Abstract

In 2016, West Java was awarded as best coffe in the world at the Expo Coffee event. One of regions thar represented Jawa Barat is palasari coffee, Kampung Legok Nyenang, Desa Girimekar, Kabupaten Bandung. This potenstial is expected to increase and improve their quality of life of its citizen. It would require a draft development strategy in order to optimize the potential of palasari coffee. This research will accommodate the needs of the design and development of business strategies palasari coffee. Retrieval of data was taken from palasari coffee using interview and observation methods. The collected data is processed and analyzed using analysis tool  SWOT,  IFAS & EFAS tables and SWOT matriks. The conclusion is that the position of the palasari coffee is at a favorable stage. The result  has a score of strength greater than weakness score, and an opportunity score greater than the threat score. It is in quadrant 1 (growth). The implementation of the appropriate  strategy is expected palasari coffee can continue to grow and develop as one of the potential assets of the region.

Abstract

Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan industri kosmetik dan era social media, namun produk mineral botanica sampai saat ini kurang memaksimalkan pertumbuhan pasar yang ada. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis  pengaruh social media marketing dan brand awareness terhadap minat beli melalui instagram pada mineral botanica. Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif, non-probability sampling melalui survey dengan menggunakan google form  kepada 140 responden.   Hasil penelitiannya adalah : dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 71,9%. Social media marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Social media marketing dan brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat beli.  Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi para pemasar untuk memperhatikan dan membangun social media marketing dan brand awareness yang baik, terutama kepada Mineral Botanica.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of information system service quality on the satisfaction of end-user accounting software, to prove empirically the effect of information system quality on end-user satisfaction accounting software and to prove empirically the simultaneous influence of service quality and information systems on end-user satisfaction accounting software. The population in this study were all NGO staff Partners of the Spiritia Foundation throughout Indonesia, totaling 23 NGOs. While the study sample used purposive sampling, namely the sample selected based on criteria. The criteria of respondents in this study were staff who were directly involved in the use of FINA accounting software and who authorized the reports produced by FINA namely Finance Staff and NGO Leaders, Spiritia Foundation Partners. The results of this study are that the quality of information system services has no significant effect on end-user satisfaction accounting software, information system quality has a significant effect on end user satisfaction accounting software and service quality and information systems simultaneously have a significant effect on accounting software user satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the user's perception of the quality of the website owned by the Mobile Application Shopee and the effect from variable quality of website and trust in online purchasing decisions. The study was conducted on 138 respondents who are students at IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere. Dimensions WebQual: usebaility, information quality and interaction quality is used to measure the quality of a website. The Results of the research indicate that the quality of the website is good, than website quality and trust factor proved to be positive and significant influence the online purchasing desicion.

Abstract

Persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi suatu perusahaan dalam mempertahankan pangsa pasar. ada tiga tanda penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan suatu komunitas agar tetap dapat bertahan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan pengaruh positif  diantaranya adalah Kesadaran bersama, Ritual dan tradsi serta Rasa tanggung jawab moral. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh sebanyak 27 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi sederhana dan uji parsial (uji T). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 2,800 + 0,340 X. Berdasakan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji T, membuktikan bahwa secara parsial, T hitung > T tabel atau 4,026 > 1,708, berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial, antara Brand Community (X) tehadap Loyalitas Merek (Y). Uji koefisien korelasi menunjukan hubungan yang kuat antara X dan Y.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kelas sosial, faktor keluarga, Faktor gaya hidup dan faktor kelompok acuan terhadap keputusan menggunakan smartphone. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk, Penarikan sampel secara purposive sampling dan diperoleh 50 sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik parametrik regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelas sosial, keluarga, gaya hidup dan kelompok acuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan smartphone. Sedangkan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel gaya hidup ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social class factors, family factors, lifestyle factors and reference group factors on decisions using smartphones. the population in this study were all students of Management University of Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Sampling was taken by purposive sampling and 50 samples were obtained. Data collected through questionnaires, data were analyzed descriptively and parametric statistics of multiple linear regression through the SPSS program version 20.0. The results showed that the variables of social class, family, lifestyle and reference groups had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions in using smartphones.
