Abstract

The teacher is a professional educator so that has the task, function, and important role in educating the life of anation. The requirements to be referred to as professional educators, among others, have skills based onconcepts and theories of science, based on philosophical, psychological, and sociological. A teacher must alsohave adequate competence, while the competence includes professional, pedagogical, social, and personalcompetence. In this School Action Research, attempts were made in an effort to Improve Professionalism TeachTeachers were Raised Through Application of Teacher Performance Appraisal at State Junior High School 5Singingi Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research understands qualitative approach because it is moreappropriate to identify teacher performance appraisal in improving teacher teaching professionalism. Theresults of this research The Efforts of the First High School Principal of the 5 Singingi Affirm the improvementof professionalism of teachers that have been done through: 1) Guidance to teachers in preparing lessonplans.2) Monitoring teachers in implementing learning.3) Monitoring the course of educational activities .d.Checking the state and integrity of State Junior High School facilities as a supporter of student achievement .. 4)Evaluating through briefings and meetings of educational programs in an effort to improve the professionalismof teaching teachers in class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the level of ability to make passive sentences of Indonesian class XIstudents Teknik Jaringan Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru even semester in lesson year 2017/2018. Thetheory used, Alwi, et al. (2003) and Sinaga (2015) concerning the active and passive understanding of the sentencesconcerning three things, (1) kinds of predicate verbs, (2) subjects and objects, and (3) forms of verbs used; Sinaga(2015) about the sentence; Marhamah (2011) and Suhardi (2013) on the meaning of passive sentences and theircharacteristics; Sugiyono (2011) on descriptive research; and Razak (2005) on data analysis and scoring; The studywas conducted using tests making passive sentences and turning active sentences into passive sentences. Datasource 30 students. The results showed that the level of ability of students class XI Teknik Jaringan Tenaga ListrikSMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru in making passive sentence is 65.19% in low category (R), which is disaggregated above(1) the level of ability to make passive predictive sentence predicate in 96%, high categorized (T), (2) the level ofability to make active sentences into passive sentences is 55.56%, low category (R), and make predictive predictionster- 44% predicate failed categorized (G). Thus, the ability of class XI students Teknik Jaringan Tenaga Listrik SMKNegeri 2 Pekanbaru make passive sentences of Indonesian language of 65.19%, low category (R).

Abstract

This research is based on the result of Art Culture Study of Vocational Secondary School of Negeri 1 Benai which isstill very low and less interesting. This study aims to improve the learning result of Art Culture and studentcreativity. From data analysis of research result, there is improvement both from cycle I to cycle II, and cycle II tocycle III. Namely on the cycle element indicator of the song I get 8% percentage, in the second cycle increased to48%, and the third cycle increased to 55%. For the indicator of creativity also increased both from cycle I, II and IIIthat in cycle I get 0% presentation after cycle II increased to 8%, and after cycle III increased to 48%. For studentmotivation indicator, get presentation in cycle I of 2%, after cycle II to 33%, and cycle III increased to 62%. Thus itcan be concluded, improving the creativity of students through songwriting games in Cultural Art learning canimprove student learning outcomes and creativity on the subjects of Art Culture at Vocational Secondary School 1Benai.

Abstract

Teachers are a very dominant factor and most important in formal education, therefore teachers are often used asrole models and even become self-identification figures for students. The concept of self is an important part inevery conversation about human personality. This study aims to determine the planning and implementationprogram acceleration in madrasah aliyah negeri in Kabupaten Kampar This research method is descriptive methodwith quantitative approach. The unit of analysis in this study is the Influence of professional teacher competence,work motivation and self concept on teacher performance at madrasah aliyah negeri in Kabupaten Kampar. Afterthe data were analyzed, it was concluded: 1) the influence of professional teacher competence, work motivation andself concept on teacher performance In madrasah aliyah negeri in Kabupaten Kampar is with a percentage of63.83% there is a significant influence between the performance of madrasah teachers to guidance paedagogikteacher competence with the effect of 0.489. Based on the above conclusions, it is known that the professionalteacher competence, work motivation and self concept in the learning process determine the professionalism ofteachers in learning can increase and can lift the quality of teachers through the performance of madrasahteachers.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the activities of learners, especially in the reproductive competence of plants where inthe learning process of students in the group directed to follow the appropriate learning steps. This research wasconducted on students of class XII ATP 2 SMKN 1 Pasir Penyu, as many as 29 people. In cycle 1 shows that afterthe learning action through the use of power point media was 73.52% complete learners learn, absorption 83.39%,100% material completeness and learner activity is in less active category. In cycle 2 shows students' learningmastery of 76.47%, absorption 86.04%, 100% material exhaustiveness and learner activity exist in fairly activecategory. From the results of this study showed that after the learning action through the use of power point media,it turns out the activities and learning outcomes of learners in the reproductive competence of plants from cycle 1and cycle 2 increased significantly.

