Abstract

ABSTRAKSecara historis, aktivitas dakwah pada awalnya hanyalah merupakan tugas sederhana yakni kewajiban untuk menyampaikan apa yang diterima dari RasuluIIah SAW., walaupun hanya satu ayat. Terkait dengan persoalam pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju masyarakat Madani ternyata disamping menjadi tugas para ulama pun menjadi tugas para intelektual Muslim.Peran intelektual Muslim dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju masyarakat madani mulai terlihat bentuknya secara jelas pada masa rezim Soeharto dan terus menemukan bentuknya pasca runtuhnya kekuasaan rezim Soeharto dan beralih ke masa Reformasi. Kata Kunci: Cendikiawan Muslim, Pemberdayaan, dan Masyarakat Madani.  ABSTRACTHistorically, da'wah activity was originally only a simple task, namely the obligation to convey what is received from Rasulullah SAW, although only one verse. Related to the problem of community empowerment to the society Madani was in addition to the duties of the scholars became the duty of Muslim intellectuals.The role of Muslim intellectuals in the empowerment of civil society towards civil society began to be seen clearly in the Soeharto regime and continues to find its form after the collapse of Soeharto regime power and move to the Reformation. Keywords: Muslim Scholars, Empowerment, and Civil Society.

Abstract

ABSTRAKFenomena maraknya kematian ibu dan anak bayi baru lahir menjadi hal yang perlu untuk diperhatikan. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan akan hal-hal terkait kehamilan bagi ibu, terutama di wilayah yang sulit tersentuh informasi. Fenomena tersebut menjadi alasan pentingnya pengadaan sosialisasi bagi kaum perempuan, terutama bagi calon ibu. FP KIBBLA Kabupaten Cirebon adalah salah satu lembaga kemasyarakatan yang peduli akan pentingnya pemberian informasi dan pengetahuan tentang kehamilan bagi masyarakat. Salah satu program yang telah dicanangkan adalah program EMAS dan MAMPU. Kata Kunci: FP KIBBLA, Program EMAS, Program MAMPU  ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of the rampant death of mother and newborn baby child becomes a matter that need to be paid attention. This is due to a lack of knowledge about pregnancy-related matters, especially in areas that are hard to touch with information. The phenomenon is the reason for the importance of socialization procurement for women, especially for prospective mothers. FP KIBBLA Kabupaten Cirebon is one of the social institutions concerned about the importance of providing information and knowledge about pregnancy for the community. Abstract

ABSTRACT Community is a physical place, but it also can be defined as people who live in the same location, share common interests, jointly own or participate in something, share common characteristics, or have mutual relations. Development relates to realizing potential, growth or expansion of something, or making something more effective. Put together simply, community development is the act of growing, expanding or making more effective groups of people who have mutual interests. Many theories and strategies have been developed to attain community goals. There are also administrative and managerial aspects in designing approach in community development programs.Key words: community, development, strategies

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam penulisan ini, ingin melihat bagaimana proses pemberdayaan yang dilakukan serta apa saja hasil yang dapat diperoleh masyarakat yang tergabung dalam  home industry  batik.Dengan demikian, metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu pengamatan dan wawancara guna untuk melihat sejauh mana proses yang dilakukan oleh home industry  batik serta melihat hasil yang didapat oleh anggotanya. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori tahapan pemberdayaan yang dikemukakan oleh Sumodiningrat dan teori indikator pemberdayaan yang dikemukakan oleh Edi Suharto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pemberdayaan yang dilakukan home industry batik sesuai dengan tiga tahapan pemberdayaan yaitu tahap penyadaaran, tahap transformasi dan tahap peningkatan intelektualitas. Sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh oleh masyarakat dari home industry batik  hanya menggunakan 3 dari 8 indikator pemberdayaan yang dikemukakan  oleh Edi Suharto. Home industry batik dapat dikatakan sudah berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat disekitar lokasi home industry. Berhasil merubah masyarakat yang tidak produktif menjadi produktif serta memiliki penghasilan yang tidak hanya dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, dan juga bisa diinvestasikan untuk dipergunakan di masa yang akan mendatang. ABTRACTIn this paper, want to see how the empowerment process is done and what the results can be obtained by people who are members of the home industry batik. Thus, the method used in this paper is a qualitative method, namely observations and interviews in order to see how far the process done by batik home industry and see the results obtained by its members. The theory used is the theory of empowerment stages proposed by Sumodiningrat and theory of empowerment indicators proposed by Edi Suharto. The results showed that the empowerment process conducted batik home industry in accordance with the three stages of empowerment stage of penyauaran, transformation stage and stage of intellectual improvement. While the results obtained by the community from the batik home industry use only 3 of the 8 indicators of empowerment proposed by Edi Suharto. Home industry batik can be said to have succeeded in empowering society around home industry location. Successfully transforming unproductive societies into productive ones and having income that is not only used to meet the needs of life, and can also be invested to be used in the future.
