Abstract

This Research takes the focus at how to conduct the planning of company profit at calculation of Break Event Point. Becoming variable is Break event point and company profit. Method used in replying problems are quantitative descriptive, with the analysis of trend and method regression in profit forecasting. Result of above data analysis that level of Break Event Point planning can give the motivation which do well by the planning of profit growth. more higher GAP that happened among break event point with the profit planning started from year 2011 as basic data up to 2013, showing that level of advantage acquirement for the year of 2014 up to 2018 with the level of lower break event point. So that totalize the sale which must be fulfilled can be at the profit condition progressively lowers. in other side dissimilar profit planned more higher.

Abstract

Krisis moneter yang telah melanda merusak sistem perekonomian Indonesia dan telah membuat aktivitas perekonomian berkurang. Dampak krisis moneter antara lain adalah banyaknya perusahaan yang pailit atau tidak mampu menjalankan usaha akibat naiknya biaya operasional. Seiring dengan itu terjadinya persaingan yang ketat diantara perusahaan-perusahaan. Dalam keadaan tersebut masing-masing perusahaan dituntut untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan sehingga pencapaian target usaha baik dalam bentuk kuantitas maupun kualitas harus tercapai. Pencapaian tersebut merupakan indikator bahwa suatu perusahaan berhasil dalam pencapaian tujuannya.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between financial performance and stock price. Financial performance consisting of CAR, NPL, ROA, NIM, BOPO and LDR as independent variables have unexpected influence on the stock price as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 16 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation period 2007 until 2011. The results showed that the variable CAR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO have an influence on the stock price with a significance level = 0.000, respectively, 0.013, 0.021,0.00      and 0.000, whereas the LDR variables have an influence on the stock price with a significant level of 10%. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of influence on the stock price of 63.1%, while 36.9% are not influenced by other variables examined. Most dominant influence is changing BOPO, CAR and NIM.

Abstract

In this research, we investigated impact of the solvability ratio and the ownership to the corporate value. We use causality research by using multiple regression analysis method to solve the hypothesis. As conclusion, only the ownership has the significant impact to the corporate value, while the Solvability ratios as the independent variable didn’t have significant impact to the corporate value. In simultaneity, both independent variable have positive influence to the corporate value as the dependent variable.

Good service to the customer is very influential on consumer interest . Service is one of the important factors in realizing a company's goals , especially with regard to interest consumers to use products from a company . Therefore it is necessary to know the factors that influence the quality of Customer Service at PT . Tiki Janur Nugraha Ekakurir ( JNE ) Bengkayang Branch . In this study, researchers raised the question '' How to Influence Quality of Service provided by PT.Tiki Strip Ekakurir Nugraha ( JNE) Sub Agent Bengkayang To Consumers ? '' . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of services provided by PT.Tiki Strip Ekakurir Nugraha ( JNE ) Sub Agent Bengkayang to consumers .In this study the authors use Descriptive Analysis Method with a number of sample population of 500 persons and 50 persons , data collection techniques using observation , interview , questionnaire and Documentary Studies and Literature .From the results the authors concluded that the study of Factors Affecting the Quality Customer Service On Line PT.Tiki Ekakurir Nugraha ( JNE ) is a branch Bengkayang consumer Assessment of aspects of supporting facilities at PT .
