Abstract

This action reserach excecuted in three clycles to enhance teacher competence in the class manajerial of SMAN 10 Bengkulu. The subject of the research are eleven teachers. Data were analyzed descriptively. The research show the increasing of mean score of teacher competence in the class managerial at cycle I, II, and III in accordance are 77,28, 80,67, and 89,98. The research conclude, that clinical supervision can improve teacher competence in theclass manajerial.Keywords: clinical supervision ,class managements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the contents read poetry. In learning basic competence is in sixth grade at SDN 05 Kepahiang the author, only 33,33% who achieved mastery learning. This research is done by using the communicative approach and the application of Contextual Teaching Learning in learning management as on effort to improve students abilityto reflect recited poems. Outcomes since cycle I showed an increase until the second cycle, no more students don’t pass the study even 2 students (8,33%) gained value in the range of 86-90 scores. Besides, the students feel that learning becomes fun and can develop the imagination, sharpen the sensitivity of emotion, educate and hone language skills.Keywords: communicative, CTL, poetry, language, management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discribe the aspects of service in guidance and counseling covering the aspects of planning, qualitics, evaluation and follow up in MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu Regency. The method used in this research was descriptive to described the data more completly. Through the change on preparation guidance and counseling by usingqualitative approach. The result show that; 1) the plann academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu; 2) the action of academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu; 3) the evaluation of academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu; and 4) the follow up of academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu.Keywords: supervision, academic, guidance and counseling

Abstract

This study aims at describing the decision making of risk problem made by the head master. This study is descriptive – qualitative research which uses questionnaire, interview anddocumentation as the technique of collecting the data. To analyze the data, this study makes use of qualitative analysis, percentage and scoring technique. Based on the data analysis, this study concludes that (a) the head master identifies the problems; formulates the goals of the decision making; arranges the solution possibilities, gives solution criterions of each solution possibilities and takes one of them as the final decision, (b) the head master tends to apply the brain storming and synetics techniques and (c) the head master tends to use conceptual style in the decision making process.Keywords: decision making, head master, risk problem

Abstract

This study departs from the background of the need for reform in the development of the creativity of teachers to teach mathematics in the management of the learning process as aresponse to the weakening of the quality of student learning. Through this research is expected the teachers to play a role as an innovator of learning. This research was conducted in MAN 1Bengkulu by three cycles. From the observations, student activities increased from 69% to 74% in the second cycle to 85% in the third cycle. Meanwhile, the results of daily tests showed an increase of the average - average of 5.48 on a daily test of unity becomes the average - average of 6.53 in the second daily test and be average - average 7.33 on a third daily test.Keywords: management, learning, STAD

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the principal's leadership in implementing learning academic supervision Sindang SD 04 Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. The method used descriptive qualitative research. Subjects were 04 district elementary school principal sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the elementary school principal learning leadership inimplementing the academic supervision of State 04 Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong implement individual supervision and group supervision techniques.Keywords: principal, leadership

The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of managerial supervision supervisors to improve the competence of the library manager Senior High School 6 Seluma accordance with specified standards. The method in this research is evaluative. The result of this research Showed the role of managerial supervision appropriate supervisory standards in the planning and reporting of managerial supervision supervisors to increase the competence of library managers in Senior High School 6 Seluma, whereas for the implementation of managerial oversight supervision is still in fairly standard criteria.Keywords: implementation, supervision managerial supervision, library officer.

Abstract

The aim of this reseach is to describe the Management Implement Curriculum 2013. In particular, it aims to describe: 1). The planning of manajement of curriculum atthe district 05 Sindang Dataran school. 2) the implementation of manajement curriculum at the distric 05 Sindang Dataran. 3) the evaluation of manajemen curriculum at the district 05 Sindang Dataran 4) the barriers and the way how handle the manajement of curriculum.The method used inthis reseach is a discriptive qualitative. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know learning outcomes with citizenship learning management through model of problem-based learning introduction (PBI). This classroom action research conducted in SMKN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Subjects of the study were students of class XI TP with 17 students. Data collection techniques using test, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used descriptive analysis. Data analysis results in terms of learning assessment resultsand student activity changes step by step If the comparison between the state of the initial conditions, the first cycle and the second cycle can be seen that when the initial conditions average grade of 4.83, while the average value of the class existing second cycle increased to 6.67. The average increase in the second cycle to 7.66. Thus the study of this class action is successful so the researchers recommend citizenship learning management through problem-based learning introduction.Keywords : learning outcome, problem based introduction, management, citizenship

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the organizational communication of Vocational Hidgh School. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method and uses interview, observation and documentation. The main subjects of the study were teachers, headmaster, administrative staff, students of State Agricultural Vocational School Number Two of Tugumulyo.??The findings of the study were (1) the organizational communication was understood as tool to inform; (2) the communication were mostly based on the cultural and human relationship; (3) external communication was done by cooperating and internal communication was built intensively; (4); kinds of communication tools used were traditional and modern ones.; (5) there is problem in communication.Keyword: organization, communication, school, vocational