Abstract

This research is based on the weakness of teachers in preparing the learning tools in the school assisted byCerenti Districts researcher Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of learningtools created by teachers in districts Cerenti. This study used a school action research design consisting of 2cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From theresult of research, Primary School 005 Sikakak in cycle I got the percentage value of 50% after the second cycleincreased to 85%, the increase of 35 points. Primary School 006 Pesikaian, in cycle I got the percentage valueof 65% and increased to 90% in cycle II, the increase of 25 points. Primary School 008 Kompe Berangin, in thefirst cycle got a value of 75% and in the second cycle increased to 90%, an increase of 15 points. PrimarySchool 010 Tanjung Medan, in cycle I got a value of 65% and increased to 85% in cycle II, the increase of 20points. Primary School 011 Pulau Panjang, in cycle I got the percentage value of 80% and in the second cycleincreased to 95%, the increase of 15 points. From the description of the data above can be concluded that, withclinical supervision can improve the quality of learning tools made teachers in Primary School Cerenti District.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality ofsocial science learning through model cooperative script on the students of class V SD Negeri 011 Desa Baru. Thedesign of this study uses a classroom action research consisting of three cycles, each one-time meeting cycleincluding planning, execution, observation, and reflection. Technique of collecting data using test and nontesttechnique (observation, interview, documentation). The results showed that the skills of teacher cycle I score 21sufficient criterion, cycle II score 27 good criterion, and cycle III score 32 criteria very good; student activity cycleI score 17 with sufficient criteria, cycle II score 21 with very good criteria, and cycle III score 24 criteria is verygood; classical completeness of cycle I is 57%, cycle II to 70%, and cycle III to 87%. From the results of this studycan be concluded that the model coopertave script with media powerpoint in SD Negeri 011 Desa Baru has beenable to improve teacher skills, student activities, and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is based on the learning result of physical education of sports and health which is still low. This studyaims to improve student learning outcomes class III.A Elementary School 028 Kubang Jaya District Siak HuluKampar District. This research uses classroom action research with two cycles with graphic media approach.Based on the result of the research before the action average student score 46,80 (enough), the individual masteryof only 4 students and 18.18% classical completeness; on the first cycle average learning outcomes 63.16 (enough),individual completeness obtained 14 students and 63.60%% classical completeness; and in cycle II the averagevalue of 80.45 (good) and classical completeness is as much as 22 students or 100%. Thus the use of graphic mediais successful or can improve learning outcomes physical education sports and health Class III.A Elementary School028 Kubang Jaya District Siak Hulu Kampar District.

Abstract

This research is based on the result of learning mathematics of students of class X.TKJ1 SMK Negeri 1 Benai whichis still very low. This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. This form of research is aclassroom action research consisting of two cycles. From the data analysis of student learning outcomes there is anincrease both from the basic score to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II, namely the score of the basic score ofstudents who reach the minimum mastery criteria is 13 people or 32.5%. after the cycle I the number of studentswho achieve the minimum completeness criteria increased to 20 students or 50%. Furthermore, in cycle II thenumber of students who reach the minimum completeness criteria increased again to 23 students or 57.5%. Thus itcan be concluded, the application of learning models based on problems can improve student learning outcomes inthe subjects of mathematics class X.TKJ1 SMK Negeri 1 Benai.

Abstract

The design of this research is classroom action research. The purpose of the study is to increase the low scoreobtained by the students which is under the KKM. Before conducting the research, pre-cycle test was held with theresult is the total of the score in one class 1177 with average score 58.85 and not complete 65.00% and complete35.00%, while the lowest one is 52 and the highest is 75. The treatment in the first cycle increased to the total ofscore 1337 which is average 66.85 and 25.00% not complete and 75.00% complete with the lowest score 50 and thehighest 83. Furthermore for cycle II the total of values increased to 1528, the average score of 76.65 and thestudents passed 100 %. Subjects in this study were the fourth grade of SD Negeri 003Kundur. Subject matter of theteaching material Mathematics is summation and decimal number reduction, semester II with basic competency ingrade IV SD Negeri 003Kundur. The method used in this research is the method Numbered Heads Together. Theresearch cycle is carried out twice (cycle I and cycle II). Each cycle, teacher and student observations and learningoutcomes was held. So the use of inquery method can improve the motivation and learning outcomes the fourthgrade students of SD Negeri 003Kundur.
