Abstract

E-commerce di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, baik jumlah transaksi dan pengguna maupun jumlah aplikasi e-commerce, masing-masing memiliki sasaran market produk yang berbeda. Namun sektor pertanian di Indonesia belum merasakan dampak e-commerce. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya pilihan aplikasi e-commerce pertanian dan antarmuka sistem belum memenuhi tingkat kepuasan. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini dibangun aplikasi e-commerce berbasis android yang diberi nama Dutatani Store. Pembangunan aplikasi Dutatani Store menggunakan framework antarmuka Flutter, dan bahasa pemrograman Dart. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), dalam kurun waktu dua bulan dengan tim beranggotakan empat orang. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui uji usabilitas terhadap aplikasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kebergunaan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan setiap responden dapat menyelesaikan keseluruhan task skenario. Tampilan list view memiliki nilai usabilitas yang lebih tinggi dengan tingkat kesuksesan yang lebih tinggi pula dibandingkan dengan card view.

Abstract

Sebuah proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak melalui banyak tahapan dimulai dari pendefinisian kebutuhan sampai dengan penerapan. Sebelum proses penerapan sistem, tim pengembang akan melakukan uji kebergunaan (usabilitas) terhadap aplikasi. Tahap ini sangat penting untuk menjamin agar proses implementasi dapat dilakukan dengan baik dengan minimalisasi permasalahan. Tahapan dalam penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan, penentuan responden, pengembangan tools uji, pembuatan scenario tugas, pelaksanaan tes, analisis data, dan perumusan hasil. Uji dilakukan terhadap tiga puluh lima responden, tiga puluh responden merupakan pembeli dan penjual sementara lima responden sebagai admin pembeli dan penjual pada sistem. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap efisiensi dan efektifitas sistem. Efisiensi diukur melalui Time on Task Rate dan Number of Clicks Rate, sementara efektifitas diukur melalui Task Success Rate dan Error Rate. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa sistem cukup efisien dan memiliki efektifitas yang baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi menjadi salah satu punggung bagi penyebaran informasi ke masyarakat luas. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi ini juga telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat perdesaan untuk mempublikasikan potensi desa yang dimiliki melalui penggunaan Website profil desa. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa ini sangat unik dan beragam. Penggunaan website profil desa juga membantu untuk menyebarluaskan kepada masyarakat di luar desa tersebut. Akan tetapi, salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh masing-masing desa dalam pengembangan website profil desa adalah kemampuan aparatur desa untuk mengembangkan website profil. Keterbatasan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh aparatur desa mendorong tim pengabdi untuk melatih aparatur bagi 3 desa, yaitu Desa Mukiran, Desa Rogomulyo, dan Desa Kaliwungu. Ketiga desa ini berada di Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan selama 3 hari yang dimulai pada Senin, 4 Juni 2018 dan berakhir pada Rabu, 6 Juni 2018. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Perpustakaan Desa Mukiran, Ngudi Ilmu. Masing-masing desa mengirimkan 3 aparaturnya untuk dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini. Pengukuran yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk masing-masing materi yang disampaikan. Terdapat 2 pokok bahasan utama dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini, yaitu arsitektur informasi website dan pengembangan website profil dengan Wordpress. Hasil lain yang di dapat dari pelatihan ini adalah draft website profile bagi masing-masing desa dan sudah di hosting secara online.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi perkembangan masyarakat perkotaan dan pedesaan. TIK dapat digunakan oleh desa sebagai media untuk mempromosikan potensi, keunikan, dan produk unggulan desa. Namun untuk dapat memanfaatkan TIK, sebagian desa mengalami kesulitan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan perangkat TIK. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (FTI UKDW) bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Trukajaya melaksanakan program pelatihan bagi 4 desa binaan Yayasana Trukajaya di daerah Jawa Tengah. Program Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari dengan 10 orang peserta yang berasala dari Desa Kaliwungu, Karangwungu, Mukiran, dan Tuko. Materi Pelatihan meliputi pembuatan presentasi produk menggunkan Microsoft PowerPoint, pemanfaatan media sosial untuk mempromosikan desa, dan pembuatan website untuk produk unggulan desa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta di bidang TIK dan peserta merasa puas terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan yang meiliputi materi, kecukupan, penyampaian, sarana dan prasarana pelatihan.

