Abstract

Abstract. This research was intended to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and brand trust towards customer satisfaction and its impact on parent loyalty at Ayodya Pala Art Studio that offers lessons or courses in the arts, especially dance, music and vocal. The data used were primary and secondary data. Secondary data obtained from various sources such as text books, journals, and other publication data. Primary data was obtained through survey with questionnaires distributed to 134 respondents. The results showed that the brand image, service quality and brand trust positive and significant influences on customer satisfaction. However, brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction did not have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. While brand trust had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This research can be a recommendation for the company for managerial policy decision at Ayodya Pala Art Studio to improve the brand image, service quality, and brand trust in order to maintain its customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

 Abstract.This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived of risk and perceived of reputation for Cosmetics Online purchasing decisions with Trust as an intervening variable.Both factors are expected to be taken into consideration for online businesses to build relationships with customers. The subjects of this study are women, internet users who have ever shopped online at least one times in online shoppingsite’s amounted to 113 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire used to measure the perception of respondents using a Likert scale. Data collection procedures carried out through a survey of female where given a questionnaire with closed model (respondents' answers alternative has been provided). All instruments were tested for validity and reliability and has been qualified as an analytical tool. Analysis was performed using SPSS statistical methods. The results of the measurement of Influence of perceived of Risk, Perceived Reputation and Trust in Purchase Decision, Shows that trust has a positive effect 3.411 and significant 0.001on purchasing decisions, The perception of the risk of a negative effect (-1636) but not significant 0.105, effect positive perception of the reputation of a significant 3376 and 0.001 on purchasing decisions cosmetics online. Perceived of Risk , Perceived of Reputation and Trust together have positive and significant effect on the Buying Decision cosmetics online

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline through employee servant of government performance. The sampling used as many as 90 employees of civil servant of first district at Kramat Jati. This study are observed in August until September 2019 at first district Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The analyctical tool used smartPLS volume 3.2.8 (Partial Least Square). The result showed the influence of variable leadership and  motivation are positive and significant effect for employee performance directly. The leadership directly had positive influence but insignificantly to employee performance. Motivation has positive direct and significant influence to employee performance. In a while, leadership and motivation with work discipline as an intervening variable, indirect has positive influence but insignificant to employee performance for civil servant in first district Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on purchase decision and the implication on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Wilo Pumps Indonesia, a subsidiary company from WILO SE as a pump manufacture of Wilo brand. The research data uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through surveys with questionnaires distributes to 85 respondents who are customers of PT. Wilo Pumps Indonesia using stratified random sampling method. Secondary data is obtained from various sources such as books, journals and other published data. The analyst method uses path analysis using SPSS version 22. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision and customer satisfaction while the brand image had no effect on pruchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study found that purchasing decisions have positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze Trust, Ease of Use, Shopping Experience of Purchasing Decisions on the Lazada Online Buying and Selling Site in Karawang. In this study, the population was internet users in Karawang who had shopped online at least once at Lazada.com and other sites. This study uses a Non Probability Sampling technique by Purposive Sampling. The results of this study indicate that (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on Lazada Online Buy and Sell Sites, Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on Buying and Selling Sites Lazada Online, (3) Shopping Experience has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on the Lazada Online Buying and Selling Site, and (4) Trust, Ease of Use and Experience of Shopping together have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. It is recommended that Lazada maintain consumer confidence through increasing popularity and e-commerce imagery in order to increase the existence of Lazada among the public by participating in various events

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Performance on Employees of PT. Padma Soode Indonesia with 99 respondents as permanent employees who work at PT. Padma Soode Indonesia. Data is processed with Partial Least Square (smartPLS) version 3.0. The research design used by the author in this study was conclusive research, a type of causal research using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, leadership through Work discipline as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organizational culture through work discipline as an intervening variable has an effect on performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study is intended to analyze the influence of career development, work environment, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Bank XYZ, Head Office. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The number of respondents was 82 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, and the results of this study indicate that there are positive and significant effects of each independent variable, namely career development, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. Likewise simultaneously or together - the positive and significant influence of career development, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. Actualization needs are the strongest dimension to the dimensions of work quality. It is expected that PT Bank XYZ may not ignore programs that can develop employee motivation, such as incentives or promotions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out the effects contained in various promo promos held by a restaurant where the promo promos are promotions, cashback and discounts all to attract consumers to buy mister baso. The total population used in this study is consumers who come to the mister baso retreat. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The paradigm used is the positivistic paradigm. In this research paradigm, researchers want to find out how much the X variable is a price discount affecting the Y variable, namely buying interest. This research data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 23. Free variables in this study are Promotion (X1), Cashback (X2) and Discount (X3). The dependent variable in this study is buying interest (Y). the results of this study are that the variable promotions, cashback and discounts significantly influence buying interest. Free variable contribution (promotion, cashback and discount) to the dependent variable (buying interest) is 35.1%.

Abstract

Abstraksi, Dalam mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan nasional untuk kesejahteraan rakyat membutuhkan strategi-strategi khusus untuk mewujudkannya. Agar perjalanan aktifitas pembangunan kemandirian pangan nasional dapat dilakukan secara sustainable membutuhkan strategi-strategi yang mampu meningkatkan tingkat kemandirian pangan menjadi kedaulatan pangan.Kedaulatan pangan mencakup empat dimensi, yakni; 1)- Proses produksi pangan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan potensi sumberdaya lokal. 2)- Kegiatan budidaya atau produksi pangan dilakukan dengan cara berwawasan ekologis. 3)- Peran petani produsen pangan perlu diapresiasi dengan cara meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. 4)- Lebih mengutamakan keberlanjutannya (sustainable) proses produksi pangan, yang hanya dapat diwujudkan jika dimensi teknis-agronomis, ekologis/lingkungan, dan sosial-ekonomis dipadu secara harmonis dalam setiap upaya mengoptimalkan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi pangan.Maka dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan menulis instrument-instrument penyokong terwujudnya pembangunan kemandirian pangan nasional yang terdiri dari: konsepsi kemadirian pangan, sistem konstitusi pangan secara filosofis, regulasi-regulasi kebijakan pangan, analisis data pangan dan solusi strategis untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan pangan nasional.

Abstract

 ABTSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of  price , location and facilities of the decision the purchase of Perumahan Grand Mutiara Village Karawang. Technique the sample collection done with purposive sampling .In this research sample taken 200 people. Data taken through a method of the questionnaire and the technique analysis using regression multiple regression linear analysis. The research results show that in partial test t indicated that the perception of price, location, and facilities have an significant of the purchase decision. Based on the simultaneous (F test ) is shown that the variable perception of  price, location, and facilities have impact positive and significant to purchase decision at  Perumahan Grand Mutiara Village Karawang. Biggest value coefficient standardized, variables of location have dominant impact to purchase decision at Perumahan Grand Mutiara Village Karawang.
