%), kipping, stop line, stop variant (100%), Costdown (100%), the response PACS (44%), the response FTIR (7%), the response Finding Audit (38%), andthe response kipping, stop line, stop variants (11 %). Verify the model shows that the model produces avalue corresponding predetermined assessment standards and can be implemented. Validation of themodel showed that the contents include the evaluation required by the customer; evaluation can beconducted objectively; and sufficiently improve the efficiency and effectiveness in implementation.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, model, performance evaluation, supplier

Abstract

In this paper discuss about control vector with Nash criterion in linier quadratic non-cooperativedynamic game two player case with infinite time. Discuss was started from general equations for noncooperative dynamic game N player for infinite time with several assumption. Then, with same assumptionto made general equation for non-cooperative dynamic game two player for infinite time. Based ondifferential equation and objective function for each player algebraic Riccati equation was formed for firstplayer and second player, to made control vector with Nash criterion. Abstract

School accreditation activity is an activity undertaken to assess the quality level of each school. Implementation of accreditation under the auspices of the National Accreditation Board of School / Madrasah (BAN-S / M). At the district level task BAN-S / M aided by the Accreditation Implementation Unit (UPA). Accreditation assessment based on the National Education Standards (NES) which consists of content standards, standards of process, competency standards, standards of teachers and education personnel, standards of facilities and infrastructure, management standards, standards of financing, and standards of educational assessment In Indragiri Hilir in years 2007-2015 UPA has accredited 160 SMP. From the results of the accreditation of the period data showed that 54% of SMP in Indragiri Hilir has lower accreditation. One reason is the school not knowing how to repair priority decision determination standards of accreditation.Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to ableto determine prioritize improvements accreditation standards. AHP is a method to solve a complex problem into a hierarchy and generate the highest priority. Prioritization of repairs done on the accreditation criteria of sufficiency of funds, availability of resources, a period of improvement and weight rating BAN-S / M. Abstract

Chilli as one of the commodity which have never been left by Indonesia society, can be said that bt cilli have become the part of Indonesia people culture, but metter which often happened many chilli crop which is dead to be resulted caused by overdue disease for the diagnosis of consultancy to is expert of cilli crop represent correct choice, but expert amount is environment on duty agriculture very limited. Metter that’s causing to fail loss ang crop which in experiencing of farmers.Writer try to perceive existing the root of the metter and try to give guidance to all farmers for using a information technology in the form of expert system as one the way of to handle the problem of which is farmers. Method tobe used by that is method of forward chaining, conducting scheme of prosess model use model of DFD, scheme of database, scheme of relationship and interface between table.Application at this research that is expert system of diagnosis disease of cayenne crop, Using a rule base (rule-based) using a forward chaining inference method that is intended to help farmers in diagnosing diseases of cayenne crop. Expected cayenne crop diagnosis expert system using a forward chaining, it could be a tool for farmers in their cayenne crop disease diagnosis.Keywords : expert system, diagnosis, forward chaining.

Abstract

Currently, Meteorology Station Class 1 of Pekanbaru requested and is expected to be more intensive in monitoring, providing weather forecasts and provide information appropriate to the needs of society. Because information about the right weather is very important and needed by everyone. Utilization of  such  information  include  the  planning  and  implementation  of  programs  in  various  sectors  of construction, agriculture, and other economic activities. Besides, the weather always changed so did the weather forecast is not an easy thing, we have to know the weather patterns that occur BMKG parties when the grouping pattern using rainfall data of at least the last 10 years in order to obtain information about the pattern of normal rainfall, below normal and above normal. Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) provides a general solution for pattern classification problems with an approach developed in statistics called   Bayes   classification.   Therefore,   PNN   is   used   to   perform   pattern   classification.   In   this study,Estimates Weather Regional Pekanbaru Patterns using PNN method with data 2007-2012 and an average overall accuracy of the test results is equal to 88.00%. Accuracy is highest in January, April and August in the amount of 96.77%. While the lowest for the accuracy of November in the amount of 70.00%.

Abstract

Developments in science and technology very quickly and rapidly, especially information systems that can provide ease of information. This study gives an overview inheritance information using an expert system which is a branch of artificial intelligence that is able to mimic the way of thinking an expert in solving problems and taking a decision. Limitations of space and time by the speaker and the lack of understanding of ordinary people in terms of inheritance should be a concern, it is necessary to build an application in the form of web-based expert system. This application is built using Artificial Intelligence techniques applied in the form of a Web-based Expert System with forward chaining reasoning methods to solve the problem, despite the absence of an expert / specialist. This web-based implementation using PHP programming language as a tool of expert system builders and MySQL as the database. In this application people can calculate the division of inheritance by looking directly argument. besides that people can also calculate the part of the property division performed. The processes above is done according to the rules (rule) that is based on the Qur'an, hadith and ijma 'ulama which is the basis of Islamic law. Expert System is expected to facilitate the public in making the division of inheritance according to Islamic Shariah. Abstract

