Abstract

This study was aimed to determine: (1) Organization culture of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta;(2) Employee’s job satisfaction of the Sari Banto Pontianak; (3) Employee’s organizational commitment ofthe Waroeng Spesial Sambal; (4) The effect of organization culture on employee’s organizationalcommitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak; (5) The effect of job satisfaction on employee’s organizationalcommitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak; (6) The effect of organization culture and job satisfaction onemployee’s organizational commitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak. The sample in this study were 100employees of the Sari Banto Pontianak. The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The dataanalysis technique used was multiple regression.The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was positive and significant relationship betweenorganization culture on employee’s organizational commitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak in the amount of(β) 0,513 (***p<0,001; p=0,000), with the contribution of organization culture on employee’sorganizational commitment in the amount of (ΔR2) 0,243; (2) There was positive and significant relationshipbetween job satisfaction on employee’s organizational commitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak in theamount of (β) 0,213 (*p<0,05; p=0,034), with the contribution of job satisfaction on employee’sorganizational commitment in the amount of (ΔR2) 0,044; (3) There was positive and significant influencebetween the variables of organization culture and job satisfaction on employee’s organizational commitmentof the Sari Banto Pontianak in the amount of organization culture (β) 0,512 (***p<0,001; p=0,000) and jobsatisfaction (β) 0,210 (*p<0,05; p=0,015). Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Knowledge Management onemployee performance on PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak and to find out where Knowledge Management indicators that are most influential on employee performance. This research uses the IBM SPSS statistics application. The population in this research are the employee of PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak. The sample used 40 respondents with using the saturated sample. Technique of data analysis in this research used simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study show that there is influence between variable Knowledge Management which consists of three indicators, namely Personal Knowledge, Job Procedure, and technology on employee performance with determinant of coefficients is 0.256. Data analysis showed that the Personal Knowledge is the indicators with the most biggest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

Implimentasi desentralisasi fiskal berimplikasi pada transfer pusat melalui Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH). Analisis data panel digunakan untuk empat belas kabupaten/kota antara tahun 2010-2015 melalui tiga tahap estimasi, pooled least square (PLS), fixed effect model (FEM) dan random effect model (REM). Model FEM merupakan model paling baik dalam menjelaskan data. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa DAU secara statistik signifikan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi secara positif di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Kata Kunci: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Dana Perimbangan

Abstract

The research aims to study the influence of organizational structure and culture on corporate organizational innovation. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting 100 questionnaire samples. This study analyzes the data collected with multiple regression analysis. The independent variable of this research is the organizational structure and culture of the organization while the dependent variable of this research is innovation within the company. The result of this research is that the organizational structure and culture of the organization has a significant and positive influence on a company’s innovation.Keywords: Innovation, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture

Abstract

Krisis moneter yang telah melanda merusak sistem perekonomian Indonesia dan telah membuat aktivitas perekonomian berkurang. Dampak krisis moneter antara lain adalah banyaknya perusahaan yang pailit atau tidak mampu menjalankan usaha akibat naiknya biaya operasional. Seiring dengan itu terjadinya persaingan yang ketat diantara perusahaan-perusahaan. Dalam keadaan tersebut masing-masing perusahaan dituntut untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan sehingga pencapaian target usaha baik dalam bentuk kuantitas maupun kualitas harus tercapai. Pencapaian tersebut merupakan indikator bahwa suatu perusahaan berhasil dalam pencapaian tujuannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was made by looking at the phenomenon of the growth in the number of businesses in 2017, there were more than 6,500 (six thousand five hundred) new business entities formed in Pontianak City which indirectly also affected Pontianak City's Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) according to the business field in 2018 which an increase of 5.05 percent from the previous year. However, in reality on the ground, according to the release of data by BPS Pontianak City in 2018, it shows that the open unemployment rate in 2018 was 10.37 percent, up 1.04 percent compared to 2017. This is very contrary to the previous fact where the agency business continues to increase in Pontianak City. This study will dig deeper into the role of businesses, especially in the trade sector, in attracting prospective employees as an effort to reduce unemployment in Pontianak City. The data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with business people, of course, by prioritizing health protocols. The results showed that the biggest problem with the increase in the unemployment rate in Pontianak City was the interest of business actors to seek workers from outside the Pontianak City area which prevented the existing workforce from being absorbed. inside the city of Pontianak. Keywords: recruitment, labor, Pontianak ABSTRAK Penelitian dibuat dengan melihat fenomena adanya pertumbuhan  jumlah usaha tahun 2017 tercatat lebih dari 6.500 (enam ribu lima ratus) badan usaha baru terbentuk di Kota Pontianak yang secara tidak langusng juga mempengaruhi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kota Pontianak menurut lapangan usaha pada tahun 2018 yang meningkat 5,05 persen dari tahun sebelumnya. Namun pada kenyataan di lapangan menurut rilis data oleh BPS Kota Pontianak tahun 2018 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengangguran terbuka pada tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 10,37 persen, naik 1,04 persen dibandingkan dengan tahun 2017. Hal ini menjadi sangat bertolak belakang dengan fakta sbelumnya dimana badan usaha terus bertambah di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini akan menggali lebih dalam peran usaha terutama pada sektor perdagangan dalam menarik calon karyawan sebagai usaha mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di Kota Pontianak. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan wawancara dengan para pelaku usaha tentu dengan tetap mengedepankan protocol kesehatan.hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masalah terbesar meningkatnya tingkat pengangguran di Kota Pontianak adalah ketertarikan para pelaku usaha untuk mencari pekerja dari luar daerah Kota Pontianak yang membuat tidak terserapnya tenaga kerja yang ada di dalam Kota Pontianak. Kata Kunci: rekrutmen, tenaga kerja, Pontianak

Abstract

This research is based on phenomenon of a work motivation of higher education administration employee. It’s interesting to study the effect of leadership on the work motivation of higher education administration employee. This research uses quantitative method applying a survey approach. Respondents are education administration employees in PT. Swadaya Mukti Prakarsa, Desa Sempurna, Kecematan Sungai Laur, Kabupaten Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat with 55 respondents. This research result the hypothesis, can be said according to the hypotesis leadership had a significant effect on work motivation. It can been seen in α below 0,05 or below 5%. That indicate that hypotesis one accepted or relationship between leadership and work motivation is significant in this research. Leadership affectcs employee work motivation. That is, leadership to work motivation in higher education employee. Leadership is useful to motivate employee work in the organization especially in higher organization.
