Abstract

Migration is a natural process of human population dynamics that move from place to place for a wide variety of orientations. The phenomenon of international migration is often an overview of the economic situation of a country in equality. Child is the mandate of Almighty God, in their houlders the future of the family, the nation and the state will be handled. Therefore the completion of their optimal growth and development is the duty of the parents and all community elements, including the state to participate in its favor. Child Rights and Protection Act (UUPA) is a manifestation of the seriousness of the state in implementatng the ringhts of the children while protecting them from potential violence that is always threatening. The phenomenon of migrant workers makes children face problem by lack of primary escort their growth process, especially the mother. The role of the father or mother became the sole companion of children and family members assisted potentially unable to meet the data protection and rights of children. Based on the survey results in general the proportion of the fulfillment of 4 (four) children’s fundamental rights, namely the right to life, growng rights, protection rights and the rights of the opinion can be met by one if his parents or both become migrant workers. In the midst of the stuggle to fulfillment of social and economic needs by migrant workers, beside economic pressures and the exsistence of self in community life, international migration is a quick way to meet all needs, most sources person said needs serious attention to the problems of migrant workers children, by optimizing the existence of regulation with the synegy and policies and programs by both government and non-government organizations and community. Keyword: migrant workers, the rights and protection of children.

Abstract

Masyarakat Modern dengan segudang kesibukan yang selalu melilitnya telah berada diujung kehidupan yang “pemisahan yang dalam” antara si kaya dan si miskin. Yang kaya semakin kaya dan yang miskin semakin miskin. Kemiskinan yang teramat sangat ataupun kekayaan yang berlebihan bisa menempatkan manusia pada kondisi yang tak seimbang. Karena itu perlu diadakan penyadaran lewat dakwah Islamiyyah oleh para ulama. Dengan dakwah Islamiyyah diharapka bai8k si kaya maupun si miskin bisa saling toleran dan saling menimbang rasa. Terutama si miskin perlu dipahamkan bahwa kemiskinan bukan memicu munculnya sikap ketidak berdayaan ataupun bukan akhir dari segalanya dalam hidup ini. Karena masih banyak hal yang bisa dilakukan oleh si miskin dalam kehidupan ini. Si miskin perlu diberdayakan agar lebih bisa membantu dirinya sendiri. Kata Kunci: Ulama, Dakwah islamiyyah dan Pemberdayaan masyarakat   AbstractModern society with a myriad of activities that always wrapped around it has been at the end of life a "deep separation" between the rich and the poor. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Extremely poverty or excessive wealth can put people in an unbalanced state. Therefore it is necessary to establish awareness through Islamiyyah dakwah by the scholars. With Islamiyyah dakwah expected bai8k the rich and the poor can be mutual tolerance and mutual taste. Especially the poor need to be understood that poverty does not trigger the emergence of the attitude of helplessness or not the end of everything in life. Abstract

