The revenue of customs and excise is very important in APBN. By making accurate estimation, target of revenue can be better determined. In addition, the revenue of customs and excise is also influenced by many external factors that are difficult to predict therefore a rational approach is needed to estimate revenue. This research uses Double Exponential Smoothing, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model and Moving Average in predicting customs and excise revenue. Data used in this research is secondary data in time coherent pattern. The data includes import duty, export duty and excise obtained from the Directorate General of Customs and excise (DJBC) in the form of annual and quarterly data. This data starts from 2002 to 2016 with out of sample from 2017 to 2019. Some of these models are compared to each other to obtain the best model, and from the best model is also obtained estimating results in 3 years ahead. This study shows that the Double Exponential Smoothing model is better for predicting import duties compared to OLS and Moving Average models, which are models that have the smallest Sum Square Error (SSE) value. While the export and excise duty is best estimated by using OLS model which is shown with coefficient of determination value (R2) regression model of export duty is 0.8, while the excise regression model has coefficient of determination of 0.9.Keywords: Customs Estimation, Double Exponential Smoothing, Ordinary Least Square, Moving Average

This study uses secondary data collected by research object in Jambi Province in the form of data of third party fund of commercial banks, interest rate and total credit data and economic growth sourced from Bank Indonesia as well as and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Data were collected during the period 2004 to 2015. Objectives of the study 1). analyze the factors that influence the Third Party Fund (DPK) of Jambi Province. 2). analyzing the relationship of third party funds (DPK) to the amount of credit disbursed by commercial banks in Jambi Province. The analytical tool used is focusing on multiple linear regression analysis in time series and correlation person through with the help of software SPSS series 21.0. Based on the discussion of data analysis results in this study, can be drawn conclusion as follows: 1). bank interest rate variable negatively and insignificant to third party funds Jambi Province, while the number of banks and economic growth significantly influence third party funds Jambi Province during the period 2004-2015 with R-square 99.3%. 2). the relationship between third party funds and bank credit distribution is very strong with correlation value of 0.994 x 100% = 99.40%.Keywords: Bank Interest Rate, Third Party Funds, Economic Growth, and Bank Loans

KAJIAN POTENSI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) KULINER DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA DI MUARA BUNGO Yudhi Novriansyah

The objectives to be achieved in this study are (1). To know the characteristics of tourist visitors to the culinary in Muara Bungo (2). To know and study the region's Culinary through the mapping in Muara Bungo, (3). To know the potential that needs to be improved in Muara Bungo Culinary. Quantitative descriptive research survey approach. Respondents as many as 300 people, this research uses the sample withdrawal Convenience sampling/accidental sampling. The results showed: (1) the characteristics of the majority of visitors are the tourists of young children 21-30 years i.e. 55.3% where the dominance of male visitors 68.3%, and level of education Equal SLTA 57.3%, private sector job domination 59.7%, average earnings over 2 million dollars amounted to 42.7%. As for the origin of tourists in general around the mouth of the Bungo 55.7% or local tourists. Obtain information from the Culinary a 30% friends and visiting the site with your friends/family 90.7%; (2) the area's favorite Culinary tourists visit PKL is Pusparagam/Semagor field i.e. 37.3% and tourist favorite foods are Meatballs/58%, and the Miso favorite drink juices 74% and Crispy Banana snack 42.7%; (3) the main reason tourists visit due to the price of 27.7%. Potential needs to be improved is the Culinary and infrastructure improvements, namely 61% to give convenience to tourists. It is recommended to the Government to increase the potential of Bungo in 5 main areas of Culinary with revamping the facility/infrastructure that is 93%. Keywords: Culinary, Tourism, Muara Bungo

ANALISIS PENGARUH KREDIT PERBANKAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA SEKTOR INDUSTRI DI PROVINSI JAMBI Hasan Basri

This research aims to find out how big the economic growth sector of the industry, the banking sector's credit industry and the industrial sector labor absorption in Jambi province, and to find out how big the influence of economic growth sector industry against industry sector labor absorption in Jambi province. Results of the study concluded that economic growth in the industrial sector in the province of Jambi average grow 47.81 percent. The credit channeling growth industry in Jambi province amounted to 16.97 percent. Then the growth of the industrial sector workforce in Jambi province grow 6.15 percent. There is a positive and significant relationship between credit banking industrial sector labor absorption towards the industrial sector in the province of Jambi. Industrial sector labor absorption in Jambi province affected by industrial sector banking credits amounted to 84.2%. Keywords: Credit Banking, Labour Absorption

