Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the size of the company and thefinancial performance of the company towards the banking companies listedon the Indonesia stock exchange period 2013 – 2016. The company'sfinancial performance measurement for researchers using the return on asset(ROA), whereas for the measurement of the value of the banking companyusing price to earnings ratio (PER). A sample of this company is a bankingcompany reported financial statements in successive – join in the period of2013 – 2016. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results of thisresearch show that the size of the company doesn't have an effect on thevalue of the company. This indicates that the company is not his little biginfluence on the value of the company. While the company's financialperformance affects the value of banking companies. This indicates that thecompany's financial performance is good or bad can reflect the value of thecompany, the greater the financial performance of the company then thecompany value anyway.Keywords: financial performance, the value of the company, the size of the

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy, debtpolicy, profitability, and investment decisions in part on the value of thecompany.The data used secondary data, with a population of basic chemicalindustry research company went public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange2012-2016 period. The sampling technique is purposive sampling of 65 companiesacquired 12 companies basic chemical industry for five years. Results from thisstudy thatdividend policy (payout ratio) does not affect the value of the company(price to book value) .kebijakan debt (debt to equity ratio) has no effect on thevalue of the company (price to book value). Profitability (return on equity) effecton firm value (price to book value). investment decisions (price earnings ratio)effect on firm value (price to book value) Adjusted R2 of 0.399, which means thatthe value of the company was affected by the dividend policy, debt policy,profitability, and investment decisions. Abstract

One of the important tasks of the Ministry of ATR/BPN is to carry out theintegrated and integrated Land Resources Management by utilizing thedevelopment of modern information and management system technology. Thisresearch aims to: 1. analyze Total Quality Management that directly affects theapplicant’s satisfaction, 2 Total Quality Management influence on the requestersatisfaction mediated by Service Quality. Subjects in this research are applicants’satisfaction of Pertanahan Office Yogyakarta. The sample uses as many as onehundred respondents, data analysis technique uses Structural Equational Model(SEM) with SmartPLS Program. The results of this research prove: 1. analyzeTotal Quality Management that directly affects the requester satisfaction, 2. TotalQuality Management Total Quality Management influence on the requestersatisfaction mediated by Service Quality. The findings of this study may contributeto consumer behaviour models, in Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) officeYogyakarta and Tripple duties of Higher Education.

Abstract

Impulse buying often takes place inside the store. Impulse buying describesunplanned purchasing decisions.This research aims to: 1.analyse hedonic motivethat directly affects impulse buying, 2. analyse direct marketing that directly affectsimpulse buying, 3. hedonic motive and direct marketing influence on impulsebuying mediated by in store. Subjects in this research are consumers of threeclothing stores in Yogyakarta. The sample uses as many as 75 respondents, dataanalysis technique uses Structural Equational Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0Program. The results of this research prove: 1. hedonic motive has influenced onimpulse buying, 2.direct marketing has influenced on impulse buying, 3 hedonicmotive and direct marketing influence on impulse buying mediated by in store. Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on whether the factors issuingfinancial statements, application of sharia accounting, the application of loss andprofit sharing and application of accounting information systems, affect theconsumer desire to take advantage of Islamic financing, either individually orsimultaneously. In this study used a sample of 50 respondents of Bank SyariahMandiri customers Surakarta Branch. Descriptive statistical results indicate that thevariable issuance of financial statements, application of sharia accounting, theapplication of loss and profit sharing and the application of accounting informationsystem positively affect the consumer desire to take advantage of sharia financing.KeyWords : Accounting Factors, financial statements, application of sharia accounting lossand profit sharing, accounting information system, consumer desires, Syariahbank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence Current Ratio,Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover on Profitability(Return On Assets). This research uses quantitative data. The population used inthis study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangeperiod 2015-2016. The method used in this study is purposive sampling andobtained a sample of 71 companies for each year in the period 2015-2016, so thatobtained as many as 142 data observation. Data analysis method used is multiplelinear regression analysis. The result of research partially states that the variableof Total Assets Turnover influence to Profitability (Return On Assets), whilevariable of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no effect toProfitability (Return On Assets). Based on regression analysis, we found that CR ,QR, DER and TATO have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA).Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability

Abstract

Repurchases are purchases made by consumers second, third and so on .Thisresearch aims to: 1. Analyze price that directly affects repurchases, 2. Analysebrand image that directly affects repurchases, 3. price and brand image influenceon repurchases mediated by customer satisfaction. Subjects in this researchareconsumers of white coffee product in Yogyakarta. The sample uses as many as onehundred respondents,data analysis technique uses Structural Equational Model(SEM) with SmartPLS Program. Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine the effect of the size of the Board ofCommissioners, the size of the Board of Directors and the Return on Assets (ROA)on the Company Value Listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2013-2016. The datawas obtained from the financial statements published by the Indonesia StockExchange and the annual report of the company. The data was collected by usingpurposive sampling method. The study used panel data, which is a combination oftime series and cross section data. The study used multiple linear regressions. Theresult of the research showed that the independent variable that has significantinfluence to the company value were Board of Directors variable and Return OnAsset (ROA) at significance level of 5%, while the Size of Board ofCommissioner has no significant effect to the value of the companies listed in JII.Research also proved that the size of Board of Directors, the size of Board ofCommissioner and the size of Return On Asset (ROA) simultaneously influence tothe value of the companies listed in JII in 2013-2016 in significant way.Keywords: Size of Board of Commissioners, size of the Board of Directors, Return on Assets(ROA), Company Value

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of good corporate governance themanufacturing sub sectors of food and drink that are listed on the Indonesia stockexchange period 2011-2016. For the measurement of the value of the company'sresearchers use the Price Earning Ratio (PER), while for corporate governanceusing the size of the Board of Directors, managerial ownership, firm size and Debtto equity Ratio (DER). The sample in this research company is a companymanufacturing sub sector of the food and drink report financial report-row take partduring the period 2011 – 2016. the results of this research show that the number ofDirectors, managerial and ownership of company size does not affect the value ofthe manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2011-2016. Abstract

This research was aimed to examine the empirical effect of theUnderwriterreputation, Financial Leverage (DER), ROA, and Earning per Share onunder pricing companies which are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Theanalysis was basedon the Underwriter Reputation, Financial Leverage (DER),ROA, and Earning per Share as independent variables and under-pricing asdependent variable. Samples of this research are companies which are listed inIndonesian Stock Exchange.Samples were taken by purposive sampling method.Documentation method was used as data collection technique.Normality test,classical assumption test, multiplied analysis linear regression, with hypothesestesting of statistic t-tests and statistic f-test were used as statistical methods.Theresults of statistic t-tests showed that Financial Leverage (DER) and ROA had noeffects on under-pricing while Underwriter Reputation and Earning per Share wereaffecting under pricing.Keywords: [Under-pricing, Under-writer, DER, ROA, EPS]
