Abstract

Branding Image bukan hanya sekadar merk dan bukan sekedar logo, brand adalah segalanya bagi sebuah produk. Bagi dunia pariwisata, brand juga sama maknanya, namun brand destinasi harus lahir dari filosofi dan nilai-nilai sebuah destinasi serta keunggulan yang unik. Branding Image akan memberi kekuatan kepada destinasi yang direpresentasi bila brand mendapat proses branding yang baik dan konsisten. Akhir-akhir ini eforia pariwisata Indonesia kadang irrasional dan hanya mengandalkan data sesaat, padahal posisi-posisi Indonesia masih jauh dari yang diharapkan. Sebagai brand destinasi, maka brand harus dibangun berdasarkan realitas sosial yang benar di dalam tergambarkan realitas sosial, yaitu culture, personality, name, logo dan symbol Penelitian ini mencoba mengangkat kajian realitas sosial brand destinasi dengan metode narasi, mencoba membandingkannya dengan kondisi Wonderful Kepri, Wonderful Riau Island sampai Welcome to Batam.. Kepulauan Riau memilik banyak potensi sebagai destinasi wisata nasional maupun internasional, hanya saja belum memiliki daya tarik tersendiri untuk dijual. Untuk menunjang dan memiliki daya saing Kepulauan Riau sebagai destinasi wisata perlu ada sebuah brand yang menjadi Citra sebagai destinasi pariwisata. Suatu Branding yang dikombinasikan dari unsur dan budaya daerah di Kepulauan Riau. Kesimpulan bahwa Kepulauan Riau memerlukan suatu brand atau citra sebagai destinasi wisata nsional agar dapat memberikan pesan bagi wisatawan agar tertarik untuk mengunjungi Kepulauan Riau sebagai salah satu alternatif dari 10 besar sebagai destinasi wisata nasional

Abstract

Tourism governance will have an impact on the environment, which is controlled by local governments. The development of the tourism sector is essential to improve the welfare of the community and the regional economy. Strengthening the role of local government as a leading tourism sector in the region is considered to be able to encourage the creation of a collaboration between industries (actors) to manage sustainable local tourism. This paper was written to find out how far the role of local government is and how relations between sectors (actors) are in managing sustainable regional tourism. This study uses a literature study approach, with documentation data collection techniques derived from the study of several reputable journals, books, and other secondary sources that are relevant to this research. The data analysis technique is content analysis. In tourism management, the role is not only done by one party but all supporting aspects and involved in the framework of creating orchestration and ensuring the quality of activities, facilities, services, and to create experiences and value of tourism benefits to provide benefits to the community and the environment. These will be able to encourage the tourism system through the optimization of roles and collaboration between business, government, society, academics, and media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe what factors increase CRO's adaptability in service recovery on HGB over HPL in the Capital Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Ministry of DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Sources of data were taken from CRO officers who were directly involved in HGB services over HPL as many as 50 respondents. The technique of collecting data is done by distributing and filling out questionnaires. The results found that cultural competence, self-management, social capacity affect recovery Performance and information justice factors do not influence the Performance of CRO recovery services on HGB search services over HPL.

Abstract

In order to answer strategic issues and achieve the vision and mission of the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Tasikmalaya City Agency requires high employee performance. Employee performance problems that are still not optimal can be seen from the reliability of work is still low, employees do not complete the tasks given on time, employees do not work according to the set working hours, employees do not cooperate with colleagues. These performance problems require increased competence from employees of the Tasikmalaya City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency to be in line with the vision and mission to be achieved This study aims to determine the effect of competition on employee performance in the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Tasikmalaya City, with the research method used explanatory research. The respondents of this study are employees at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of the City of Tasikmalaya. Data analysis technique is done through regression test. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a strong influence between competence on the performance of employees in the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency in Tasikmalaya City. The conclusion of this study is that all factors consisting of competencies are achievement and action oriented, helping and serving others, the ability to influence and create impact, managerial ability, cognitive ability and personal effectiveness have an influence on employee performance in the Personnel Agency and Resource Development Human City of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Open selection for village devices is an innovation in improving the quality of village apparatus resources. With the improvement of the quality of the village apparatus is expected to improve the public services for the community. Considering the demands of the village government at this time is increasing, especially in terms of public services and in the order of government-based good governance. This research will be conducted in two villages to perform a comparison in the implementation of open selection. Where in the implementation of research using qualitative research methods, the techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of open selection for the village apparatus was very useful and went well. However, in the implementation of open selection there is a difference between the village Sendangsari and Panggungharjo village. The implementation of open selection in Sendangsari village only uses written exams, while for open selection in Panggunharjo village using written exams, practice exams, psychological tests, and interviews. It shows that in improving the quality and competence of the village employees are very popular, but the hope remains the same that is to get the resources of the village apparatus that has competence, professional and integrity.

Abstract

Pros and cons of women's leadership in Indonesia is a crucial issue that is always discussed every year. The strong stereotype of leaders that must come from male gender that is assertive and strong makes women leaders considered one eye in society. This study uses qualitative methods with analysis using secondary data. The results of this study are that gender has no effect on one's leadership. Susi Pudjiastuti is a female leader in the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries who is masculine in nature but is able to produce several programs that are beneficial for all fields. During his leadership, he managed to get work achievements that had never been obtained by the previous minister.
