Abstract

Lab tools and materials are very important in supporting practical activities. The process of borrowing lab tools and materials at Electrical Installation Laboratory in Politeknik Jambi is still done manually by using paper which make it difficult to monitor the availability. For that reason we need a system that can help that process, namely the Monitoring System Lab Tools and Materials. It was developed based on web and client servers to support the flexibility of the designed system. The system was created by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research resulted  in a software monitoring system tools and lab materials in lectures that can be accessed by lecturers and head of laboratory. The system makes it easier to borrow lab tools and materials and also for the head of laboratory to monitor any information about the availability of tools and materials in the laboratory.

Abstract

The design of information systems of business groups together with fishermen based on DEKSTOP on the Department of Marine and Fisheries in Bangka Regency seeks to improve information services to fishermen in the Bangka Marine and Fisheries Service, so that the fishermen's data is easier to access fishermen's information. The purpose of this study is to develop services to the community, especially fishermen in the field of marine and fisheries, to facilitate services and provide encouragement in the development, development, coaching of joint fisheries business groups, especially in Bangka district. In responding to the problems that occur in the fishermen, he uses several research methods that can help solve this problem, namely by using survey research so that the data of the fishermen will be collected later in the process, then will produce an object oriented system that can be clearly defined so that fishermen can be more efficient in time utilization

Abstract

Lagging villages are areas that are generally located in districts that are relatively underdeveloped and have relatively underdeveloped populations compared to other regions on a national scale. Batin III Ulu District Bungo has 9 (nine) villages which have promising space potential including abundant forest resources, natural tourism, agricultural land and plantations. Village development has not yet had an optimal impact and there are still disadvantaged families in each village in Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict. Development of application mapping of disadvantaged villages and underprivileged families in Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict, Bungo District, Jambi Province is a qualitative research that aims to support the government in accelerating the implementation of services for underdeveloped villages and underprivileged families. Automated learning stage to determine mapping of disadvantaged villages and underprivileged families through the application of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) as an adaptive system to model complex relationships between input and output to find patterns in the data and collaboration with Leaflet.Js as a library used for making thematic spatial maps that can emphasize priority objects to be addressed immediately. The application is built on a web-based basis so that users can easily access it anywhere and anytime as a reference in determining future development policies.

Abstract

The development of science and technology was so rapid that offers easiness in running activities and work. The presence of this technology is intended to achieve better results in the achievement of the accuracy of the information. Given good information system will provide easy access to various desirable. One such technology is the development of Android, Android is an operating system for smartphones that have Linux-based. Android provides an open platform for developers to create their own applications that have been used by a variety of mobile devices. An android application can also be used to address the problems that exist in the environment STMIK-NH Jambi like attendance system. This application aims to replace the manual attendance system that already exists for the move to the android-based application system. This application will be much more effective and efficient than the old system. The data entered in the form of data subjects, the student data, and the latest student photos. The device used is Android Studio, genymotion, and Java Develpoment Kit. The programming languages in use are Java and database used is SQLite.

Abstract

Gramedia Bookstore Jambi is the largest and most comprehensive bookstore in the city of Jambi engaged in retail. In terms of employee recruitment managerial party Gramedia Jambi have difficulty in finding and determine the appropriate new employees accordingly. This makes the recruitment process starting from the processing of new employee data to the determination of employees to be less effective because it still uses estimates and manual assessment so that the recruitment process does not get the right employees. For the recruitment process required enter (input) data that support each other ie data prospective employees, data test results sell products, test interview data then the data will be processed so as to produce output or report test results. While the assessment of employees who will exhaust the contract required employee performance assessment to determine the continuation of employment contracts required enter (input) ie employee data, performance criteria assessment data. In this case a Web-based Management Information System is required. The purpose of writing this script is to create a web-based system especially to facilitate the processing of recruitment data using the programming language HTML, PHP and MySQL as the database in the application Management Information Systems Recruitment Gramedia Jambi. The methodology used in writing this thesis is field research, literature study. The results of the analysis and design of Management Information Systems is expected to provide kemudahnan in data processing and can provide assistance in terms of performance appraisal. For suggestions this application can be developed by adding the necessary processes in the future.

Abstract

The success of a business whether it be a company or an individual is reflected in the profit generated within one operational year. Profit requires businesses to have a social responsibility to their business environment. It is today that very rapid technological developments require business owners to make it even more advanced by delivering accurate information. Due to the lack of information delivery to the public regarding the marketing of housing / property with only banner and mouth-mouth information is less effective, therefore, the businessmen and residential goldland estate begin to look for other methods that can be more effective in terms of attracting enthusiasts. One of the problem solving proposals that can solve the above problem is the use of Information Technology, in this case the internet media. Web Based Marketing Information System In Gold Land Estate Housing is made with PHP web programming language with phpmyadmin database. With this application is expected to provide more complete information to the public.

Abstract

Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Balai Benih Ikan Daerah (UPTD BBID) Provinsi Jambi is a place for freshwater fish cultivation including arwana. UPTD BBID are diagnosing disease in arwana fish by the help of the employee who are expert in diagnosing the diseases. But this method is difficult and needs time. So, this research aims to build an expert system application to diagnose Arwana fish (scleropages formosus) disease by using forward chaining method. The use of this application expected can minimize the spread of pests and diseases in arwana fish. This application is built using Microsoft Visual Basic Net and MySQL database. The results of consultation tests with this system indicate that the system is able to determine the disease, causes, and prevention and solution based on symptoms previously answered by employees.

Abstract

Payo Kerinci rice is one of the regional superior products. There are several types of payo kerinci rice such as squirrel, guava, support, and cross tailed payo rice. Feature extraction is a stage in extracting features / information from objects in an image that you want to distinguish from other objects. This research uses form and texture feature extraction method based on statistical gray level co-occurrence matrix. The image shape and texture feature extraction uses parameter values metric, eccentricity, contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeinity by determining the characteristics based on broad values, circumference of the object, and the shape of the image with distance (d) = 1, with the direction 00, 450, 900 and 1350. The research data consisted of 24 images, 6 images of squirrel tails, 6 guava images, 6 supported images, and 6 cross images. The system created can determine image characteristics based on statistical form and texture.

Abstract

An information system is very necessary in improving the performance of an organization, be it a private or government organization. The government in data processing still uses standard application programs that are widely used such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word in the processing of village asset data so that data processing and data search processes become less effective. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that is used today by using an information system specifically designed for processing village asset data so that data processing and data search processes become more effective. The village asset data processing information system is built using web-based programming languages such as PHP and MySQL databases. Web-based programming languages have excellent capabilities in processing text, graphics, numbers and databases. With the construction of an information system, data processing of village assets can help the processing of village asset data at the Village Office become easier and more effective.
