Biblio Couns : Jurnal Kajian Konseling dan Pendidikan
The Biblio Couns Journal is a scientific journal in the field of Counseling and Education studies. The journal is published in three editions published a year, namely march, july, august. Biblio Couns is published by the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, and in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Guidance and Counseling Associations (ABKIN) with E-ISSN: 2620-3103. The purpose of the journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of counseling and education in all settings. The scope of the journal includes applications of school counseling, mental health, assessment, supervision in counseling, sexual harassment, violence supplementary counseling, multi-cultural counseling, crisis intervention, trauma counseling, ITC in counseling, career counseling, spiritual counseling, marriage and family counseling, counseling and psychotherapy, counseling in all backgrounds; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2018.

Personality is formed from three factors, namely heredity, environment, and self-image. The environment has a big influence on a person's personality and it is reflected in the behavior shown by the individual himself. Individuals who are raised in a certain society will be shaped by the cultural experiences they receive. A person's personality is obtained starting from the time he is born, starting at that stage a person begins to recognize and know the patterns of behavior that prevail in his community. Thus, the relationship between culture and personality is very close, because humans as a medium for culture and culture influence human behavior.

Academic anxiety is a feeling of anxiety, fear, and a situation are threatening or dangerous, and caused the disruption of thought patterns and physical or behavioral responses to students' academic activities. The purpose of research is to examine and describes the cognitive restructuring techniques to academic anxiety of the secondary school students. The method has used in this research is literature study. The data technique in this research is documentation technique. And also, the data analysis technique has used is content analysis techniques. The results of research are the research, and descriptions of evaluation, monitoring, scope or objectives, as well as suggestions or recommendations for cognitive restructuring techniques to academic anxiety of the secondary school students. From the things has been done, it can be shown that cognitive restructuring techniques are successful in overcoming the academic anxiety of the secondary school students so that cognitive restructuring techniques can be one of the techniques applied to overcome academic anxiety.

The covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all areas of life including education. The establishment of a distance learning system presents new challenges for schools, teachers, parents, and students at both junior and senior high school levels. This condition becomes a threat if students are unable to adjust to be involved and play an active role in the learning process. Active engagement is a personal asset for students to help adaptively overcome various challenges and academic demands in school. The provision of group counseling services is one of the efforts that can be made by the school to improve student school engagement. The purpose of this study was to find out the form of group counseling services in improving student school engagement during the pandemic. This research uses literature review method with data collection technique that collects articles and books from several bases of journal articles online. The results showed that increased school engagement of students in learning in schools can be done through the provision of group counseling services using the appropriate approach.

Rehabilitation is a guarantee of treatment from the Indonesian government to help recover drug addicts from using drugs again (Dewan, 2012). In fact, there are still many residen after undergoing rehabilitation who experience relapse due to their belief in their ability to refuse to use drugs again or called self-efficacy abstinence is low (Tuapattinaja, Irmawati, Saragih, 2016). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling with rational emotive behavior approach role playing technique to increase abstinence self-efficacy of residen. This type of research is an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were five residen who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using the drug avoidance self-efficacy scale (DASES) and analyzed by the Wilcoxon matched pairs. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the abstinence self-efficacy of residen (Z = -2.032, P0.05). The conclusion of this study is group counseling with rational emotive behavior approach role playing technique effective in increasing abstinence self-efficacy of residen.

This study aimed to produce teaching materials for effective coping strategies in the implementation of counseling services to students. Teaching materials are made in printed form, then for the benefit of the pandemic, they were arranged in the form of an EDUDA (Education of Drug Adversity) application program. A coping strategy is one of the life skills of the seven skills that are trained in the EDUDA application program design research development using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) carried out for 6 months. The research subjects were 29 students of class X SMA Negeri 17 Medan TA. 2019/2020. Data collection techniques (1) conducting interviews about coping strategy exercises, (2) distributing valid questionnaires via zoom, (3) monitoring the progress of the exercise implementation through WhatsApp (WA). The effectiveness of teaching materials is assessed according to the answer key in each exercise and the questions have a score, the results of the exercise are 27 students have passed the mean percentage of 93.10% and have achieved a very good classification. The conclusion of this study is that this coping strategy teaching material is effective for use in counseling services for class X students of SMA Negeri 17 Medan TA. 2019/2020.

The psychological well-being experienced by students, disrupting normal daily life is a condition where they experience psychological problems that cannot function positively and well. In this study, it explains how the psychological well-being experienced by students in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. qualitative descriptive. Participants involved in this study are students who study while working to make ends meet. This is because Covid-19 has a psychological impact on participants' psychological conditions. The conditions experienced are anxiety, fear and stress related to the transmission of the Covid-19 pandemic. this and conditions that should not leave thehouse.

Marriage is a lifelong worship who believe it, people in the world always want married just once in their life, but this desire is very rarely accompanied by readiness. Good preparation for marriage can be indicated when conducting an assessment between couple male and female in premarital counseling by applying the Sinoman principle as a preventive service in counselling. The aims of study to find the readiness of a prospective married couple by applying the Sinoman principle. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method use a sample of 70 respondents Google Form questionnaire to prospective married couples combining the level of recognition, readiness to accept and the reciprocity of the couple with the variables in this study, namely relationship conditions, adolescent love, wedding preparations, pager ayu, ladhen wedhang and rewang. The results of the validity the r table obtained was 0.235 with a reliability coefficient of ? = 0.0937. The conclusion of this study is marriage preparation is something that must be considered as best as possible, through premarital counseling, the goal of helping to minimize problems in a marriage, not only during marriage but also in married life.

Prosocial behavior is a voluntary act actualized in the attitude of getting rid of personal interests in providing benefits to other individuals. This study aims to analyze: To find out the description of prosocial behavior, to find out differences in prosocial behavior in terms of socio-economic conditions, to find out differences in students' prosocial behavior in terms of gender, to find out differences in students' prosocial behavior in terms of culture, and to find out differences in students' prosocial behavior. in terms of the interaction between culture, socio-economic conditions, gender. This type of research is a descriptive comparative research that uses comparative analysis techniques. The population of this research is the students of SMP Islam Hands as many as 123 people. The students who were used as samples in this study were 123 people. The instrument used is a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing in research to see differences in prosocial behavior in terms of socioeconomic status, gender and majors will use a three-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).

This study to discuss overcoming factors inhibit reading interest students through concept self awareness. Data collection techniques by interviews. Data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Reading must do especially for students. However, reading interest several students posgraduate PAI UIN Sunan Kalijaga is still low, because there are several factors that hinder their reading interest, namely: 1) low motivation to read; 2) amount of entertainment in this era makes students more to spend time playing handphone, games and watching TV; 3) sometimes difficult to concentrate. The solution with concept self awareness, namely: 1) we must realize to be able to change from problems; 2) make decisions, for example problem low motivation to read by starting to read from the reading we like, problem the amount of entertainment in this era makes students more to spend time playing cellphone, games and watching TV by we have to prepare a special time to read, problem sometimes difficult to concentrate by we can read in a time / place that is quiet / / comfortable so can concentrate fully without distraction; 3) learn to realize the decision; 4) do it little by little; 5) continuous practice; 6) consistent.

Education cannot be separated from human life, because education is a process of someone entering a culture and making that person behave and follow that culture. Human behavior, consciously or unconsciously, is a formation of the existing culture in the surrounding environment.
