Abstract

During this pandemic, conference calls or often called concall became a tool that was often used due to government regulations regarding the new COVID-19. Due to these regulations the concall application is commonly used by all agencies. Because of this, new users of concall applications haveincreased and many of these new users still do not understand which applications are suitable for the network in their area. Therefore, researchers made research to provide information about QoS (Quality Of Service) from several applications, namely Google Meet, Webex, and Zoom. In thisstudy, researchers conducted research with 20 PC clients who were given network boundaries of 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75% using the Queue Tree andPCQ methods. In the study, there were 3 stages in the process, namely preparation, data collection, and data processing. The variables used by researchers areDelay, Jitter, Packet Loss, and Throughput. These variables are retrieved using the Wireshark application on the client pc. In this study, researchers used the Queue Tree and PCQ methods to provide dynamic limits to the user and to be able to limit accordingly for each application hierarchically. In this study, it is known that some applications have a very significant decrease in performance when the confined network reaches 50% or more of the total network obtained by the researcher when conducting the research. Thus the researchers hope that with this study readers can get information about which applications are good for use in their respective areas which have different speeds.

Abstract

High availability and scalability is a must have feature for server that owned by industrial sector. One concept that used by technology practitioner ishorizontal scaling. Horizontal scaling can be achieved by using load balancer. Even though those technology practitioner started to adopt containerization technology, those technology practitioner still using load balancer. The purpose of this research is to compare NGINX and HAPROXY performance as load balancer based on response time and error rate. Both NGINX and HAPROXY will run on docker that installed on various virtual machine type in both AWS and GCP. The result shows that based on writer’s configuration, NGINX could handle medium and heavy load better than HAPROXY. Another result shows that AWS could handle medium and heavy load better than GCP.

Abstract

Retail business competition which is increasingly fast requires businesses to have a product sales strategy that is able to compete. Amigo Group convert this strategy by providing account receivable services for customers. The study " Penerapan RESTful API untuk Membangun Program Pembayaran Piutang Menggunakan Otentikasi OAuth 2.0", focused on how to use RESTful to provide the transaction API for accounts receivable payments, and the use of OAuth 2.0 as an authentication method, as well as load testing of API. The system design has been done with UML modeling language in the form of activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. Programming was done using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Load testing was performed using the Locust application. These designs produced Back End functions that can be used on web and mobile platforms. As a result of load testing, the use of the OAuth 2.0 method is more advantageous than using Basic Auth. This is shown by the response time and request per second which is more stable in the use of OAuth 2.0.
