Improving the quality of learning is one of the things that must be achieved in the college academic process. To achieve this, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the learning process is needed, namely by looking at student performance. Based on this, the research aims to develop a university data warehouse with student performance objects that will be used by the board application for the monitoring process. The application was successfully developed with several main features, namely: a) displaying the number of students based on year, region and the entrance to college, b) displaying a comparison of the number of students in each academic year based on student status , d) display student performance every academic year and e) KPI values based on needs analysis. These features have been tested using the blackbox approach and the test results show that the features work properly and produce outputs in corresponding to the test scenario.

Nowadays a vehicle position monitoring system has started to be built Â as its rising demand. A system with capability to trace the position of a vehicle by its owner or third party is well known as vehicle tracking system. This system provide many advantages, therefore in this Final Project a simulation of Geographic Information System (GIS) for Vehicle Position Tracking via SMS Gateway System is made. This system contains two main parts, those are device part and application part. Device part is simulated with a device simulation program. On the other side, application part will show the position information which sent by device par. The information is shown as a graphic with a map as the background. These two parts are developed by Delphi 7.0 programming language and MySQL 5.0 as a database storage. To show the map and mapping functions in this application, an additional program MapObject 2.0 is used. The function of SMS Gateway is connects the device part and application part, and software for this function is Gammu 1.25. This research results a simulation to monitor vehicle position system. The testing results show that this system works properly, and all functions work well as it purposes. The application part shows the position data from device part as pointed tracks in a map. Communication between GIS application part andÂ device part via Gammu also works properly, with average interval of SMS sending time and receiving time is 17,8 seconds.Â Keyword :Â Â Geographic Information System (GIS), Position monitoring, SMS Gateway, Gammu.

SMK KH GHALIB Pringsewu adalah salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta yang letaknya berada di Pringsewu Barat, Kecamatan Pringsewu, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Di SMK KH GHALIB memiliki jurusan seperti : teknik kendaraa ringan, teknik komputer, dan jaringan. Siswa SMK diharapkan untuk dapat masuk ke dalam dunia industri dan dunia wirausaha. Beberapa siswa SMK KH GHALIB memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kegiatan wirausaha yang dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah yaitu dengan membuka bengkel. Fenomena tersebut menimbulkan budaya berwirausaha di lingkungan sekolah. Mayoritas siswa berwirausaha dengan kemampuan skill yang terbatas, sehingga pengalaman dan keuntungan yang didapatkan belum maksimal. Siswa yang memiliki kegiatan usaha dalam hal mengatur kegiatan usaha dan membuat perencanaan keuangan belum berjalan dengan baik. Beberapa diantaranya masih kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan sikap dalam mengelola keuangan yang baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu siswa dalam memahami pengelolaan keuangan sederhana, serta memotivasi siswa – siswi menuju enterpreneur muda yang kreatif dan inovatif. Peserta akan diajarkan bagaimana menyusun perencanaan keuangan, serta bagaimana memotivasi menjadi enterpreneur muda yang kreatif dan inovatif. Sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK KH GHALIB PRINGSEWU. Dalam kegiatan ini terdapat penyampaian materi dan diskusi antara pemateri dan peserta. Peserta dapat mengikuti kegiatan secara kondusif dari awal hingga akhir. Beberapa hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antara lain: 1) membantu menyusun perencanaan keuangan, 2) memotivasi siswa - siswi menuju enterpreneur muda yang kreatif dan inovatif, 3) menyusun daftar kebutuhan dan mereka diperbolehkan memberikan penambahan daftar keinginan yang ingin mereka capai beserta strategi untuk mencapainya.Kata kunci : pengelolaan keuangan, siswa, SMK

Indonesia salah satu negara agraris dengan penghasil produk pertanian untuk keperluan pangan. Komoditas utama yang paling banyak dikembangkan dan ditanam pada sektor pertanian di Indonesia adalah padi. Lahan pertanian yang luas dan produksi padi yang melimpah menjadi unggulan. Lampung sendiri memiliki kabupaten penghasil taman pangan utama padi yang terdapat di kabupaten pringsewu dan sekaligus lumbung padi salah satunya Kelompok Tani Bina Karya. Kebutuhan pangan yang terus meningkat harus diimbangi dengan jumlah produksi padi yang cukup setiap tahunnya. Terlepas dari lahan dan produksi petani memiliki kendala pada masa tanam padi. Kendala yang terjadi mengakibatkan menurunnya hasil panen secara menyuruh atau malah gagal panen dikarenakan hama. Wereng coklat, belalang, burung bagian dari hama yang menyerang padi. Kelompok Tani Bina Karya melakukan pembasmian hama secara manual dengan menggunakan pestisida dan bertahan sementara. Penggunaan pestisida sebagai pembasmian hama secara kimiawi menimbulkan dampak pencemaran lingkungan, misalnya pencemaran air tanah, petani mengalami keracunan ketika melakukan penyemprotan pestisida. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan hama padi tim pengusul membuat teknologi tepat guna sebagai salah satu solusi alternatif dalam pengurangan serta kontroling dan monitoring lahan pertanian dari hama pengganggu dan kondisi lahan. This study investigates the correlation between emotional intelligence and social support on academic achievement among high school students. Utilizing a non-experimental quantitative approach with purposive sampling, data were collected from 70 students aged 15-18 years in grades X-XII at SMAN XY Lampung Selatan. Emotional intelligence was assessed using Goleman's Emotional Intelligence Competencies (GEIC), social support was measured with the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and academic performance was evaluated based on the previous semester's scores. Multiple regression analysis revealed that emotional intelligence and social support collectively contribute 68.6% to academic achievement, indicating that 31.4% of the variance is attributable to other factors not examined in this study. Based on the data analysis, emotional intelligence and social support significantly influence students' academic achievement in SMAN XY Lampung Selatan. This research is expected to provide practical contributions for schools, teachers, and parents to train students' emotional intelligence and enhance social support, enabling students to demonstrate optimal academic performance. Theoretical contributions are also anticipated to enrich studies on psychological variables supporting academic achievement in educational psychology.

The development of digital technology presents serious challenges for adolescents, one of which is cyber grooming. Cyber grooming refers to manipulative attempts by perpetrators on social media to exploit victims emotionally or sexually. This study aims to examine the role of assertiveness and parental involvement in shaping adolescents’ attitudes toward cyber grooming. A quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 394 female adolescents aged 13–18 years who accessed social media for at least five hours per day. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that assertiveness and parental involvement had a highly significant role in adolescents’ attitudes toward cyber grooming. The regression model accounted for 55.1% of the variance in attitudes toward cyber grooming. These findings highlight that the combination of individual skills (assertiveness) and family factors (parental involvement) serves as a key protective factor in fostering adolescents’ resilience against the risk of online exploitation.
