Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the school development plan at senior high school Number 1 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the school principal, the vice of the school principals, the teachers, the staff, students’ parent, and the students. The data were collected by means of interview, observation, and documentation. Afterwards, the data collected were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this study shows that in general the school development plan at senior high school number 8 Lubuklinggau has not yet fulfilled the standard operating procedure.Keyword: school development, plan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the student anagement and financial management at SMAN 2 South Bengkulu . This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were principals, teachers, staff education personnel. Data collection techniques through: observation, interviews , and documentation . Conclusion The results of the study are : ( 1 ) the field of management of the school the student has at least three major tasks , namely the admission of new students , the learning progress of activities , and mentoring and coaching discipline ; ( 2 ) The main components of the financial management of the school include: budgetary procedures , financial accounting , learning , warehousing , distribution , investment , and inspection .Keywords : management , student affairs , finance

Abstract

Character of education, it is absolutely necessary not only in school but also at home, in the social environment. Event now this is no longer a participant character of education earlychildhood through adolescence but also adults. Absolutely necessary for the survival of this nation. Competition imagine what will emerge in the next years. Obviusly it would be our burden and parent for today. At that time, the children will face competition with colleagues from various countries around the world. In fact we are still going to work year will feel the same feelings.Demand the quality of human resources in the coming millennium certainly requires good character. Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the function of head master in increasing teacher’s performance at Junior High School 2 Lubuklinggau. The method of study used was descriptivequalitative. The subjects of the research were a principal and teachers. The technique of data collecting used is interview, observation and documentation. It can be, concluded that: (1) as a leader, principal has been effectively applied to motivate, influence, and direct teacher’s activities at school, (2) as a motivator, the principal was able to urge teachers increasing their performance, (3) as a supervisor, he had guided teachers effectively, (4) as a manager, the principal work together with teachers, and urging their involvement all teachers in school program, (5) his function, as an administrator had gone well.Keywords: principal, function, teachers, performance

Abstract

The objective of this study to describe the leadership in increasing teachers’ discipline at senior high school 1 Lubuklinggau city. The subject of research are principal, teachers and student. This research used descriptive qualitative method and two techniques in collecting data: interview and documentation.The technique for analyzing the data is using reductive data, display data, conclusion, and verification data. The conclusion is that the principal leadership in increasing teachers’ discipline has been done professionally based on the role and function, so that theteachers’ discipline has been done well and the vision and mission can be achieved.Key words: leadership, principal, discipline, teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to compare about eight standard management of education. There were; 1. Curriculum; 2. Teacher and school staff’s background; 3. Financial; 4.Infrastructure; 5. School organizing; 6. The function of Pondok Pesantren principle; 7. Student’s input and output; 8. Parents’ role. The research used comparative study. Data collection techniques were interview, observation and documentation study.The subject of the research are school principle, teachers, Pondok Pesantren’s staff, and students. The result show that the student management in Pondok Pesanteren Hidayatul Qomariah is more better than Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin.Key words: differences, management

Abstract

The purpose this article is to discuss how the implementation of the curriculum 2013 and the relationship with the role of education managers in this case played by the principal. Themethod used is a literature review method. The results are: (1). Leadership principals intended to put pressure on the principal supervision competence in performing the role and duties as asupervisor, (2). The main substantive ability of principal is to make the implementation of curriculum in accordance with ideal curriculum, (3). Understanding the complete curriculum 2013will determine how curriculum could run well, and 4. Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the reconditional school committee in empowerment of organization In elementary school 04 Arga makmur of north Bengkulu district.The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. There are three data collecting techniques used in the research, namely: interview, documentation, and observation. While techniques ofanalyzing data applied is interactive analysis. The result of this research shows: there are innovation that is done by school committee in human resource, management resource, leadership resource in elementary school 04 arga makmur of north Bengkulu district. There is no innovation in monetary and facility resource that done by school committee in elementary school 04 arga makmur of north Bengkulu district.Key words: school committee, organization.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the management of the point system in the formation student discipline at State of Senoir High School 4 Lubuklinggau. The research used thedescriptive qualitative method. The subject of research involved the principal, the vice of principal student affair, teacher, and the students. Abstract

The purposes of research to know the management of fardhu prayer trought the method of resitasi. The lessons of the Islamic religious education is not enough just to be mastered, but it isnecessary to be applied in the attitudes and behaviorin a student’s life everyday. This study carried out by using research a class action, in a class to know as a result of actions implemented on asubject of research in the class. The result of this research is the use of methods resitasi in improving the implementation management of the fardhu prayer to a positif effect on students.Keyword: management, prayer fardhu, islamic religious, education.