Abstract

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Abstract

Organic Agriculture is an important economic sector in Indonesia. Internal Control System (ICS) is an important part to guarantee organic product that farmer produce. To gain organic quality assurance certificate, it is needed computerized data of farmer and farmer activity. This computerized process will be an important issue for Farmer Union Organization (Kelompok Tani), especially for Tani Harjo Farmer Union Organization and Tani Rahayu Farmer Union Organization. Those two farmer unions process the farmer data manually. Tani Harjo and Tani Rahayu face the low ability to use computer and internet. Thus, it will be an obstacle in the process of computerization. Based on those problems, this empowerment activity will be focused on accompaniment of two farmers union, Tani Harjo and Tani Rahayu, to collect the data and processed it in the computer. The processes includes improvement capacity in computer usage, gathering the data from farmers, and store the data to computer. Participatory method and system deployment are used in this empowerment activity. Participatory method is used to identify and strengthen community in implementing and applying computer. System deployment is used to entry data to the system that already developed. The result for this activity is an computerized farmer data, agricultural field, and farming activities which has been done by farmer of Tani Harjo and Tani Rahayu.

Abstract

The presence of a hospital information system as a public facility must be as friendly as possible for patients. Patients can easily access the services provided by the hospital. Unfortunately, not all patients can easily access the service. Patients with disabilities often do not get priority when registering at the hospital. Although it has been delivered and given facilities for it, there are still people who use them unwisely. FTI UKDW, in collaboration with Panti Waluyo Purworejo Hospital, built a mobile-based priority queuing system called SiAPDi (Disability Priority Queue System). This system will help patients with disabilities have direct access to check registrations. Patients with disabilities can go directly to the clinic through this system without the need to pass the registration queue. The stage of making this system is divided into two, namely the first stage of making and adjusting the program, and the second stage of application testing. The program adjustment phase is done remotely because of the covid19 outbreak, and testing on users is also done remotely assisted by hospital staff. In using the application, users only need to choose a doctor, check date, and practice session to examine a hospital polyclinic.

Abstract

Disable Person Organization Mitra Sejahtera (DPO Mitra Sejahtera) is an organization for disable people and found by Christian Public Health Foundation (YAKKUM) in Yogyakarta, especially in some areas in Gunung Kidul, Bantul, and Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This organization focuses on empowering and advocation activity of its member and society surrounding the organization. DPO Mitra Sejahtera has a problem that its member has limitation in the usage of basic computer and office application, such as word processor and spreadsheet processor. Thus, Faculty of Information Technology, Duta Wacana Christian University conducted training for member of DPO Mitra Sejahtera. This training was held on March, 25-26 2019 in the DPO Mitra Sejahtera Head Office. The training gives a good result. Participants feels that the training is useful for them to help them understanding the basic function of word processing and spreadsheet processing.

Abstract

The skills needed in the 21st century are communication, collaborative, creativity innovation, and, critical thinking problem solving. One that is closely related to mindset is critical thinking problem solving. Critical thinking and being able to solve problems means the ability to understand a complex problem, connect information to other information, and finally find the solutions of the problem. This ability is closely related to the field of Information Technology (IT) because this field really needs a structured, coherent mindset, analysis, and computational thinking. This ability is very much needed by the young generation of Indonesia today.The Information Technology of UKDW Faculty (FTI)’s partner, Bopkri I Yogyakarta High School, has the same vision to prepare students to have real and applicable abilities. Students need regular and structured training to achieve these goals. Bopkri I and FTI work together in the form of community service training in strengthening computational thinking by implementing basic programming, advanced programming, and training evaluation.This program was held in 2 major stages., The first stage consists of strengthening computational thinking using basic programming training in general, and the second using advanced programming training in the form of competitive programming and its simulations. Students were given complete material, face-to-face/online knowledge transfer, complete modules, exercises, and direct simulations by some experienced lecturers from FTI UKDW.

Abstract

Information Technology has been implemented in some sectors in life. One of them is the usage of Information Technology for online commerce. Mitra Sejahtera Disabled Person Organization has some featured products which are sold locally in some places nearby and only in Gunung Kidul. The usage of Information Technology in marketing will help people to expand the basic consumer and market. On the other hand, Mitra Sejahtera Disabled Person Organization does not have enough access and ability to start and open online shop. Furthermore, the usage of the smartphone for member of Mitra Sejahtera Disabled Person Organization has not been optimal yet, like the utilization of social media as an official account. Training and empowerment activities to Mitra Sejahtera Disabled Person Organization will contribute in increasing and optimizing the utilization of social media and e-commerce. This training and empowerment activities also will give some knowledge to the participant about how to open online shop in one of the biggest online marketplace in Indonesia. The result of this activity is official account in media social. The participant also encouraged and trained to start online shop in one of the biggest online marketplace platform in Indonesia.