“Kamu (umat Islam) adalah umat terbaik yang dilahirkan untuk manusia, (karena kamu) menyuruh (berbuat) yang makruf, dan mencegah dari yang mungkar, dan beriman kepada Allah” (QS. 3: 110). Terjemahan ayat Alquran di atas pernah direalisasikan oleh Rasulullah dan umat Islam terdahulu dalam kehidupan nyata. Mereka menjadi umat terbaik dalam artian yang sesungguhnya.Terbaik secara politik, terbaik secara ekonomi, terbaik secara budaya, terbaik secara moral atau akhlak, terbaik dalam penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, terbaik dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Islam dan umat Islam terhebat dan tidak ada yang menandingi kehebatannya, bukan hanya jargon tetapi terbukti dalam realitas kehidupan. Dalam waktu yang amat singkat, mereka berhasil meruntuhkan hegemoni Persia dan Romawi, dua negara adidaya yang ada saat itu, dan melebarkan jangkauan teritorinya hingga mencapai dua pertiga belahan dunia saat itu. Pada zaman keemasannya daulah Islamiyah berperan laksana mercusuar di tengah kegelapan dunia dan menjadi referensi  bagi umat-umat agama lain.Namun saat ini, Dunia Islam secara keseluruhan masih berada dalam kultur pra-industri. yang mustahil dapat bersaing dengan Barat yang telah jauh berada  dalam kultur industri modern. Jargon kebangkitan Islam yang telah dicetuskan pada abad ke-14 Hijriyah masih belum mampu menghasilkan kemajuan yang signifikan. Di antara negara-negara Muslim di dunia, belum satu pun yang dapat dikategorikan ke dalam negara Industri. Paling banter, negara-negara muslim disebut sebagai negara sedang membangun (develoving countries).Di sebagian besar negara-negara Muslim, kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan masih menjadi fenomena yang akut. Negara-negara Muslim yang berhimpun dalam Organization of Islamic Cooperation/OIC yang merupakan asosiasi lintas negara terbesar kedua setelah PBB dengan anggota sebanyak 57 negara dengan penduduk mencapai 22,5% dari total populasi dunia namun secara akumulasi, negara-negara OIC hanya mampu memproduksi 7,2% saja dari total GDP dunia.Mereka hanya berkontribusi 9% dari total nilai perdagangan dunia (world trade) dan 12% dari nilai perdagangan di antara negara anggotanya (intra-trade).  Data di atas menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan ekonomi umat Islam kontemporer masih sangat marjinal, kurang produktif, tidak kompetitif, dan tidak memiliki kerjasama dan networking yang baik di antara sesamanya maupun dengan negara-negara non-Muslim.Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan tersebut, setidaknya, ada dua model pembaharuan umat Islam yaitu model Sekulerisme Turki yang memisahkan Islam dari kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dan model Islam Arab Saudi yng menerapkan Islam dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan. Kedua model pembaharuan dalam Islam tersebut belum menghasilkan kemajuan yang signifikan, karena kedua Negara tersebut sampai saat masih belum masuk kategori Negara industri maju.Berdasarkan realitas tersebut maka diperlukan terobosan-terobosan pemikiran baru guna mengatasi kemandegan ini. Antara lain melalui pemaknaan kembali nilai-nilai dan term-term Islam  sehingga Islam menjadi motivator dan dinamisator peradaban yang progresif revolusioner. Key World: keterbelakangan, kemajuan, pembaharuan, nilai-nilai, Islam.  Abstract "You (Muslims) are the best people born to mankind, (for you) enjoin the goodness, and prevent from the evil, and believe in God" (Surah 3: 110). The translation of the Qur'anic verse above has been realized by the Prophet and the early Muslims in real life. They become the best people in the true sense. Best in politics, best economically, best culturally, best morally, best in the mastery of science and technology, best in all aspects of life. Islam and the greatest Muslims and no one to match his greatness, not only the jargon but proven in the reality of life. In a very short time, they managed to undermine the Persian and Roman hegemony, the two superpowers that existed at that time, and widened the reach of its territory to two-thirds of the world at that time. In its golden age daulah Islamiyah acts as a lighthouse in the darkness of the world and a reference for the people of other religions.But today, the Islamic World as a whole is still in pre-industrial culture. Which is impossible to compete with the West that has been deep in modern industrial culture. The Islamic revival jargon that had been triggered in the 14th century Hijriyah still has not been able to produce significant progress. Among the Muslim countries of the world, not one can be categorized into the industrialized countries. At best, Muslim countries are called developing countries..In most Muslim countries, poverty and underdevelopment are still an acute phenomenon. Muslim countries comprising the Organization of Islamic Cooperation / OIC which is the second largest cross-border association after the UN with members of 57 countries with a population of 22.5% of the total world population but accumulated, OIC countries are only able to produce 7, Only 2% of the total GDP of the world. They only contribute 9% of the total world trade value and 12% of the trade value among its member countries (intra-trade). The data above show that the economic power of contemporary Muslims is still very marginal, less productive, uncompetitive, and has no good cooperation and networking between neighbors and non-Muslim countries.To catch up, at least, there are two models of Islamic renewal: the Turkish secularism model that separates Islam from the life of the nation and the state and the Islamic model of Saudi Arabia which applies Islam in all aspects of life. Both models of reform in Islam have not produced significant progress, because the two countries until now still not entered the category of industrialized countries developed.Based on the reality of the necessary new breakthroughs to overcome this stagnancy. Among others, through the re-interpretation of Islamic values and terminology so that Islam becomes a revolutionary progressive and revolutionary civilization motivator and dynamist. Key World: underdevelopment, progress, renewal, values, Islam.

