Abstract

Even though Indonesia has made significant gains in recent years to increase access to education, learning outcomes remain inadequate. However, the Edtech industry began to develop and increase educational output as a result of increasing access to education through technology. This growth, however, is in risk of becoming unsustainable because not every Edtech is profitable enough to thrive. This study aims to understand the buying interest factors of online course users by investigating the relationship between learning oriented related cues (perceive lecturer expertise, personal learning experience, personal trial experience), price value with purchase intention through customers trust and customers performance expectations. The data was gathered through an e-questionnaire issued to 414 respondents who had previously used a free trial of an online learning course, as well as through in-depth interviews with representatives of Edtech and content creator marketing. The result of this study shows significant and positive relationship between all variables in proposed model. The findings of this study are likely to assist marketers in increasing the number of free users who switch to paid users through content marketing that highlighted various indicators that matter to customers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low growth rate of microfinance in Islamic banks in the Tanah Datar Regency area. This is evidenced by data published by OJK from 2019 to 2022 and reinforced by BSI's internal data in the first quarter to the third quarter of 2022 which confirms that the lowest microfinance growth is located in Tanah Datar Regency / Batusangkar. This is interesting to examine further because as Tanah Datar Regency, which has a majority Muslim population and the forerunner of the establishment of Minangkabau, which has a very strong historical, religious and cultural background, there should be no element of rejection that occurs in the community to switch to using financing products in Islamic banks. The quantitative method was used in this study using a sample of 143 MSME players who have not used Islamic bank financing products in Tanah Datar Regency. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical software, namely smart-PLS 3.0 to see the effect of religiosity, cultural beliefs and margin levels on the decisions of MSME players in using Islamic bank financing products in Tanah Datar Regency. The results of the study prove that the decision of MSME players in Tanah Datar Regency to use financing products in Islamic banks is influenced by the variables of religiosity, cultural belief and margin level positively and significantly. This shows that religiosity, cultural belief and margin rates are crucial points for Islamic banks that will influence the community of MSME players to switch to using Islamic banking. Furthermore, this study offers a strategy to increase the market share of Islamic banks, namely through approaches to traditional and religious leaders who are influential in the community environment of Tanah Datar Regency and increasing the religious understanding of MSME players in Tanah Datar Regency and reconsidering the determination of the margin rate for channeling financing to the community, especially MSME players.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors that influence the use of Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) as a payment tool on MSMEs merchants in Pekanbaru City. QRIS has been officialized by Bank Indonesia as a digital payment transaction tool that makes it easier for consumers and merchants to make transactions. In this study, transaction costs and revenue are used as independent variabels, while the use of QRIS as a means of payment becomes dependent variabels. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a likert scale questionnaire and data converted to an interval scale, respondents in this study amounted to a hundred MSMEs  merchants. Data was then analyzed using double linear regression with the help of SPSS version 24. The results show that simultaneously or partially, transaction cost and revenue factors have a significant influence on the use of QRIS as a digital payment transaction tool in MSMEs merchants in Pekanbaru City. The implication of this study is that the cost of MDR transactions and settlements spent on using QRIS is comparable to the benefits obtained, including increased business revenue. This research could provide a clearer insight for MSMEs in considering the use of QRIS as an effective and efficient means of payment.

Abstract

Several issues have been raised regarding the uneven payment of bills related to BPJS health insurance. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the accountability of BPJS patient billing claims for outpatient services at the Hospital as outpatient income. The flow of BPJS special patient services from reception to settlement of claims is the focus for identifying pending services. Design/Methodology/Approach: this qualitative research uses in-depth interviews with relevant informants. Interviews were conducted with the head manager of the KMKB, the head of the BPJS officer's office and two outpatient coder staff. We also conducted a triangulation test to test the validity of the data. The data from the interviews were then analyzed to explain the findings. Findings: several technical findings are the cause of claims for bad claims, including claims of outpatients and inpatients on the same day and date, incomplete medical resumes filled out by the doctor in charge of the patient, patients who are referred back but the time period has expired, network problems when accessing INA CBG's, and delays in settlement of claims so that the BPJS claim period expires. Originality/Values: This research offers unique insight into health services related to BPJS patient claims services by explaining how to understand them and anticipate pending claims or claims that cannot be disbursed through the results of qualitative research using an in-depth interview approach.
