Abstract

This research is motivated by disbelief the community on the report whichreceived by students, the peoples thought that the school only able to provide high value tostudents without followed by capability of being higher too.The result of this assessmentsystem the students do not know where their talents , teachers dishonest again in give anassessment, and parents do not know where the advantages and disadvantages of children inmastering lessons. This research conducted at vocational high school National Al-hudaPekanbaru, with the method the qualitative study, to technique collecting data is triangulationthat are: observation, Interviews and documentation. The result of rcsearch explain that thedetermination of criteria completeness minimal at vocational high school National Al-hudaPekanbaru less aspect complexity, capacity and intake owned vocational high schools NationalAl-huda Pekanbaru, so that the determination of criteria completeness minimal at vocationalhigh school national al-huda less quality. Recommendations of study are : 1 the educationoffice to conduct evaluation of criteria completeness minimal set by schools. 2 the teachersshould give the students value objective and honest accordance with students ability, that studentscan know where advantages and rest in mastering lessons.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deep Understendingof the process of Implementationof national education ministerial decree number is of 2007 on education manajement standarImplemented in SMAN 1 Tualang kabupten Siak. This study used a qualitative approach withcase study method. In thisstudy purposively selected sample. Data collection is done byobservation,interview, and documentation. Data analisys is done trough a process of data reductiondata display and drawing conclusion/verification. Data validity checking the validity could betested through the form trianggulationand member checking. The results of this study wastoreveal three findings: 1) School work plan in achieping educational management standars 2)The Implementation of the work plan management scholl in a cheving education standars, 3)Monitoring and evaluation in achieving standars of management education, monitoring andevaluation in achiving standars of management education. The result showed that theimplementation Permendiknas No. 19, 2007 years. This due to the understanding of the manageras well as the seriosness of the parties involved in managing educational management standarin SMAN 1 Tualang Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

Practical Industry program on vocational school should be implemented basedon major and every school needful. Every year all of vocational school implemented the practicalindustry so that is automatically help many industrial company.The management of practicalindustry is handled by school it self so it is become a must to take a research on to the managementevaluation through practical industry.The research ‘s goal is to mention and clearly analyzethrough some aspect as follows : (1) to get information and analysis through program planning.(2) to get information and analysis through program organizing (3) to get information andanalysis through program actuting (4) to get in5formation and analysis through programcontrolling. This research use evaluative method with documentation evaluation, observation,and interviews. The research conducted at SMK N 1 SIAK which located on Jalan TengkuBuwang Asmara No 2 Siak regency, Siak district. The research has been taken for 3 month,starting from October until December 2016.The evaluation model which use on the researchwas CIPP, it contains of Context evaluation (C ), Input (I), Process (P), and Product (P). CIPPmodel was adopted on to the research related to the needful on evaluation otherwise producescoring which usually called probation.Planning through management of practical industry whichhas been done at SMK N 1 Siak based on effectiveness standard by good result. The result ofevaluation related organizing throng management practical industry get a very well result basedon effectiveness standard. Refers to the result of planning and organizing shows that evaluationthrough implementation of the practical industry program was good. Theresult related last subfocusabout controlling evaluation in management through practical industry were showing avery good activity. In short, the evaluation of management practical industry as hole researchwere showing good result, beside it need to be improved to get best result as the expectation.

Abstract

This research used a qualitative methodology. It revealed how the implementationof WajarDikdas program of 9 years. Collecting data with structural interview, observation anddocumentation, the data collected, analyzed and carried triangulation of sources and way to testdata validation. The results of this research was revealed through sub fokus of research.Thefirst : the produce implementation of establishment compulsory education program at salafiyahsheikh Burhanudin boarding school in accordance with juknis (guidelines), so it has been publishedbu the ministry of the religious establishment charter Kampar district, after going through itsphases and fulfilled the requirements and verify it.The seond : The progrogam curriculumcompulsory education taught six subjects in the national examination, they are : civic education,Indonesia language, English, natural science, sosial science and mathematics. Third : The learningprocess compulsory education program is implemented integrally with Islamic subjects just likeregular school, learning methods use active student learning (CBSA) in the classical style .students use student worksheets and textbooks.Fourth : the study of learning out comescompulsory education program implemented by educators such conduct daily test, unit of educationsemester exams and national exam held by government with regarding to cognitive, affective,psycomotoric aspects. Fifth : the educators compulsory education program already has gottenqualified education, diploma S1 (undergraduate). It does not have Islamic educators that teachno Islamic subjects. As well as the administrative staff already have gotten diploma or degree(minimum D3).The sixt : the parents perception towards the implementation of the conceptioncompulsory basic education program is possitve and accommodate the wishes of parent’s so itcan increase the number of student significantly.

Abstract

The aims of this reaserch are to identify, analyze, and describe the adiwiyata programon Public Senior High School 1 in Bangkinang Kota, starting from the program planning, implementation,and result of the program. This reasearch used a descriptive qualitative approach. Interview anddirect obsevation were done to collect the data. Interview was performed to the school principle,adiwiyata supporting members, teacher board, and students. Direct observation done by observingthe ongoing implementation of adiwiyata program. The results showed that the perception of schoolmembers to adiwiyata program was clearly percieved, followed by good understanding and activeparticipation. Some policies of adiwiyata program already well implemented. Nowadays, adiwiyataprogram were tought in new subject, called PKWU.Utilization of school-environmental basedinfrastructure was well performed. Many tasks done to maintain school environment, utilize, andsupervise the impelemented program. Yet, still some inhibiting factors found by researcher duringimplementation of adiwiyata program, e.g. the impelementation of 4P canteen (plastic, dye, sweetener,preservative). School needs concern participation of all school boards in order to achieve sustainabilityof adiwiyata program implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is how the implementation of education policy ofsentosa marginal school. With subfokus viz: (1) Targets in the application of education policyimplementation of Marginal School in Dusun Sentosa Desa Simpang Gaung Kecamatan GaungKabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau (2) the implementation of the education system ofMarginal School in Dusun Sentosa Desa Simpang Gaung Kecamatan Gaung Kabupaten IndragiriHilir Provinsi Riau (3) availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the provision ofMarginal School education in Dusun Sentosa Desa Simpang Gaung Kecamatan GaungKabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsis Riau (4) Learning process of Marginal School in DusunSentosa Desa Simpang Gaung Kecamatan Gaung Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau.This research used Qualitative Descriptive collected from respondents with data collectionthrough documentation, observation anddeep interview. Furthermore, data analysis through datareduction, data display along with conclusion and verification.The result of the research showsthat: (1) Targets in the application of education policy implementation of Marginal School are inaccordance with educational policy of marginal school that isthe marginalized children of DusunSentosa (2) the implementation of the education system in Sentosa marginal school includes:(a) Curriculum that is used in SMP Marginal following the holding schoolthat is school-basedcurriculum (KTSP) (b) the number of the teacherare 4 person and living close to SentosaMarginal School (c)the budgeting sourced from BOS fund andmanaged by the holding school(3) the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the provision of Marginal Schooleducation is still very limited, SMP Marginal does not have its own building, the learning tool isonly the teachers textbook. SMP Marginal Sentosa utilizing the existing infrastructure, thingsthat are needed such as chalk directly requested to the holding school (4) the learning processof Sentosa Marginal School are more conditioned to the situation of students as well as facilitiesand infrastructure.
