The Biblio Couns Journal is a scientific journal in the field of Counseling and Education studies. The journal is published in three editions published a year, namely march, july, august. Biblio Couns is published by the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, and in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Guidance and Counseling Associations (ABKIN) with E-ISSN: 2620-3103. The purpose of the journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of counseling and education in all settings. The scope of the journal includes applications of school counseling, mental health, assessment, supervision in counseling, sexual harassment, violence supplementary counseling, multi-cultural counseling, crisis intervention, trauma counseling, ITC in counseling, career counseling, spiritual counseling, marriage and family counseling, counseling and psychotherapy, counseling in all backgrounds; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2018.

Abstract

The client's trust in the counselor to be open in telling the problem, the client's willingness to come to the counselor, and the client's perception that this does not make the counselor a threat. Likewise, a spiritual teacher who can be trusted (trustworthiness) refers to things that are suggested by the teacher to be done voluntarily by the Banjar community without any coercion. This study aims to analyze the level of trust of students in spiritual counselors and teachers in the aspect of alleviating problems as well as carry out a comparative correlation analysis on comparisons or differences in the level of trust of students in counselors and spiritual teachers at SMAN 3 Martapura. The results of this study show that the independent simple t test has the difference between counselors (80.542 to 2.920) and spiritual teachers (81.970 to 1.492). 95% Confidence Interval of the Difference. The resultof Sig. "Levene's Test for Equality of Variances" of 0.000 for counselors and spiritual teachers. Thus, the significant difference between students' trust in counselors and significant differences between students' trust in spiritual teachers does not make students lose their way, students will choose who to trust in helping to alleviate their daily problems.Keywords:Counselors,Learners, Spiritual Teachers.

Abstract

The change of the free curriculum is learning to change the school's flow into a standardized elective group. Changes in flow are certainly made by guidance and counseling teachers. Guidance and counseling teachers need to update the instruments used for more comprehensive measurement of student interest and talents, while the instruments normally used by guidance and counseling teachers are interviews, sociometry, and talent interest tests that cooperate with the psychology society. It needs to be to develop more flexible talent instruments and interests to be used at school and low cost. The study aims to develop talent instruments and interests by using Microsoft excel. Microsoft excel is selected because it is relatively easy to use among teachers. The instrument's design has several menus, one of which is individual results, aspect analysis results, and results diagram. The benefits of this instrument designer are expected to be used at school to help guidance and counseling teachers identify the students' talents and interests and direct students to subject groups that match students' interests and talents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen dana BOS di SD Negeri 163088 Tebing Tinggi ditinjau dari aspek (1) perencanaan, (2) penggunaan, (3) pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban, sehingga dana BOS mampu mencapai tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Pencapaian tujuan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut mencakup pada capaian prestasi siswa, peningkatan pengajaran guru dikelas dan sarana belajar di sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif bersifat studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini secara umum menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah di SD Negeri 163088 Tebing Tinggi melalui proses manajemen yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan (pemanfaaatn dan penggunaan) dan pengawasan, (2) penggunaan dana BOS di SD Negeri 163088 Tebing Tinggi sudah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis pengelolaan, namun alokasi dana pada tiap-tiap item sekolah berbeda, hal ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sekolah masing- masing. Dana BOS di SD Negeri 163088 Tebing Tinggi digunakan untuk pembelajaran praktek dan prasarana penunjangnya, sarana kegiatan pembelajaran dan komponen lain seperti honor guru ekstrakurikuler, kegiatan ujian, bahan ATK dan transportasi yang berkenaan dengan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Sedangkan dana BOS di SD Negeri 163088 Tebing Tinggi digunakan lebih diutamakan untuk penyediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana, kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, ujian, honor guru, bahan ATK dan transportasi, (3) Kualitas pendidikan yang ada di SD Negeri 163088 Tebing Tinggi bisa dikatakan baik, hal ini bisa dilihat pada masalah sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang dapat teratasi dengan baik dengan tersedianya dana BOS, adanya guru ekstrakurikuler, peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada tiap- tiap kelas, serta output 100% lulus UASBN pada tiap tahunnya