This research aims to know the factors that affect the completeness of the disclosure in the annual report on trading company registered in BEI 2012-2014 year. The selection of the sample using a purposive sampling. Based on the criteria of the 45 companies that become the population, retrieved 15 companies that are being sampled in this study. The independent variable in this study is the liquidity, leverage, net profit margin, the company's size and age of the company. While the dependent variable is represented by the level of disclosure of information in the annual report with the awarding of the score over the disclosure items that are listed in the annual report. The results of this research show that partially during the period of 2012-2014 for the size of the company's positive effect towards completeness of disclosure in the annual report. As for liquidity, leverage, net profit margin, and the age of the company does not affect the completeness of the disclosure in the annual report. Simultaneously influence among variables showed a non towards completeness of disclosure in the annual report.Keywords: Disclosure annual report, liquidity, Leverage, Net Profit Margin, the company's Size, age of the company

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially the developing countries, such as Indonesia. Poverty is a complex issue that is affected by a variety of interrelated factors, such as people's income levels, unemployment, health, education, access to goods and services, geographic location, gender, and location the environment. The number of poor population in Central Java is relatively lebihtinggi compared to laindi province of Indonesia, that is occupying ranked second in the number of poor population the largest in Indonesia after East Java. This research aims to analyze how and how much the variable influences the human development index, GDP per capita, and the number of poor population against unemployment in Jambi province in the year 2016. Methods of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the method of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) that use data between spaces (cross section) district/town in Jambi province year 2016 with the help of software Eviews 4.1. The results of this research indicate that the variable is the human development index (HDI) a negative and significant effect against the poor population in the province of Jambi, the per capita GDP is negative and significant effect against the number of poor population in The province of Jambi, the unemployment and the number of positive and significant effect against the poor population in the province of Jambi.Keywords: population of the poor, the human development index (HDI), GDP per capita, and the number of Unemployed

This study was conducted to determine the forecasting of Honda motorcycle sales at the Dealer Cahaya Motor Indah Muara Tembesi. The purpose of this study are: a) To know the development of Honda motorcycle sales at the Dealer Cahaya Motor Indah Muara Tembesi b) to know the forecasting of Honda motorcycle sales at the Dealer of Cahaya Motor Indah Muara Tembesi and c) To know the correct the right methode forecasting used Dealer Cahaya Indah Motor Muara Tembesi. The type of data used in this study is, primary data and secondary data with data sources obtained directly from Dealer Cahaya Indah Motor Muara Tembesi namely motorcycle sales data. Data collection method is done through literature study, From the data obtained and the analysis of the development of Honda motorcycle sales at dealer Cahaya Motor Indah Muara Tembesi within a period of four years ie 2012 to 2016 experiencing the fluctuating sales growth seen in 2013 there was a decline sales of 55.58%, for the year 2014 again a decline in sales from the previous year amounted to 11.76%, while in 2015 there was an increase of 26.59%, but in 2016 again sales decline by 24.57% from the previous year . The decrease of sales growth at Cahaya Motor Indah dealership is one of them caused by unstable community income, in general the source of income from the plantation sector (palm and rubber) which during the year of analysis also fluctuate in price, so it has influence on the demand of bicycle motorcycle. From the average sales volume growth of 1,025 units, then through the rationalization analysis peralaman is known forst sales volume in 2017 is 913 units, while the right method to be used by the Dealer Cahaya Motor Indah Muara Tembesi in forecasting is the method of Least Square and Moment Trend Method.Keywords: Method; Forecast; Sales

This research aimed to examine the influence of corporate governance and environmental performance to firm value in basic and chemical industry . Corporate governance was identified by the proportion of independent commissioner board, and number of audit committee. Firm value was proxied by Tobin’s Q (market-based financial performance), while environmental performance was measured by PROPER issued by the Indonesian State Ministry of Environmental. The study used 26 companies as a sample from a population of 64 companies in basic and chemical industry listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2016. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling. The results showed that corporate governance mechanisms proxied by the proportion of independent commissioner board, and number of audit committee had positive effect on firm value. Good governance is essential and inseparable for every entity today. Good governance becomes one of the foundations in decision making for stakeholders to assess the performance of government both at the central and in the region. This study uses descriptive analysis method to see whether the implementation of good governance can be assessed in terms of quality of local government financial statements that have been audited by BPK and what is the cause of the lack of good governance of government finance. The analysis uses opinion data issued by the auditor on the Jambi Province government financial report and the results of the previous research analysis. Based on the analysis concluded that good governance can be assessed by looking at the quality of local government financial statements (LKPD) as measured from the auditor's opinion. While the lack of good governance of local government finances due to the low quality of human resources in local government and the application of government accounting standards that have not been maximized.Key words : Good governance,Â Local government financial statements