CV. Riau Pallet is one private company in Pekanbaru, located on Jl. Kubang Raya Pekanbaru Panam. CV. Riau Pallet is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of forest timber into a pallet. Pallet size produced by the company there are several types, the company usually produces pallet according to the demand of the consumer, and the type of pallet measuring 94 cm X 113 cm most into consumer demand. Judging from the development, the company has a number of concerns regarding the production of unmet consumer demand, where demand is higher than production, which resulted in the achievement of production targets by the company. It is caused by a finishing process that occurred in the engine oven. The oven is used for the drying process is still manual pallet, namely the drying process using a furnace that takes a long time, about 10-12 hours each one the drying process. This leads to not achieving the target production expected by the company. In addition the rate of disability in the process of finishing in the oven machine is very high. Additionally happened piling pallets waiting for their turn to the finishing stage. To overcome these problems, the need for the addition of a new oven at the company's engine. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of adding machine industry a new oven at the company and determine the feasibility of an investment based on technical aspects and financial aspects. From the data processing can be seen that the technical aspects of data processing made at the planning association or relationship Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) obtained Area Allocation Diagram (AAD) as the proposed layout of the room for the addition of new machines on the CV. Riau Pallet. On the financial aspect that has been done, it can be concluded that the NPV of USD 639 329 829, -, the value of MARR of 11%, IRR of 11.4%, and the value payback period or return on capital investment is for 1 year and 6 months. Geographic Information Systems to provide data and information in accordance with the geographical location.For Geographical Information Systems Midwives In Bengkulu city is still using a manual system that is recording, came directly to the point of localized to locate Midwife Practices latest must come to the health department, in addition to people who are reluctant to come to the health department will tend to choose to midwives already in the know before.Therefore, researchers and the midwife inted cooperate and agreed to resolve the problem by building a system where by the system using a geographic information system ArcView 3.3 application. Methods that are used in this research is the development of a system where the system is used will be more practical in the information process and the application process is free from error so that the application of Geographic Information Systems midwife in the of Bengkulu city use application ArcView 3.3 can provide geographic information midwife in the bengkulu city of. computerized showing the name of the midwife .Aplikasi Geographic Information System oriented midwife at coordinates X and Y coordinates.

Abstract

Fresh vegetables are commodities that sold on traditional markets especially in rural region inIndonesia. Fresh vegetables sold on the traditional markets will be distributed to retailers and wholesalers.The study is study and build supply chain model of fresh vegetables from Koto Baru, Agam to retailers andwholesalers in Pekanbaru. The problem is fulfil the demand in terms of both quantity and quality of freshvegetables. Purpose of the study was to build supply chain that provide benefits for the actors in thesupply chain, namely farmers and collectors. Model is formulated with deterministic static situation.Objective function is maximization of revenue in the supply chain system. The variables of model is priceof vegetables at the farmers and collectors. Abstract

Pertumbuhan sampah elektronik (e-waste) semakin mencapai titik tertinggi, disebabkan pertumbuhan teknologi semakin canggih. Semakin murahnya teknologi terbaru serta user-friendly, mengakibatkan penumpukan sampah elektronik yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Pada sisi hardware seperti harddisk, memory dan processor yang telah usang mengandung bahan beracun yaitu menimbulkan emisi karbon di udara. LTSP (Linux Terminal Server Project) merupakan sebuah teknologi terminal server pada sistem operasi linux yang memungkinkan komputer dengan spesifikasi rendah atau usang dapat dijalankan dengan resource ditanggung oleh server yang berspesifikasi tinggi. Dengan kombinasi antara thin -client dan LTSP kita dapat meminimalisir biaya pengeluaran dan maintenance serta dapat menghemat daya dan hardware pada sisi server dan client guna menerapkan Green ICT. Pada sisi server manajemen hard disk telah diintegrasikan pada client, sehingga client dapat mudah menyimpan file dan folder langsung ke server. Penggunaan resource memori serta processor juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja masing-masing proses. Penggunaan memory dan processor pada sisi server mempengaruhi kinerja pada client di LTSP, sehingga lebih besar lebih baik juga kinerjanya. Dengan 4 Gb, persentase core dan memory pada keseluruhan menjalankan satu aplikasi sekitar 35-100%, sedangkan tiga aplikasi berjalan berkisar 53-100%, dan rata-rata penggunaan memori 67.1% - 70%. Kata kunci: client, core, e-waste, Green ICT, harddisk, LTSP, maintenance, memory, processor, resource, server, user-friendly
