Abstract

Setiat tahunnya perguruan tinggi negri maupun swasta melakukan kegiatan promosi kampus untukmemperkenalkan dan mencari calon mahasiswa baru. Yang menjadi prioritas utama dari promosi tersebutadalah mendapatkan mahasiswa sesuai dengan daya tampung yang telah disediakan dan mendapatkanmahasiswa sesuai target promosi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan media promosi yang tepat. Dalam pengambilankeputusan peneliti menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process).Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria, prinsipkerja AHP adalah penyederhanaan suatu permasalahan kompleks yang tersrukutr, strategis, dan dinamikmenjadi bagian-bagiannya serta menatanya dalam suatu hierarki.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan judul program pengabdian masyarakat ini, metode penerapan ipteks yang dilakukan adalah berbentuk pelatihan pengenalan microsoft office untuk guru – guru se-Kecamatan Namorambe. Kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan ditunjang dengan ceramah, tanya jawab dan tentu saja praktek secara langsung di laboratorium komputer SMPN 1 Namorambe. Modul pelatihan akan diberikan kepada peserta sebagai alat bantu dalam kegiatan praktek di laboratorium. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Microsoft Office bagi Guru Guru SMPN se-Kecamatan Namorambe

Abstract

The system supports the company's performance appraisal using the AHP (Case Study: PT. Andhy Putra) method, one of which is to find, select, assess and determine the best employees every year to match the abilities and assessment criteria applied so far. PT. Andhy Putra while assessing employee performance, especially in CME and OSP, still experiences shortcomings and weaknesses in determining qualified employees. This employee performance system has problems in assessing the performance appraisal data that is less accurate, which is carried out on a paper-based basis and requires less efficient time and large costs. For that, we need a decision support system in helping PT. Andhy Putra to conduct a performance appraisal every year. The method used in this employee assessment is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), which is often also known as the weighting method. The process hierarchy analytical method is one of the methods used to find weight values ​​based on existing criteria and helps facilitate the ranking of alternatives based on the distance between the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution. There are 5 (five) criteria as a tool to assess employee performance, namely commitment to the company, desire for achievement, cooperation, leadership and discipline accompanied by the results of the implementation of this process hierarchy method in the form of ranking the alternatives used. This decision support system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database

Abstract

Tubercolosis adalah infeksi yang disebabkan oleh basil tahan asam ( BTA ). Tubercolosis merupakan penyakit menular yang apat menyerang siapa saja melalui udara. Penyakit tuberculosis merupakan penyakit menular yang berbahaya. Tuberculosis merupakan penyakit menahun atau kronis yang bisa menyerang antar usia 15-35 tahun. Cara mendiagnosa penyakit Tubercolosis adalah dengan cara pakar ahli mewawancari kemudian menguji sampel dahak dengan menggunakan laboratorium untuk mengetahui positif atau negatif penyakit Tubercolosis sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pakar dengan metode Bayes untuk memudahkan dalam mendiagnosa penykit Tubercolosis . Sistem pakar ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 serta dengan menggunakan database Microsoft Access 2010.

Abstract

The Development Administration Section of the Sibolga City Regional Secretariat will provide good service, which is greatly influenced by the quality of human resources, which in this case are employees who work in the Development Administration Section. The selection of the best employees is carried out not only by direct appointment by the Head of the Section, but must evaluate the criteria that have been carried out by an employee within a certain period of time. To optimize the selection of the best employees, a decision-making system is needed that can help make a decision to determine the selection of the best employee quickly, precisely and reduce errors in determining the best employee with the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process). To make a decision-making system for selecting the best employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sibolga City using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by identifying all system requirements, the next step is the AHP calculation process, namely by making a pairwise comparison matrix that describes the relative contribution or influence of each element on each each criterion.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran. Banyak permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan SPK, salah satunya adalah penentuan kelayakan anggota penerima pinjaman. Ada beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam membangun suatu SPK diantaranya (SAW). SAW merupakan metode yang paling banyak digunakan dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang bersifat multikriteria, seperti dalam SPK penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAW dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman pada KOPDIT CU. Sayur Matua. Dalam penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman, ada beberapa kriteria yang menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan antara lain usia, simpanan, pendapatan, tanggungan, agunan, kredit/ bulan, besar pinjaman yang di ajukan, lama pinjaman, dan sisa pinjaman. Adapun hasil akhir dalam penelitian ini dari tahap awal sampai tahap akhir sehingga di dapatkan hasil 1 anggota disetujui untuk meminjam dengan nilai 1.527.

Abstract

The election of the Head of the Study Program is very important to consider the maximum results of services to students. In the process of selecting the Head of the Study Program at STMIK Pelita Nusantara, they usually directly appoint those who occupy the position with several elements. Determination of the Head of the Study Program is very necessary by making some general and specific criteria and expertise in their fields. The system that is needed is the Decision Support System for the Head of Study Program Decision. The variables specified in this study are 1) General which includes: Functional Position, Status, Expertise. 2) Specifically covering: Attitude Value, General Knowledge Test Value, Field Knowledge Test Value, and Interview. Abstract

Determination of outstanding students at school is very important to provide suggestions for students at SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam. However, in determining student achievement, it is necessary to look at several criteria and accurate assessments, to provide maximum results. SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam in determining outstanding students has not used a system, so it needs a decision support system in determining outstanding students. The method used in determining outstanding students is the Profile Matching Method. The variables determined in this study are 1) Knowledge. 2) Personality. 3) Extracurricular This system is built by applying the web-based Profile Matching method and MySQL as the database. With the application of the Profile Matching method in determining outstanding students at SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam from the 20 predetermined candidates, the best student is Putri with a score of 2.16.

Abstract

There are approximately 20 tourist objects in the Karo Regency area that are close to each other, such as Gundaling Hill, Lumbini Nature Park, Fun Land Mickey Holiday and other places. The main problem is designing a system using the SPK in determining the priority of regional tourist destinations in Karo Regency using the TOPSIS method. Problem solving steps are carried out from problem identification, determining alternative solutions to problems that arise so that the best decisions can be made. The weight of the criteria to determine the preferred criteria. The greater the weight, the more priority. Weights for each criteria for determining priority destination of tourist attractions, Distance from Berastagi (weight 30%), Facilities and Facilities (weight 15%), Access (15%), Type of Tourism (weight 20%), Entrance Fee (Weight 15%), Culinary (weight 5%), and internet network (5%). The preference value (V) produces alternatives that are ordered from largest to smallest. The biggest preference is tourism priority, in this case Kubu Berastagi Hill becomes a priority destination based on criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak                 Apotik Diory merupakan pelayanan produk dan jasa yang dikaitkan dengan masyarakat. Pengolahan Apotik adalah segala kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang Apoteker dalam rangka tugas dan fungsi Apotik yang meliputi perusahaan mulai dari stok obat, stok bahan racikan, pembelian dan penjualan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan korelasi penjualan produk yang sering dibeli secara kebersamaan dalam suatu waktu.                Penelitian ini menggunakan proses data mining dengan metode Assosiation Rule dan Apriori. Assosiation Rule merupakan perhitungan support dan confidence dari suatu kombinasi item sedangkan Apriori merupakan pengambilan data dengan aturan asosiatif (Assosiatio Rule).Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan database MySQL. Kata Kunci : data mining, Assiciation Rule, Algoritma Apriori,Apotik
