Abstract

The purposes of this research was to analyze the effect among leadership styles toward teacher performance, teachers’ attitude toward teacher performance, teacher discipline toward teacher performance and the effect leadership styles toward teacher performance, teachers’ attitude and teacher discipline toward teacher performance simultaneously in Senior Higt School PutriHijau Bengkulu Utara. The method was used is descriptive method by quantitative approach which is using simple regression analyze. The result of this showed that there were positive and significant relationship each independen variable toward dependent variable partially, and also there were positive and significan relationship leadersip style, attitude teacher, and teacher discipline toward teacher performance simultaneously in school.Keywords: leadersip, attitude, discipline, and performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the planning, implementation, transparency and accountability the educational funding management at Public Yunior High school 02 Ketahun Nort Bengkulu. The subject of this research were the principal, school committee, school treasurer, and teacher. The method of this research was a evaluative descriptive method with context, input, process, product (CIPP) approach. The data collecting technique used interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research showed that the achievement of the short and long term of education funding planning, implementation, transparency and accountability was the approaching fit category by the provision of funding management in the school.Keywords: management, funding of education

Abstract

This research aimed: (1) to know the teacher level ability in composing test items (2) to describe teachers’ ability in composing test items based on the taxonomy bloom level (3) to describe teachers’ ability in analyzing test items. This research was descriptive quantitative research. Collecting data for this research was using survey technique that used developed questionnaire instrument. The result of research shows: (1) the level of teacher ability in composing question in moderate category, (2) Teacher ability in composing low-level cognitive questions is good, (3) Teacher ability in analyzing test items is still low.Keywords: teacher ability, taxonomy bloom, test items analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know learning management of Indonesian study the material active and passive sentences arrangement in each paragraph with intensive reading through of sentences cards game methods in the fourth grade in second semester of SD Negeri 04 Kepahiang. The research is a classroom action research (PTK). The results of the research studywas found the students ability has increased in each cycle. Base on the study in the first cycle test results obtained by the average value of 44. In thrid cycle experienced a significant increase,namely, 82. This result shows that the learning management have worked well.Keyword: management, learning, sentences, card game

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the financial planning, how to obtain the cost, implementation and evaluation of the cost of the Industrial Work Paractice at the Vocational HighSchool Number 2 of Bengkulu. This research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data using interview, observation and documentation study. Analysis of the data through the stages: data reduction, data presentation, comparing the data, conclusion. Results of this study are:(1) The financial planning include: setting of goals, programs, procedures, and budget; (2) financing only comes from government of Bengkulu City; (3) implementation includespreparation, committees, working together, monitoring, activity report; (4) evaluation includes financial administration, and accountability reports.Keywords: management, finance, industrial work practice

Abstract

This study aims to know applying learning management of citizenship using learning model TPS (Think Pair Share). This study is the kind of action research (PTK). Subject of thestudy were students of SMKN 2 Bengkulu City. Data collection used test and observation. Percentage of completeness level results and processes the ability to accept the reservation ofstudents in the first cycle pertemuam I reached 24, 4% of students who completed and 75.6% of students did not complete. I cycle II meeting, 41.5% of students who completed and 58.5% of students who did not complete. In the second cycle the first meeting there were 58.5% of studentswho completed and 41.5% of students who did not complete while the second cycle II meeting increased to 100% who pass. Thus the conclusion is that the application of learning management of citizenship by using learning model TPS can improve the learning outcome of SMK Negeri 2 Kota BengkuluKeywords: management, citizenship, Thin Pair Share

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe innovation of curriculum mangement in public yuniour high school 1 Ketahun north Bengkulu. The method of this research was a describtive qualitative study. The data collecting techique used by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis used by reduction data, presenting data and conclution. Theresult of this researeh showed that: 1) the planning was done by arraging the vision, mision, curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, a year pregram, semester program and educational schoolcalender, 2) the organization was done by the distribution of teaching asignment, 3) the implementasi was done by choosing method, media of reaching and assessment, 4) the evaluationwas done by supervision of teaching.Keywords: innovation, curriculum, mangement

Abstract

his study aims to determine whether the management of learning chemistry inquiry learning model can improve learning achievement and active students in class XI IPA MA Negeri2 Bengkulu City. From the data obtained an increase of student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, students who received grades completed KKM 65 20 students with a percentage of 62.5% increased to 23 people with a percentage of 71.8%. Data from observation of student activity increased from 60.6% in the first cycle to 69.1% in the second cycle. With the study of this classaction is successful so the researchers recommend preastasi inquiry model can improve student learning.Keywords: management, learning, inquiri, chemical

Abstract

This study aims to know learning management to read braille, for blind student in the class A. D1 SLB 16 Arga Makmur using mangold system. This study used two types of data, namely quantitative data (data of learning outcomes) and qualitative data (data informative of learning situation). The results of the study showed that learning with mangold system can improve the early ability to read braille for blind students in the class A. D1 SLB 16 Arga Makmur Students can reach KKM with a percentage of 70% which in successfully possition in the range of 70-80%.Keywords: reading braille, blind, mangold system

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the increasing discipline of teachers by creation personal competence of public elementary school 25 Ketahun, North Bengkulu. Thisstudy used descriptive qualitative, the subject of this study was principal and teachers of public elementary school 25 Ketahun, North Bengkulu. The data were collected by interview,observation, and documentation. The data of this study was analyzed by using inductive include of three activity namely reduction of data, serve of data, and drawing of conclusion. The result of this study showed that teachers of public elementary school 25 Ketahun have processing of discipline, but still need increasing that their doing by using increasing of personal competence.Keywords: personal competence, discipline, teachers
