Abstract

The objective of this study was compared the school principals efforts in increasing teachers and staff work performance at state junior high school 1 Pendopo and junior high school 1Muara Pinang Empat Lawang, Regency. This research used comparative descriptive method. The subject of this study principal’s, teacher and staff. The data were collected through interview, observations and documentation. Data analysis process included collecting of data, reductioning of data, displaying of data. The results of this research show that the principal’s have done their best. Abstract

This research aimed at describing the management of the industrial working practice at vocational high school 3 Lubuklinggau. The methode of study used is qualitative descriptive. The subject of the study is the principal and the staff, head of study program, work team, advisors of the the industrial working practice, instructur of industry, student, and the school’s partner. The result of the study concluded as follow: (1) the planning has been well performed, (2) the organizing was performed by the work team only, (3) students activities at the workshop by using daily journal, (4) the monitoring and evaluation were done using journal and monitoring system.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of school principals in implementingacademic supervision. The research method is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniquesused were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used is datacollection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The conclusions of this study are (1)Planning academic supervision has been implemented according to the procedure. (2)Implementation of academic supervision implementation includes methods, media, and processingwas done coaching classes either by the principal. (3) Assessment academic supervision, evaluation,techniques and procedures have been done a good coaching by the principal. (4) Follow-up ofacademic supervision includes planning, implementation, and assessment, coaching has done goodby the principal.Keywords: management, academic supervision.

Abstract

This research aim to describe of internal and eksternal factors which influence satisfaction of teacher in activity. Any kind of becoming supplementary factor and resistor influencing teacher performance. Research instrument to be used by interview in study of deskiptif qualitative. Expected by result of this research will give optimal usefulness either through academic or theoretical and also practically. Thereby result of this research is expected can give contribution to science world and technology. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) the material of principal policy, (2) implementationof principal policy, and (3) the effect of principal policy. The method of this research is usingdescriptive qualitative with observation technique, interview, and documentation. The subject ofthis research is principal, vice of principal, operator, and teacher. The policy of principal ismaximizing the portion 24 hours face to face classroom and giving alternalive for teacher thatshortage in teaching hour. The result of the research shows that is not fulfilled teacher obligationteaching 24 hours at SMPN 20 Seluma for all teachers yet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of principal as an instructional leader. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the principal, the vice of the principals, teachers, staff, and the students. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study shows that to be an effective an instructional leader, the school principal is required to be more involved in the teaching learning proccess in the classroom, gives more opportunity to teachers in disscussing and sharing information about new models of teaching, develops staff, emphasizes data in decision making proccess, and actively monitors and evaluates the teachingproccess for furher improvement.Keywords: role, school principal, instructional leader

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the extracurricular activities ofmanagement innovationin Public Junior High School 02 Bingin Kuning Lebong Regency. Inparticular, this study aims to describe: innovation scouts extracurricular activities; innovationextracurricular arts activities; innovation of extracurricular activities sports; innovation religiousextracurricular activities. Abstract

The objective of this research was to compare the differences and similarities the management of scout extracurricular activities between public Junior High School Number 1 andNumber 4 in Bengkulu City. The subjects of this study were the teachers, principals and students. The technique of collecting data were interview, observation and documentation. The results of research show that the scout management at both school has the differences and similarities in the planning,organizational structure, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The differences in include details of the work program, scouts membership, exercise time, system monitoring and evaluation and barriers that faced. The similarities is the purpose of the organization that wants to from students ofcharacter have independence, brave, discipline and responsible.Keyword: management, scout extracurricular activities

Abstract

The objective of the study is to describe the management of instructional program of early childhood education program. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative study. Thedata were collected through observations, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis includes collecting data, data reduction, data display, verification and drawing conclusion. The results of this research described that the planning the instructional based on the KTSP curriculumand syllaby and was not based on the 2013 curriculum. The implementation of the learning program is developed and carried out by the tutors. The technical aspect was done by formal education supervisor and non formal education supervisor.Keyword: early childhood education, learning program and management