Abstract

Donor darah adalah kegiatan seseorang yang dengan secara sukarela menyumbangkan darahnya untuk kepentingan kemanusiaan, yang secara periodik dilakukan dengan interval waktu per tiga bulan sekali. Kegiatan donor darah  yang dilakukan oleh seseorang diangap sangat penting, karena kebutuhan darah di Unit Transfusi Darah Palang Merah Indonesia selanjutnya ditulis UTD PMI di Kota Cirebon, baru terpenuhi sekitar  75% dari kebutuhan yang ada, terutama untuk rujukan dari beberapa Rumah Sakit Umum Swasta dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Gunung Djati Cirebon. Sehingga kegiatan donor darah yang semula dilakukan oleh seseorang, kemudian dilakukan oleh kelompok masyarakat yang berada di tingkat Rukun Warga atau RW yang tergabung dalam kegiatan Kampung Siaga, donor darah menjadi kegiatan yang rutin dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat setiap per tiga bulan sekali.                                                 Kata Kunci:  Donor darah secara kelompok di masyarakat melalui kegiatan Kampung Siaga, berlangsung secara ter-organisir dan tersistem.  AbstractBlood donation is the activity of a person who voluntarily donates his blood for humanitarian purposes, periodically conducted at intervals of once every three months. Blood donor activities conducted by a person is considered very important, because the blood needs in the Blood Transfusion Unit of Indonesia Red Cross then written UTD PMI in Cirebon City, only fulfilled about 75% of the existing needs, especially for referrals from several Private Private Hospitals and Houses General Hospital of Gunung Djati Cirebon. So that the blood donor activity that was originally done by someone, then done by community group which is in level of Rukun Warga or RW which joined in Kampung Siaga activity, blood donor become routine activity implemented by society once every three month. Key Word: Group of blood donation in community through Kampung Siaga activity, organized and systemized.

Abstract

Globalization has brought people and cultures closed one another that affect the aspects of life. It has impact in shaping a multicultural society that consists of various ethnicity, race, class, and gender. Then, multiculturalism has been considered significantly in addressing issues experienced mainly by ethnicities and religious groups. Moreover, it play an important role in the current global condition in which the world recently becoming closer and inter-dependence.Therefore, community workers or any helping profession need to work for managing diversity, not just sufficiently celebrating and acknowledging it. Furthermore, social interventions and services at any aspects of life (social, cultural, education, economic and political) should also integrate the notion of diversities and pluralism, shaping the life of multicultural society.This paper aims to introduce the need for understanding and developing localities multiculturalism as a process that is always contextual, affecting significantly on community organizing and education programs. In discussing the main topic, this paper also focuses on three main frameworks: Islamic perspective and community development theories. These frameworks are used to figure out the challenges or issues existing in the life of communities, with identifying resources and developing a logical framework for community organizing and development as one of interventions to change system and policy.The paper covers two main points of multicultural society and developing practice in multicultural society. The last point specifically focus on the ideas of localities, mentioned by Ife (2002) and apply it in community work or practice. The discussion of this paper include the questions that want to be answered, followed by the discussion of the two main points, while the last session is conclusion that provides some recommendations for changing policy, improving program and services. Key words: multiculturalism, Islamic perspective, and community development

