Abstract

The objective of research is to describe the achievement of 8 national standard of education beetwen private and public school. The method is qualitative descriptive. Collectingdata use observation, documentation and interview. The result of this research: first, the content standard is not different; second, process standard are not different and qualified; third, graduates competency standard is different in specific traits; fourth, education and educator standard are different to authority of principal; fifth, facilities and infrastructure standard are different in procedural; sixth, management standard done by private schools are more elastic; seventh, financestandard has difference in sources; eighth, evaluation standard differentially in follow-up evaluation results.Keywords: management, education national standard, graduates quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the supervision and efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of K-13. This study is a qualitative research.Data collection techniques are interviews, observation,  ocumentation. The data analysis technique is interactive analysis flow. The results of this study are: (1) the implementation of the supervision in the application of K-13 based on the condition many teachers have difficulty in implementing the curriculum and the limited facilities; (2) obstacles faced, among others: complexity of the task,lack of teacher preparation, high subjectivity, change of principal. (3) efforts to overcome the obstacles, among others: delegation of the senior teachers, motivation, guidance, coordination.Keywords: supervision, principals, curriculum 2013

Abstract

Some issues in the teaching of citizenship education, among others: 1) lack of positive activities for student learning, 2) lack of student learning outcomes, 3) in response to the lack ofactive student learning, 4) lack of teachers in varying methods and media, 5) learning is still dominated by the teacher. The purpose of this study is: to improve teaching and learning activitiesand outcomes of citizenship education class vocational high school through model role playing. Conclusions this study is the first to increased student learning activities. Both an increase instudent learning outcomes.Keywords: role playing, activities, learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims at describing the decision making of risk problem made by the principal. This study is descriptive qualitative which uses questionnaire, interview and documentation as the data and analyze use qualitative analysis, percentage and scoring. This study concludes that (a) principal identifies problems; formulates the goals of decision making; arranges the solution possibilities, gives solution criterions of each solution possibilities and takes one of them as the final decision, (b) principal tends to apply the brain storming and synetics techniques and (c) principal tends to use conceptual style in the decision making process.Keywords: decision making, principal, risk problem

Abstract

The objective of is to describe teacher’s stress, factors, impacts and efforts to overcome. The result of research are: first, teacher’s stress are viewed at low of job satisfaction, performance, zest and energy, communication, making decisions, creativity and innovation, and unproductivetask; second, factors stress are many tasks, limited time, less of widely work, ambiguity function, difference of educational purposes to regional autonomy, roles conflict and fairless career; third, stress impacts disability, late, difficulty in decision, ignoring works, forgets, miscommunication, unhealthy; fourth, efforts to overcome is to increase motivation, underlying works, refreshing, self confidence, always notice activities, avoid conflict, and keep healthy.Keywords: teachers, stress, autonomy
