Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the competence of principal in coaching profesional of science teachers at Public Junior High School No. 1 Ketahun of North Bengkulu. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document study. The data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The result of this research show that the competence of principal which consist of personality competency, managerial competency, entrepreneurship competency, supervision competency, and social competency has implemented by the principal in coaching profesional of science teachers.Keywords: principal, competence, science teachers

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to describe the school principal entrepreneurship competence in public senior high school I Ketahun, North Bengkulu. The method of this study was a descriptive qualitative. The data collecting by documentation, observation, interview and questionnaire. The results of the study; (1) in innovative dimensions were to complete the facilities and life skill graduated; (2) in hard work dimension by the team work focused, personnel development, and using standarized as outputs; (3) motivation dimension described ready for challenge, develop of school, giving the reward and punishment; (4) the best solution described ways by promoting and using information of technology. (5) to manage of unit production or service by placed the according personnel.Keywords: entrepreneurship, School Principal, Competence.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the situation of how teacher, proffesionalism is, toward the teaching learning processes of sport and health subject at senior high school I of Ketahun. This research used qualitative method, the data were collected by doing grand tour way, observation, interview and documentation study. The data were analyzed and reduced. The results show that sport and health teachers lack in desingining the lesson plan and giving evaluation to the learning proses.Keywords: professionalism, teachers, sport and health

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know mathematics learning management using tangram media to student. The subjects this research were six grade of SD Negeri 04 Kepahiang in the. This research used the classroom action research. The techniques of collecting the data used questionnaire, observation, and the result of test. The result of this research found that: an increasein the creativity of mathematical ability the students to use tangram media, the students attitudes is positive towards of mathematics, the students creative of abilities has increased.Keyword: media, tangram, management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning ofclassroom management, the implementation of classroom management, the supervision of classroom management andsupporting and hibiting factors of classroom management in increasing student’s learning results. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative. The results of the reseach show that the planning of classroom management was done by facility, teaching management and student’s arrangement, the implementation of classroom management was done by applying some classroom management principles and some approaches, the supervision has been done continuously, thesupporting and inhibiting factors are physical environment, social emotional and organization condition.Keywords: classroom management, study, students
