Abstract

This research aims to solve the problem of the lack of teaching materials for courses that require special skills such as the Accounting Information Systems course which is one of the mainstay courses in the Diploma 3 Accounting Study Program at the University of Jambi. This research is an exploratory research with a Project-Based Learning approach by developing a practicum module that can be used as a practical tool for vocational students. The population and sample in this study were Diploma 3 Semester 5 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University. This research is expected to produce learning innovation output products that can be used by accounting lecturers to expedite the teaching and learning process such as CPMK (Course Learning Outcomes-Learning Outcomes), Lecture Syllabus and Contracts, Semester Learning Plans (RPS), Student Project Task Plans ( RTM) or student Project Worksheets (LKM) which are expected to be in the form of practicum module books with ISBNs that are published nationally, Learning Outcomes Assessment Sheets (LPHB) according to the project-based learning model or blueprints of exam questions and assessment rubrics which has been reviewed. The results of the study showed that students were able to complete core activities in groups very well. In the assessment of core activities on average, students excel in the aspect of active listening and are slightly weak in completing document reporting. However, overall it can be said that the average rating of each student is in the "Very Good" category. learning achievement reached 86.7% in the "Very Good" category. This means that the project-based learning process through group work in solving problems in the practicum module has proven to be very effective in the Accounting Information Systems course at the D3-Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi.

Abstract

The current development of digital technology not only opens up opportunities for new businesses to emerge, along with the development of the payment system in Indonesia is also the development of digital technology that we can meet. In making payment transactions, you can now use a system that has developed with technology. One system that can be applied in payment is the Accounting Information System. An electronic wallet (e-wallet) is an application that is useful as a means of digital payment based on internet technology. The selection of e-wallet products is influenced by the service features offered. This study aims to analyze what factors influence the interest in using a e-wallet based Accounting Information System. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study is all e-wallet application users. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents who have used or until now used the digital wallet application. Respondents obtained in this study were 259 respondents. Analysis of research data using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, perceived security, perceived risk, level of trust and financial literacy partially have a significant effect on interest in using a digital wallet-based Accounting Information System.

Abstract

Infrastructure is the main key in economic activity in an area, the availability of qualified infrastructure will make it easier for the community to carry out economic activities, so that the economy runs efficiently, people's incomes increase, and the expected economic growth can be achieved. This study aims to estimate the direction and magnitude of the influence of infrastructure development in the sectors of education, health, roads, household electricity supply, and domestic investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in 17 Regencies or Cities in South Sumatra Province during 2016- 2021 by using panel data regression. The results of the selected model, namely Fixed Effects, show that infrastructure development in the education, health, electricity supply, and domestic investment sectors has a positive effect on GRDP. Meanwhile, road construction was found to have no effect on GRDP in South Sumatra Province. Based on these results, the government in each region and the government of South Sumatra Province can synergize in increasing development on variables that are proven to have a significant effect on regional income and GRDP. The construction of new schools and health facilities at the lowest level such as villages needs to be improved so that residents can access these two things more easily, so that the quality of human beings in South Sumatra can improve and the economy and GRDP in each region will also increase.

Abstract

Government spending, investment, labor force and human capital investment are important components in building economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of government spending on economic growth, investment on economic growth, the workforce on economic growth and human capital investment on economic growth in Central Java Province in 2019-2020. Data on government spending, investment, workforce, human capital and economic growth are obtained from an online database published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that panel data regression estimation with the selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) which shows that the results of Government Expenditure and Human Capital Investment have a significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, Investment and Labor Force have no effect on economic growth in Central Java.

Abstract

This study focuses on knowing the effect of a brand image and price on Iphone user loyalty with brand trust as a mediating variable among college students in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods, the number of samples used in this study is 112 respondents with probability sampling. The method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires is measured using a Likert. The data analysis technique in this study is using component-based SEM using PLS through software SmartPls. The results showed that brand image variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a significant effect on brand trust, price has a significant effect on brand trust, brand trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand trust is able to mediate the effect of brand image on customer loyalty, brand trust is able to mediate the effect of price on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing regional financial regulations, employee competence and organizational commitment on the successful implementation of accrual-based accounting information systems and their impact on the quality of accounting information. This research is included in survey research with the type of investigation, this type of research is verification and explanatory research. This research is verificative (verificative research) and is explanatory (explanatory research) or causality (causal study) because this study aims to find out what and to what extent the factors that are estimated to affect a variable with the object of research h implementation of regional financial regulations (X1) , employee competence (X2), organizational commitment (X3), successful implementation of accrual-based accounting information system (Y) and quality of accounting information (Z). The population in this study were all Provincial/District/City Governments in Indonesia. The analytical design used in this research is quantitative data analysis with descriptive method. The quantitative analysis that will be carried out aims to determine the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Model-SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of regional financial regulations affects the success of the implementation of an accrual-based accounting information system, (2) Employee competence affects the success of the implementation of an accrual-based accounting information system, (3) Organizational commitment affects the success of the implementation of an accrual-based accounting information system. accruals, (4) The success of the application of accrual-based accounting information system affects the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumers' impulsive purchases at Tiktok Shop based on antecedents and consequences explained by the variables of impulsive behavior, online consumer reviews, purchase decisions and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods, namely product moment correlation. The sample determined in the study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 302 respondents who had made purchases at the Tiktok Shop. The results of the study show that Consumer Impulsivity has an influence on Impulsive Buying, meaning that consumers who have high impulsive reactions will usually buy products impulsively.

Abstract

Unemployment is an employment problem that is aften faced by every country, especially developing countries such as Indonesia, This study aims to analyze and find out how much influence the human development index, job opportunities, and the number of poor people have on the open unemployment rate in the former Surakarta Residency in 2017-2021. The sample of this research was conducted in 7 regencies/citites in the former Surakarta Residency. This type of research is quantitative research, and used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data analysis method used is panel data regression which combines time series data and cross section data. The best model in this study is the Random Effect Model (REM). Based on the results of data analysis shows that all variables, namely the human development index, job opportunities, and the number of poor people have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stocks that can be included in the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30, the proportion of funds invested in each IDX Value30 stock, the return and risk of the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30 shares using the single index model and to determine whether there are differences average expected return and average risk between IDX Value30 stocks included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks not included in the portfolio. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The population is shares of companies that are included in the IDX Value30 list for the announcement period from 2019 to 2022. The sampel is determined using nonprobability sampling with a purpose sampling method. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research result obtained 2 optimal portfolio forming stocks with a single index model, namely ADRO shares with a proportion in the portfolio of 26.93% and UNTR of 73.07% and a portfolio return of 2,45% with a portfolio risk 1.41%. There is a difference in the average expected return between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio and there is no difference in the average risk between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio.

Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, and institutional ownership on firm value. Aims to see the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, and institutional ownership on firm value. Using a purposive sampling technique using certain criteria, 11 companies were obtained from 26 food and beverage sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that profitability partially does not affect firm value, liquidity partially affects firm value, firm size partially does not affect firm value, institutional ownership partially affects firm value.
