Abstract

The purpose of the study was to get a more complete picture of management manipulative objects props to mathematics learning towards the fractional concept. The study conducted using classroom action research. Based on the results of the research to gain an average value of the student formative in the first cycle with an average value of 55.6, the second cycle with an average value of 74.8. It can be concluded that the use of management manipulative objects props to mathematics learning can improve the students' understanding of the fractional concept.Keyword: managemet, objects props, manipulative

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the affect of the organizasional culture on the elementary school supervisor in Bengkulu Province. The research was conducted by usingsurvey. The population are the elementary school supervisors. The sampel was collected proportional randomly from 100 elementary supervisors. Data were analized by using path analysis technique after all variabels put into correlation matrix. The result of research show there are positive direct effect of organizational culture on elementary school supervisors in Bengkulu Province.Keywords: organizational culture, supervisors dan performance

Abstract

This aims study is to describe the implementations of both academic supervision and class observation techniques to enhance of planning and performing learning skill of SD Negeri1 Arga Makmur teachers in academic year 2013/2014. This is an action research scool (PTS) study conducted by two cycles in with five pers on acted as the subject having been determinated based on the result of pracycles observation, observation techniques were conducted to collect the data and quantitative descriptive analysis were used as data analysis.The study resulted that the implementation of both academic supervision and class observation techniques enhanced the planning and performing learning skill of SD Negeri 1 Arga Makmur teaches on odd semester in academic year 2013/2014.Keywords: academic supervision, planning, implementation, learning

Abstract

The objective of the research was to improve the student’s motivation by using a technique of dicipline-based classroom management. The design used was an action researchimplemented four stages: plan, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were the students of XI Basic Science Class Senior High School 1 Muara Pinang. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research show that: to managemen class based on discipline cam to improved the motivation student in atten, to motivation join in learning. Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe: how the Indonesian languange teachers understand the curriculum, performance in arranging of syllabus, perform in arranging lesson planning, perform in teaching and learning process, performance to evaluate execution. The method of the research was descriptive qualitative . This Research was conducted by four Indonesian languange teachers in SMKN I Ketahun. The collecting data were observation, interview, and document. The results show that Indonesian languange teachers in still require training and practices to increase professionality in their performance as teachers, good understanding about curriculum, compilation of RPP, good method and good teaching media and also suitable assessment.Keywords: performance teachers, learning, competence.

The general purpose this research to describes the principal managerial ability toward to effectiveness increasing the school library. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the condition of computer laboratory management on, planning, organizing, actuating, evaluating and controlling. The subject of thisresearch was the principal, teachers, laboratory manager, technicians and students at the Vocational High School District 1 Putri Hijau North Bengkulu. This research used a descriptivequalitative method. The data collecting technique used interview, observation, and documentation, and analyze by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusion. The results of this research can be concluded that the management of computer laboratory at this school was done well so far but needs to be improved especially in the  anagement of both facilities and human resources.Keywords: computer laboratory, management

Abstract

This research method a qualitative descriptive research. Subject and object in this research is the principal, headmaster ,teacher guidance and counseling and student. Insrumen usedin this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that (1) the cause learners to behave aggressive is largely because the character of the students were loud and tend to assumes that the behavior they are doing is a fairness and because the lack of supervision, attention and affection from parents so that children tend to feel able to do any desired and (2) the role of the teacher guidance and counseling in reducing aggressive behavior students is good enough to provide individual counseling.Keyword: teacher, guidance and counseling, aggresive

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the use of school operational funds in SMA N 4 Seluma. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Subjects were the principal, vice principal part of the infrastructure, BOS treasurer, teachers and committee. The conclusions of this research indicate that the implementation of school operational funds in SMA N 4 Seluma follow the procedures and rules that apply, the appropriate  technical and operational guidelines BOS SMA.Keywords: operational assistance

Abstract

This research aims to tackle the misconceptions in identifying some typical types of relationships (symbiosis) and the relationship between eating and being eaten alive beings (foodchain) in learning management of natural science. This research uses a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research are studens of fourth grade. The technique of collectingdata is through observation. The data are analyzed with descriptive percentage technique. The results show that with the adoption learning management by constructivist approach can tacklingthe students misconception.Keywords: misconceptions, management, constructivism
