Abstract

Determining the location of land for apartment investment is usually done manually by relying on intuition, experience, and some considerations from the apartment developer. For this reason, the determination of the location of the land must go through the right analysis and calculation so that the best location can be determined from various criteria. Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method Yager model is a decision support system method that can be used in this system. This FMADM method will compare alternative locations with predetermined criteria including land prices, land area, road access, land conditions, and the environment. The final result of this process is the selection of total values to obtain alternative locations, so that the best results from three alternative locations are obtained, namely Banguntapan with the largest total value of 0.600, Seturan with values of 0.085, and Kulon Progo with a value of 0.292. So the location of Banguntapan can be used as a recommendation for the developer in making a decision to determine the location of the land for apartment investment

Abstract

UKM have an important role in helping the economy in society. One of the UKM that is sufficient to help the economy of the community is Batik UKM. The development of UKM is currently receiving serious attention from various circles, including UKM, the natural coloring batik in Bayat District. This study aims to design measuring the performance measurement of Customer Relationship Management in UKM Batik Pewarna Alam in Bayat. In this design data search is done through literature sources and interviews and questionnaire distribution from respondents. From the search results obtained perspectives and also Key Performance Indicators for each perspective. The perspective and indicators that will be included in the CRM Scorecard are determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The perspective in the CRM Scorecard is Customer Knowledge, Customer Value, Customer Interaction and Customer Satisfaction. Where each perspective has indicators in measuring its success.

Abstract

Challenges in the era of the 21st century and revolution 4.0 must be answered by all parties. Likewise with the education sector, besides providing knowledge, it also has an obligation to equip the younger generation with national identity and identity as well as awareness of roles in the future. This ability is obtained through learning / courses. The citizenship (Kewarganegaran) course also carries out this task so that it needs to be made an innovation in lectures using a QR Code-based media on Human Rights material. The making of media uses a development research model that refers to Thiagarajan's 4D RnD research design. The results of this study are 1)composed of a learning media on the sub-topic of Human Rights., 2) QR code can be used as an innovation in the preparation of learning media in citizenship  courses. 3) Through the use of QR code smartphones can be used as a medium for mobile-learning.

Abstract

Engine PT6A-114A is used on Cessna Grand Caravan 208B which has basic TBO : 3.600FH. Through condition monitoring, manufacturers issued SB1703R9 regarding allowing extension TBOs with terms and conditions. The analysis is done by comparing the condition of the TBO engine : 3.600FH and the engine that has been extended to TBO : 5.600FH. From the data obtained by engine with TBO : 3.600FH and TBO : 5.600FH on the cruising phase, the ITT achieved at each altitude does not exceed the maximum limitation which is 740oC. . Whereas through analytic calculations, the parameters of engine performances are: fuel / air ratio, thrust specifications, specific fuel consumption, thermal efficiency, propulsive efficiency, overall efficiency, and specific power, match to the ideal conditions when compared to altitude. It can be concluded that parameters engine with TBO: 3.600FH or TBO : 5.600FH  are still within the limits and engine parameters confirmed to ideal conditions.

Abstract

Postweld heat treatment (PWHT) is a common practice among building codes to reduce the residual stress, improve the ductility, and decrease the defects. This article describes the welding joint property of motorcycle crankcase material by taking tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding measures before PWHT on 200°C with holding time of 0,4,6, 8 hours. Test data were analyzed in relation to tensile strength, hardness and microstructure on the welding joint. The regions corresponding to the base metal (BM) and heat-affected zone (HAZ) were studied. The effect of holding time under PWHT on properties of joints can be investigated. The results demonstrated that micro-hardness in the weld and tensile strength decreased with PWHT time prolonging, while tensile strength increased with the extension of PWHT time. The microstructure before PWHT was coarse in the joint. With the extension of holding time under PWHT, the structure obtains fine grain and the characteristic becomes obvious.

