Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian awal untuk merancang standar potensi yang dimiliki calon konselor. Potensi diri setiap individu berbeda-beda, mempengaruhi kemampuan diri seseorang dalam berpikir, bertindak, bersikap penting diketahui dosen melaksanakan tugas pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan  potensi diri mahasiswa ditinjau dari kemampuan umum, kemampuan khusus, dan kepribadian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskripsi, penelitian dilaksanakan di Prodi Bimbingan Konseling, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ageng Tirtayasa selama 6 bulan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa yang sedang berada di kampus pada semester ganjil semester III dan V berjumlah 88 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kemampuan umum mahasiswa semester III pada klasifikasi rata-rata dan di atas rata sebesar  56%  dari jumlah mahasiswa artinya diprediksi 56% dari jumlah mahasiswa dapat selesai tepat waktu. (2). kemampuan umum mahasiswa semester V  pada klasifikasi rata-rata dan di atas rata sebesar 94% dari jumlah mahasiswa artinya diprediksi 94% dapat selesai tepat waktu. (3) kemampuan khusus mahasiswa semester III dan V dengan 6 indikator, ada 3 indikator termasuk klasifikasi tinggi adalah kemampuan bahasa, abstrak, kemampuan ruang, dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa belum mencapai 50 % dari jumlah mahasiswa. Dilihat dari 6 indikator kepribadian yang diuji, 2 indikator kepribadian yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius yaitu keteraturan dalam bekerja, dan baik hati dapat bekerjasama dengan orang lain. Kedua indikator ini perlu dimiliki oleh calon guru BK atau konselor sekolah. Disarankan bagi pihak yang berhubungan dengan mahasiswa seperti dosen, pengelola program, fakultas dan universitas dalam merencanakan program memperhatikan keberadaan kemampuan umum, kemampuan khusus dan kepribadian mahasiswa calon konselor. Semua pihak perlu melakukan pembinaan yang sungguh-sungguh, ikhlas, dan serius sehubungan dengan pengembangan potensi diri mahasiswa.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is influenced by many factors. This study purpose to describe: 1) Parenting, Self-Esteem and bullying behavior, 2) Parenting and Self-esteem either individually or collectively contributed to the bullying behavior. The population of study is focus in students of SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan, with a sample 193 of students, by using multistage random sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a Likert Scale model and inventory (CFSEI). The results of reliability test on parenting 0901 and 0938 for bullying behavior. The validity of instrument on parenting and self-esteem is 0361 and 0.361 for self- esteem. These results indicate that parenting is in good enough category and self-esteem is at a low category, bullying in middle category, and parenting and self-esteem either singly or collectively that contribute to bullying behavior.

Abstract

The research background of students' low spiritual life skills and the absence of online teaching materials for practicing spiritual life skills. The research objective is to produce online teaching materials for spiritual life skills that are effective in implementing student counseling services. The development research design was carried out using the ADDIE model. The research subjects of the seventh-grade students of Tunas SMP Swasta Tunas Karya Batangkuis for the 2019/2020 academic year with total of 30 students. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, worksheets for practicing spiritual skills. Data analysis techniques were qualitative analysis and the percentage of data analysis. Based on the validation by material experts, it was 75.71% for the category "Valid and the media experts were 86.42% for the" Valid "category. The effectiveness of teaching materials is obtained from the results of the students' practice scores of the students' training showed that 27 people had passed with an average percentage of 85% and achieved very good classification. This study stated that spiritual life skills teaching material is effective for use in counseling services to students.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the illustration of life skill level in thelearning community and discovering the design of the Guidance and Counseling Program to improve life skill on Residents Learning Package C at PKBM Serang District, Indonesia. The survey takes census samples which amounts to 86 learning Residents. The life skill scale was carried out by looking at four aspects, namely personal skills, academic skills, social skills, and vocational skills.Data analysis is performed by descriptive quantitative technique. The result of the questionnaire analysis on the life skills level on Residents Learning Package C atPKBM in Serang District were in low category with a percentage of 20%, the medium category with a percentage of 68%, and the high category with a percentage of 12%. After discovering the description of the life skill level, the design of the Guidance and Counseling Program was made based on the research results obtained.

