<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara objektif tentang pengaruh antara kemampuan komunikasi interpesonal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Swasta PGRI 58 Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi interpersoanal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Swasta PGRI 58 Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016 dari koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,8315. Besar pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika dilihat dengan koefisien determinasi r2sebesar 0,6914 atau 69,14%. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Swasta PGRI 58 Tanjung MorawaTahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016.]]>

<![CDATA[The background on this research is to analyze the importance of Antecedent of Social MediaProducts Apple In UMSU Student. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self identification of the social identification, self identification of the brand community, social identificationon brand community, brand community on behavioral loyalty, and behavioral loyaty on social media. The sample of this research is 150 respondents who use Apple products existingin the environment UMSU.The research method used in this research is quantitative research method using primary data of questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The measurement scale of this study is using Likert scale method. The results of this study indicate that self-identification has a positive influence on social identification, self-identification has no influence on brand community, social identification has a positive influence on brand community, brand community has a positive influence on behavioral loyalty, brand community has no influence on social media, behavioral loyaltyhas a positive influence on social media.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengenai perancangan sistem peramalan penjualan ponsel pada counter Golden Asia Selular Medan, Sumatera Utara. Golden Asia Selular adalah sebuah usaha di bidang penjualan ponsel yang memiliki tujuan mendapatkan laba semaksimal mungkin melalui kegiatan penjualan ponsel. Untuk dapat melakukan penjualan secara efisien, diperlukan adanya suatu peramalan penjualan, sehingga tidak terjadi kelebihan atau kekurangan dalam persedian dan proses penjualan dapat berjalan lancar. Keterbatasan manusia dalam menyelesaikan masalah peramalan tanpa menggunakan alat bantu merupakan salah satu kendala dalam mencari nilai peramalan yang tepat dan cepat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan s uatu program aplikasi peramalan. Aplikasi di rancang dengan UML (unified modeling language) dan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio 2010, database menggunakan Ms. Access 2007 dan Crystal Reportuntuk hasil laporan dari aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencari hasil ramalan pada periode berikutnya berdasarkan data aktual periode sebelumnya adalah metode metode tripleexponential smoothing. Triple exponential smoothing adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengurangi ketidakteraturan musiman dari data masa lalu melalui tiga tahap proses perata-rataan (penghalusan) terhadap data aktual sebelumnya. Berdasarkan analisa data aktual penjualan handphone pada Counter Golden Asia Selular pada bulan mei 2016 hingga september 2016 didapatkan hasil peramalan dengan menggunakan metode triple exponential smoothing untuk bulan oktober 2016 adalah 25,272 buah.]]>

<![CDATA[E-billing system is a new challenge for taxpayers in the fulfillment of tax obligations in accordance with Director General tax(DGT) Regulation No. PER-26 / PJ / 2014 on the Electronic Tax Payment System.In fulfillment of tax obligations (paying taxes) using a new technology that will provide behavioral responses and perceptions vary by each taxpayer that ultimately can be considered for the development of future such systems.This research analyzes the behavior of corporate taxpayers on KPP PratamaMerauke as the e-billing system using the technology acceptance model (TAM).The research aim to investigate the factors (variables) that influence the behavior of taxpayers acceptance of the application of e-billing system at the Tax Office (KPP) PratamaMerauke.Population and sample in this research is a registered taxpayer in KPP PratamaMerauke, number of samples in this research of 100 taxpayers.The sampling technique used is incidental sampling.Sampling is incidental sampling technique based on chance, as taxpayers who by chance / incidental been to KPP PratamaMerauke on during the period January to February 2017.Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The results research indicate that the perception of usefulness and perceived ease of significant positive effect on the attitude; perceived usefulness, attitude, and experience significant positive effect on behavioral intention to use; The experience had a significant positive effect on the perception of usefulness.]]>

<![CDATA[In a google search engine there is a feature called google dork query or often called a dork. This feature is used for advanced searches using search operators provided by google to find information that should not be visible on the website but indexed and can be seen on google search engine. This feature is often used to find security holes by hackers so the hackers can easily read on a website file structure for later exploitation. Therefore needs to be made a plugin or tool to prevent dork in a google search engine. How this plugin works is to add a html attribute such as meta tag which will tell the Google's robot crawlers to not crawling unwanted web pages appear on search engines.]]>

Therefore, it needs an extra security to cover data privacy can only be accessed by certain circles . In the process of confidential data storage , companies still use a simple word processor in use. This research is to solve problems that occur in data security systems in the enterprise and also designing a new application that is user friendly so that it can better help protect data . Research carried out by way of analysis using the Unified Modeling Language ( UML ) financial section of AMIK Medicom , manufacture aplikasis steganography is to hide the text on the cover of an audio file wav . This study resulted in an application that can hide a text file with the information Corver Wav audio , the audio file size , bit rate , and audio length remains the same in accordance with the audio aslinya.file audio files using the Least Significant Bits ( LSB ) . Hopefully with this study can be generated that can be used as application system development to support and improve the performance of the company's operations]]>

Child development can be fast or slow depending on these factors. But what if the child's development is not as prevalent as thumb sucking, nail biting, head banging, biting or hitting herself, shaking, emotional changes, such behavior like anger venting frustration or upset about something. With the proliferation of computers today. The problems above can be used to help parents detect whether a child has a disorder or not is by using expert system (Expert System). Expert system menggandung specific knowledge so that any common man to use it to solve a specific problem. Design Expert System Diagnosis Developmental disorders in children with methods of Bayes, which is a process of inference that starting the search from the input data in the form of symptoms led to the conclusion that the conclusions by providing a solution to the suggestions based on the symptoms observed, aims to conduct consultations without having to meet doctor costly and time. This application is created by using Visual Basic .Net 2010 and SQL Server 2008. The application is built equipped with a knowledge management system that is easy to use and dynamic.]]>
