Abstract

Penggunaan Media Nec Projector dalam Meningkatkan Aktivitas Pembelajaran Tematik Siswa Kelas V Semester 1 MIN Kilongan Kabupaten Banggai. Karya Tulis Inovasi Teknologi dalam Pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan media Nec Projektor yang dilakukan di kelas V semester 1 MIN Kilongan Kabupaten Banggai dengan 2 kali pertemuan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu 75,70% pada pertemuan pertama menjadi 90,5% pada pada pertemuan kedua. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dari 68,89% pada pertemuan pertama kemudian meningkat lagi menjadi 82.44% pada pertemuan kedua. Dengan demikian karya inovasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran tematik menggunakan media Nec Projektor dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V semester 1 MIN Kilongan.

Abstract

This paper discusses patriarchy culture and women’s struggles in Pesan Cinta Dari Hujan, a novel written by Erni Aladjai (2010). Patriarchy culture can be seen in attitudes, behaviors, and actions conducted by male characters toward female characters. This paper adopts a feminist approach to explore patriarchy culture and women’s struggles in the novel. The findings show that patriarchy culture includes violence of domestic or women, violence of education and building children’s characters, and violence of space and movement given for self-actualization. Women characters’ struggles to fight patriarchy culture are determination, tear, and running..

Abstract

The research aimed at investigating the influence of cooperative learning model type two stay two stray and type giving question and getting answer toward the activeness and learning achievement of student on excretion system. The method of research was quasi experimental research. The data were collected through test result and observation. The objects of this research were students at class VIIIA, VIIIB, VIIIC, and VIIID at SMPN 3 Paguyaman. The research result showed that cooperative learning model type two stay two stray, type giving question and getting answer, and the combination between cooperative learning model type two stay two stray and type giving question and getting answer influenced students’ activeness. Meanwhile, cooperative learning model type two stay two stray, type giving question and getting answer, and the combination between cooperative learning model type two stay two stray and type giving question and getting answer also influenced students’ learning achievement which was showed by significance value as 0,000 lower than alpha value as 0,05.

Abstract

The students’ learning results are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The internal factors that can influence learning results are emotional intelligence and learning motivation. The research aims to discover the relation of emotional intelligence and learning motivation with Biology learning results of the students at SMAN 3 Luwuk in Banggai District.The research is ex post facto. The population of the research were the students of class IPA at SMAN 3 Luwuk in Banggai District of academic year 2017/2018. The samples were 264 students taken by using stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected by employing questionnaire and documentation. The data of the research were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics techniques. The results of the research reveal that (i) the students’ emotional intelligence is in high category, (ii) the students’ learning motivation is in high category, (iii) the students’ Biology learning results is in high category, (v) there is fairly strong relation between emotional intelligence and the students’ Biology learning results, (vi) there is fairly strong relation between learning motivation and the students’ Biology learning results, and (viii) there is strong relation between emotional intelligence and learning motivation toword Biology learning results of the students at SMAN 3 Luwuk in Banggai District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi berprestasi guru, khususnya guru SMA di Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui 1) apakah terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan motivasi berprestasi guru, 2) apakah terdapat hubungan antara perpsepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi guru, dan 3) apakah terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan  perpsepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan motivasi berprestasi guru.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional karena ingin mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data ketiga variable dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumenkuesioner atau angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik korelasi dan regresi dengan taraf signifikan α = 0.01. Analisa terhadap data hasil pengukuran motivasi berprestasi guru yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan motivasi berprestasi guru, 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi guru, 3) terhdapat hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dan persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi guru. Berdasarkan haasil penelitian maka motivasi berprestasi guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.