Abstract

This study aimed to produce teaching materials for effective coping strategies in the implementation of counseling services to students. Teaching materials are made in printed form, then for the benefit of the pandemic, they were arranged in the form of an EDUDA (Education of Drug Adversity) application program. A coping strategy is one of the life skills of the seven skills that are trained in the EDUDA application program design research development using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) carried out for 6 months. The research subjects were 29 students of class X SMA Negeri 17 Medan TA. 2019/2020. Data collection techniques (1) conducting interviews about coping strategy exercises, (2) distributing valid questionnaires via zoom, (3) monitoring the progress of the exercise implementation through WhatsApp (WA). The effectiveness of teaching materials is assessed according to the answer key in each exercise and the questions have a score, the results of the exercise are 27 students have passed the mean percentage of 93.10% and have achieved a very good classification. The conclusion of this study is that this coping strategy teaching material is effective for use in counseling services for class X students of SMA Negeri 17 Medan TA. 2019/2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pada fakta bahwa guru BK di SMP Negeri seratus delapan puluh tujuh Jakarta memiliki waktu yang terbatas untuk memberikan layanan dan tidak memiliki media pendukung untuk memberikan layanan dalam merencanakan karir siswa. Ketidakmampuan guru BK ini disebabkan oleh ketersediaan jam pelajaran BK yang terbatas dan kekurangan media pendukung, khususnya dalam pemberian layanan karir siswa di sekolah. Selain itu data awal yang dikumpulkan menunjukkan bahwa siswa di SMP Negeri seratus delapan puluh tujuh Jakarta memiliki perkembangan pengetahuan karir yang belum maksimal. Bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan media video edukasi merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media video edukasi terhadap perencanaan karir siswa di SMP Negeri seratus delapan puluh tujuh Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pra eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan dua belas siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri seratus delapan puluh tujuh Jakarta, yang terdiri dari empat siswa laki-laki dan delapan siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pre-test lima puluh tiga, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media video edukasi dapat mempengaruhi perencanaan karir siswa.

Abstract

The Effect of Group Guidance on Self-Management Techniques to Increase Students' Awareness of Time Management. This research aims to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques to increase awareness of time management among class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Menes for the 2023–2024 academic year. The population in this study was 90 students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Menes. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Through a non-probability sampling method, the purposive sampling technique. The pre-test results showed that out of a total of 90 students, 3 were in the very low category, 39 were in the low category, 37 were in the high category, and 4 were in the very high category. Treatment was given to 8 students during 8 meetings. The research hypothesis test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test. There is a difference between time management abilities before and after treatment is carried out through group guidance with self-management techniques. With N = 8, the Z value is -2.524b, and the result is an Asymptotic Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.012. This value is smaller than 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted (Ha). From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that group guidance using self-management techniques can increase awareness of time management among class VIII students at SMPN 2 Menes for the 2023–2024 academic year.Keywords: Group Guidance, Self Management Techniques, Student Awareness, Time Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine: i) differences in general intelligence students in the urban, highland, and coastal, ii) scholastic differences students in the urban, highland and coastal, and iii) the relationship of general intelligence and scholastic students urban, highland and coastal. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling techniques as many as 670 students from the urban, 764 people from the highland and 604 students from the coastal. Analysis data used descriptive analysis, analysis of variance followed by Tukey honestly significant difference (HSD) analysis, and regression. The results showed that 31.4% of students in the highland have a general intelligence above the average of their age students, while students who live in the urban with a general intelligence above average age is only 23.3%, while on the coastal is only 8.1%. It was found that; i) there are differences in general intelligence of students, ii) there are differences in scholastic ability of students, and iii) there is a general intelligence effect to scholastic ability students in the urban, highland and coastal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media permainan monopoli dalam mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 3 Kota Serang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media permainan monopoli prokrasrinasi akademik layak digunakan, dilihat dari hasil uji kelayakan produk oleh ahli materi, media dan praktisi yakni dengan hasil nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,4% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Selain itu, diuji cobakan secara terbatas kepada 12 siswa yang mengalami prokrastinasi akademik dengan kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil dari uji coba terbatas dengan melihat angket uji coba produk pada siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 87,5% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test adanya pengurangan secara signifikan dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 111,4 menjadi 79. Analisis uji wilcoxon signed rank test pada proses pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0,002 lebih rendah dari pada 0.05, jadi hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pengembangan media permainan monopoli dapat mereduksi prokrastinasi siswa.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the measurement and structural models of SOA fund governance constructed by participation, transparency, and accountability. A total of 348 respondents were involved in this study consisting, including the headmaster (n=20), teachers (n=76), and parents (n=252). Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents using Google Forms for four months. Data analysis used confirmatory factor analysis through Partial Least Squares-Path Modeling (PLS-PM), which assisted the Smart PLS. Testing the measurement model using construct validity and internal consistency reliability showed two items (P4-participation and A3-accountability) having loading factors that do not satisfy the criteria. Likewise, both items were excluded from the model, which impacted the acceptance of the model fit. Furthermore, testing the quality of the structural model using the goodness of fit (GoF=0.524) was more significant than 0.36, which meant the quality of the structural model was very strong and significant. The transparency aspect had the most robust coefficient, which signals that everyone regarding the implementation of SOA funds in schools freely obtained the disclosure of financial and academic information. Other scholars can explore the role of the principal, teachers, and parents in making learning successful in schools by optimizing the use of SOA funds.
