Abstract

Learning success is supported by the selection model of learning by the teacher , so the teacher professionalism required in choosing a model of learning in the classroom . This research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu MAN 2 in the school year 2015-2016 is class XI and class that became population IPA X 1 is a sample of this research. Instrument tests taken by students in cycle 1 and cycle 2 continued with a follow-up of the cycle to 2. Election learning model Survey, Question, Read, Recite , Reviuw ( SQ3R ) very appropriately chosen to improve learning outcomes . Seen an increase in student learning outcomes , namely the achievement of 69 % to 77  % . So that these models can dikatan successful in improving student learning outcomes .

Abstract

The research objective was to determine whether the management study of mathematics by applying the method of Creative Active can improve students' competence in Maths . This research was conducted in classes X SMK STATE 5 Bengkulu City. This research was conducted using the method of classroom action research that includes four components of action: planning, action, observation, reflection through several cycles . Data were collected through observation sheets and the results of the written evaluation . Based on the results of this study concluded that in every cycle there is a significant increase in the learning process in which the ke- I cycle around53.61 % in the 2nd cycle and 67.31 % in the 3rd cycle of 83.08 % . Then the activity of students in mathematics with an active creative method is very good .Keywords: management, learning, mathematic, creative active

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the correlation between leadership commitment’s and cultural organization with teacher’s performance.The population of this research was 116teachers of junior high school of Putri hijau. The Sample was 54 respondents by using the randomg sampling technique. The method of this research used survey metthod. The datacollecting technique used questionance and documentation. The data were analized by using regression technique. The research produces three main conclusions, namely, 1) there is positiveand significant correlation between leadership commitment with teacher’s performance, 2) there is positive and significant correlation between cultural organization with teacher’s performance, 3) there is positive and significant correlation between leadership commitment and cultural organization simultaneously with teacher performance. The research concludes that teacher’s performance of state junior high school district Putri hijau north Bengkulu was enfluenced by leadership commitment’s and cultural organization.Keywords: leadership commitment, organizational culture, performance of teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the correlation between the innovative attitude of the principal to the teacher performance; 2) the correlation between the principalleadership to the teacher performance; and 3) the correlation of the innovative attitude and the principal leadership with the teacher performance. The method of this study was descriptivecorrelation. The samples were the teachers of Public elementary school in Ketahun district. It was sixty teachers. the results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation between: 1) the innovative attitude of the principal to the teacher performance; 2) the principal leadership to the teacher performance; 3) the innovative attitude and the principal leadership with the teacher  performance in Public elementary school in Ketahun District.Keywords: innovative attitude, principal leadership, teacher performance

Abstract

The formulation is a common problem in the management of school leadership renewal in Junior High School 3 Ketahun North Bengkulu district. This research is a qualitative descriptivestudy design. The results of this study show: First, the leadership of principal in implementing reforms in the academic field are optimal with strong involvement of the principal as a supervisor. Second, the leadership of principal in implementing reforms in the field of school administration well, with strong involvement of the principal as an administrator. Third, the leadership of principal in implementing reforms in the financial sector is quite successful, with good financial management schools include: financial planning, financial resources, financial management and accountability.Keywords: leadership, principals, management reform

The principal's leadership style is one of the crucial factors determining the performance of teachers and educational success in school. This study provides conclusionsindicate that: (1) Principal in implementation style participatory, democratic, healthy school climate and harmonious in schools. Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe relationship between principal leadership and school culture with teacher performance at Elementary School. The subject is principals and teachers of The State of Elementary School in Lubuklinggau. The result obtained in this research were: (1) there was positive and significant relationship between principal leadership with teacherperformance with correlation coefficient was 0.801; (2) there was positive and significant relationship between school culture with teacher performance with correlation coefficient was 0.685; and (3) there was positive and significant relationship between the principal leadership and school culture with teacher performance with r square was 0.654. This means that the principal leadership and school culture has an influence on teacher performance of The State Elementary School in Lubuklinggau.Keywords: principal, leadership, school culture, and teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to: improve the quality of the learning process chemistry and enhance students' understanding through learning management chemical model of direct instruction. Thisresearch is a class act. Subjects were students in grade XI MA Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. The data collection is done by means of written tests, observations, questionnaires and interviews . Analysis of the data consists of data reduction , data  presentation, drawing conclusions / verification . Theresults of this study indicate that: (1) learning management direct instruction with discussion can improve the quality of the learning process chemicals , (2) learning management direct instruction with discussion to increase understanding of chemical concepts. It can be seen through the increase in the average value of students from the initial test (1.83), the test cycle I (4.99) and test cycle II (7.03).Keywords: management, learning, direct instruction, discuss

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the process of managing the environment as a source of learning through discussion groups of teachers in primary schools 03 Lebong Atas. After beinggiven the action on the implementation of the research, there is an increased ability of teachers to manage the natural surroundings as a learning resource. In detail, the acquisition value of the average increase in the ability of teachers to manage the natural surroundings as a learning resource that is the average value of the observation results of the discussions in the first cycle of 66 to 85 in the second cycle there is an increase of 19%, the scenario exercise instructional averagevalue of 73.13 in the first cycle to 93.75 in the second cycle there was an increase 20.62 %, learning activities or in the process of learning the average value of 72.88 in sklus I to 95 in the second cycle, there is a 22.12 % increase.Keywords : ability , teacher , environment , learning resources