Abstract

Manusia dengan potensi akal yang dikaruniakan oleh Allah swt kepadanya, mestinya dapat mengantarkannya pada kehidupan yang bermakna dan sejahtera. Namun demikian, pada kenyataannya, ada sekelompok manusia yang termarjinalkan dari kelompok lainnya. Kelompok yang demikian dikenal dengan istilah kelompok marjinal atau masyarakat marjinal. Kelompok marjinal terbagi menjadi dua yakni; kelompok marjinal yang tradisional dan kelompok marjinal yang modern. Pada dasarnya kedua kelompok marjinal tersebut memerlukan solusi untuk bisa lepas dari ketermarjinalannya. Oleh karena itu, kelompok marjinal tersebut memerlukan sosok yang mampu menjadi perantara bagi terlepasnya mereka dari “symbol” sebagai masyarakat marjinal yang disandangnya. Dalam hal ini salah satu sosok yang dibutuhkan oleh mereka untuk bisa lepas dari symbol ketermarjinalan adalah sosok ulama yang dengan dakwahnya mampu mengantarkan mereka terlepas dari stempel sebagai masyarakat marjinal.    Kata Kunci: Ulama, Pemberdayaan, dan Masyarakat Marjinal. AbstractMan with the potential of reason which Allah granted to him, should be able to deliver it to a meaningful and prosperous life. However, in reality, there is a group of people marginalized from other groups. Such groups are known by the term marginal or marginal society. Marginalized groups are divided into two namely; Traditional marginalized groups and modern marginalized groups. Basically, the two marginal groups need a solution to get out of ketermarjinalannya. Therefore, the marginal group needs a figure capable of intermediary for their release from the "symbol" as the marginal society it bears. In this case one of the figures required by them to get away from the symbol of ketermarjinalan is a figure of scholars who with dakwah able to deliver them regardless of the stamp as a marginal society. Keywords: Ulama, Empowerment, and Marginal Society.

Abstract

The soul is not a physical part of a person's mind and personality include, synonymous with the spirit, mind, or the crew themselves. The use of the term is more often associated with life compared to the mundane spirit. Personality includes mental and physical attitude. According to Professor Edwood Chapman, mental attitude is a way of communicating or expressing a mood or character to others. If our expression to others positively, then we called the person a positive mental attitude. Conversely, if our expression to others negative, then we called the person a negative mental attitude. While enrteprenuer is one who is able to create a new business as well as creative and innovative to take the risk and uncertainty in order to achieve profit and growth by identifying opportunities and threats as well as combining with its available resources.Entrepreneurship is the human soul owner who has a bit of foresight. He will always coexist interdependent with each other. Interdependent souls will bring glory to the appropriate disposition of individuals, human dignity has created for mutual interdependence, and able to take advantage of any of anything in the world.Key Word: Build, enrteprenuer.

Abstract

Manusia selalu berusaha untuk selalu bisa maju dan berkembang. Perkembangan kehidupan manusia yang lebih baik diantaranya ditandai dengan adanya pembangunan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik yang bersifat  jasmani maupun rohani. Untuk menghindari kesalahan/ kerusakan dalam pembangunan yang dilakukan masyarakat tentu perlu adanya arahan dari orang-orang atau pihak-pihak yang memiliki kompetensi terkait dengan masalah tersebut. diantaranya adalah pemerintah dan ulama. Masyarakat, dalam upanya membangun perlu mendapatkan arahan dari pemerintah dan ulama. Hal ini mutlak perlu agar pembangunan yang dilakukannya tidak bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan agama. Dengan adanya arahan dan masukan dari pemerintah dan ulama, tentunya pembangunan dapat terarah dan terkontrol dengan baik. Sehingga pembangunan tidak merusak lingkungan yang pada gilirannya justru akan menjadi sumber kehancuran bagi masyarakat itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Ulama, Dakwah, Pembangunan dan Masyarakat Perdesaan. AbstractHumans always try to always be able to move forward and develop. The development of human life is better marked by the presence of development in various aspects of life, both physical and spiritual. To avoid errors / damage in the development of the community would need the direction of the people or parties who have competence associated with the problem. Among them are government and ulama. The community, in its building, needs to get direction from the government and ulama. It is absolutely necessary that the development undertaken does not conflict with cultural and religious values. With the direction and input from the government and ulama, of course, development can be well directed and controlled. So that development does not damage the environment which in turn will be a source of destruction for society itself. Keywords: Ulama, Da'wah, Development and Rural Community.