Abstract

Weather is very critical for aviation. Especially regarding safety in air transportation. Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) in its duties and functions provides aviation weather information, conducts the latest weather observation activities for the needs of takeoff and landing at airports. The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has targeted automation with a target achievement in 2017. But currently in conducting the latest weather observations, BMKG still uses conventional weather observation systems even though at some airports Automated Weather Observing Systems (AWOS) have been installed. The automated weather observing system is still not fully implemented yet. This study aims to create a blueprint for the implementation of automatic weather observations for aviation services within the BMKG. Guidelines for making blueprint use the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) framework. EAP defines business and architectural needs related to data, applications, and technology needed to implement automation. The final results achieved are in the form of a blueprint for the implementation of automated weather observing system for aviation services within the BMKG which can be a guide for BMKG in achieving the vision related to aviation weather services.

Abstract

 The large number of institutions that use information technology (IT) to help run their usiness processes cannot be separated from various risks to IT. The internal control system is one way that can be used to deal with and even minimize the impact of various risks and COSO Internal Control is one of the frameworks that can be used. The "XYZ" College is one of the educational institutions that have used IT, especially to assist every activity related to students. At present, there are no assessments related to the internal control system in the utilization and management of IT contained in the institution, so it is not known whether the control system is running well or not. For this reason, this study was conducted with the aim of assessing whether the internal control system is currently in accordance with the principles of good internal control based on the COSO Internal Control Framework. The results showed that indirectly the "XYZ" College had applied several principles contained in the COSO Internal Control, even being quite good with a value of 3.28 from a scale of 5.0.

Abstract

Good airplane joining supports aircraft strength. The general joining process is using rivet as joining method. The parameter that affects the strength during the riveting process is the duration of the rivet head formation. The purpose was to determine the effect of the duration of rivet head formation on the quality of the joint. The research was carried out with the help of homemade tools, to ensure data consistency. The selected riveting duration is 3, 4, 5, 6 seconds. After connection, each connection was tested for strength through tensile testing and macro photo images from the joining. Results show that the 5-second duration provides the best connection with the tensile test results of 165 MPa. Based on the macro photo image, the 5 second rivet process produces the best connection because it produces the biggest rivet body so that it provides the greatest strength compared to the others.

Abstract

One important factor in influencing the progress and decline of an industry is the performance factor. Performance issues are not only important for middle-to-upper-level companies and large companies, but also important for small and medium industries such as the batik craft industry in the Wukirsari region, Bantul. Given the importance of performance, researchers tried to design a performance measurement model of the batik craft industry in the Wukirsari region, Bantul with the aim of identifying performance criteria, determining performance indicators, formulating performance indicators, and making performance measurement instruments. The steps in this study are divided into four phases, namely the initial research phase and problem formulation, the design phase, the analysis phase and the conclusion phase. The initial research phase and problem formulation include, the profile of the batik craft industry in the Wukirsari region, Bantul, the current performance evaluation system, problem formulation and research objectives. The design phase includes the design process of the performance measurement model with the Balanced Scorecard method which includes setting strategic objectives, establishing performance indicators (key performance indicators), determining performance indicator formulas, making performance measurement instruments. Analysis phase includes KPI analysis and strategy map analysis. Conclusion phase includes conclusions from the results of research and suggestions for the batik craft industry in Wukirsari, Bantul. From the results of the study obtained four performance perspectives based on the balanced scorecard, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. five, namely: increased sales growth, high customer satisfaction, improved system and better work processes, the creation of a good work climate, and increased employee productivity.There are seven performance indicators formed, namely: the rate of sales growth, the level of customer satisfaction, level of compliance with customer complaints, percentage of defective products, number of new products, level of job satisfaction, and employee productivity. The establishment of a performance measurement worksheet, so that the performance values of each performance indicator and total performance can be known in a certain period.Keywords: Performance, Measurement, Batik

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning is one of the things that must be achieved in the college academic process. To achieve this, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the learning process is needed, namely by looking at student performance. Based on this, the research aims to develop a university data warehouse with student performance objects that will be used by the board application for the monitoring process. The application was successfully developed with several main features, namely: a) displaying the number of students based on year, region and the entrance to college, b) displaying a comparison of the number of students in each academic year based on student status , d) display student performance every academic year and e) KPI values based on needs analysis. These features have been tested using the blackbox approach and the test results show that the features work properly and produce outputs in corresponding to the test scenario.
