Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of corporate governance transparancy level, crossdirectorship level and board of comisioner size on firm value manufacture company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014. Research methods by using multiple regression models. To test how much the dependent variable explained by the independent variables were able to determine the significance and influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously using F test and partial test using the t test.Based on the test results indicate that corporate governance transparancy level effect on firm value (b1=0,261, t=3,287, p=0.001). Crossdirectorship level effect on firm value (b2=41,897, t=3,796, p=0.000). Board of comisioner size effect on firm value (b3=2,974, t=2,483, p=0.015).  Corporate governance transparancy level, Crossdirectorship level, and  board of comisioner size simultaneously affect on firm value. This is indicated by the value of F calculated from the test results is equal to 16,334 with the sig. F of 0.000 that is smaller than 5% significance level. Deteminant coefficient (R Square) of  0,293, which means that the effect of corporate governance transparancy level, crossdirectorship level and board of comisioner size on firm value amounted to 29,3% while the remaining 70,7% is influenced by other variables not included in the regression equation.

Abstract

Collage are required to prepare in order to be college ready to compete with other universities. Factors which later played a role in achieving this is the quality of human resources. One of the quality of human resources is to have a good performance. Therefore, it needs good human resource management. Human existence as human resources is very important in the organization because of human resources to support organizations exist through the work, talent, creativity, encouragement and role as real as can be seen in every organization. Without the human element in an organization, the organization may not be able to move towards the desired and as well as the University of Indonesia. Where success in achieving organizational goals is largely determined by the performance of its employee. One effort to improve performance is to improve the competence of employees and job characteristics of the employees themselves who will support in completing the works

Abstract

This research generally aims to highlight the existence of the cooperative. One sector of the Indonesian nation's economic strength, which has a rapidly growing need special attention in the implementation of its operations. Force to be dealing directly with the public so as to understand laments faced by these communities as a form of the impingement kebutuhanya provide a portion of its own in penangananya. The impact of movements performed resulted in a wide range of issues that have to be borne, but if this kind is not to be taken seriously, then the pillars of the nation's economic strength will partially collapse. One of the problems faced, is the capital of cooperatives is not smooth, it caused some communities to meet tanggunganya, namely to pay for the debts borrowed does not work properly, it can be said on the level of profitability of the cooperative will be disrupted. It can be explained that influence the behavior of a benchmark as well as the educational background. Results of research conducted on the primary cooperatives in the district Demak with independent variables 5C on the effectiveness of loan repayment problem LDR partially there is an influence and an emphasis on non-performing loans/NPL, it can be seen from the respective results of t-count value which has a significance value less than 0.05

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of innovation orientation, promotion support and sales person support to product performance at market in order to enhance sustainable competitive advantage. The formulation problems in this research are to show the effect of innovation orientation to product performance on market, sales person support to product performance on market, promotion support to product performance on market, each construct with sustainable competitive advantage through product performance at market. The variables and indicators of research based on the previous research. There is a model that have been developed and four hypotheses to answer these research problems.            Population of this research is Dealers managers of Toyota Avanza in Central Java amount 130 persons. This research using census method. Data analyze tools which used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) under AMOS 4.01 program.            Result from data analyzes shows that the model and the result from research can be accepted. And that this result proves that innovation orientation have an positive and significant effect to product performance on market, and next make an abbreviate in the support from sales person with product performance on market are influence by product performance on market, thus can make an conclusion that each constructs have an empiric evidence and the justification with sustainable competitive advantage through performance of product on market in a positive and significant influence

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of the implementation of the internal control system (which consists of the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring) partially and simultaneously to the quality of the financial accountability of schools. This research is exploratory. Population sampling of this research is all elementary schools in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique used is the Convenience Sampling. A large sample of questionnaires collected and can be processed in this study amounted to 168. The data collected in this study are primary data. Data analysis techniques used in this study is Path Analysis Techniques (Path Analysis). Simultaneous testing results show that the system of internal control schools (which consists of the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring) significantly affects financial accountability. Partial test results showed that only the control environment, control activities and monitoring significant effect on financial accountability. While the other dimension, namely risk assessment, information and communication is not significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the competence and motivation of the employee's performance with the moderated communication variables. The variables in this study consisted of four variables, namely: competence, motivation as independent variables, and communication modering variable, while the employee's performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees at the district office Gayamsari Semarang. Samples taken in this study as many as 52 people. Research data collection techniques by spreading questionnaire compiled systematically with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. The distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period from October to November 2015. The data were collected through a questionnaire to test the data analyst; validity and reliability, the classic assumption test followed by multiple regression analysis, test moderating variable by using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis)

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of economic performance, environmental performance and social performance are the three focus disclosures in the Global Reporting Initiative on financial performance. As for sales as a proxy for financial performance. Samples were obtained by using purposive sampling. This study used secondary data obtained through the financial statements and annual reports of non-financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The study states that the economic performance and significant positive effect on financial performance, environmental performance and no significant negative impact on financial performance, while social performance and significant negative impact on financial performance. The test results simultaneously provide results that there is a significant effect for all the independent variables on the dependent variable.
